Maybe I phrased that wrong. I'm human; I make mistakes. Being unable to allow for them is just stupid. If you can't handle the fact that I'm human, then I might as well treat you like the guys on every other RP I ever applied for, and since none of them want me around, with an atmosphere as hostile as you seem to want to make it, nobody's going to have any fun until I'm gone. And as much of a dick as I am, I hate to see people not having fun because of me.

Apon leaving the groups stight, they drove Rugal into a quiet part of the department and then revived him.
Rugal awoke and dusted himself off, the wounds were not anywhere near as bad as he made them look. "Right on time, Boss?" one of the EMT's asked,
"Could've went better but we're here, you got the stuff?" he answered back.
The other EMT pulled out a test tube filled with a Dark-Red goo.
"Perfect..." he said as he re-inserted his Red-Eye, "Alright patch me up and send Tomoya to my room, say that i'm on my last legs or something, the rest in place?".
The EMT Nodded.
Rugal grinned and let out a small laugh.

The rest of the group were talking about the strange Crest's, when an EMT ran out and asked "Which one of you is Tomoya?".
"That would be me..." he replied.
"Your friend wants to see you, just... he... may not make it..."
Tomoya was both sad and glad at the news, "I see...Well lets go" He turned to the others and said "You lot stay out here, I'll be right back."
He went into the hospital. Not to far a group of heavily armed men were getting ready...

Tomoya entered the dimmly lit room and saw Rugal on the bed, his upper body and face covered in bangages. The Heart rate monitor was beeping slowly.
He was shocked to see the man he knew like this.
He slowly walked over and softly said "you wanted to see me..."
Rugal half-heartly said "uhhhh.... Tomoya....My time is....limited...".
Tomoya had thought of ending Rugal before and found it arkward to look him in the eyes.
"Could you...get me a ... ahhhhhh... a drink?"
Tomoya softly said "ummm... ok...", as his mental image of Rugal changed.
He turned and looked over to the room's sink and walked over.

He picked up a pastic cup, only to be stabbed from behind with a neddle.
Tomoya fell in suprise giving Rugal enough time to inject him with the contents.
A burning pain shot though Tomoya's body as Rugal grabbed his neck from behind. "Did you really think that I was going to die that easily?" Rugal softly said to Tomoya, half angry, half happily. He threw Tomoya to the other side of the room. Tomoya quickly recovered and was about to blast him back to hell, but the pain grew worse.
"A little something from my men at R&D, that serum should have you knocked out in a few moments..." Rugal laughed to Tomoya's dismay.
Tomoya fought to stay standing. He tried to reach his comm-link but recieved a huge right hook for his troubles. Rugal grabbed it and smashed it under his foot and said "Don't worry, I took care of them too...". Tomoya crawled on the ground, the burning inside getting worse.
"As for you..." and then he kicked Tomoya clean in the face, knocking him out cold. "I'm not done with you yet...". He then took of the fake bandages and put on the new suit he ordered.
He pulled out a comm-head-set and said into it: "this is Rugal, ready the copper for the trip to base and...
"...all ground units, happy hunting..."
*Holds up hands* Alright, alright. I'm sorry. If you just said, "I'm human, I make mistakes" I would have backed off immediately. As he spoke those words, soldiers appeared out of nowhere! From the bushes, hiding in windows, pouring out of fake trees; it was a clusterfuck of them. They drew their guns and asked if the group had any last words. Caim was mildly surprised, and then smiled. He drew his sword, his teeth showing through in his blood lust, and said to the dragon,
"Now THIS, is what I'm talking about!"
The dragoness shook her head and took to the sky. After all, one should be in their domain. Caim then charged one of the soldiers, and thrusted his sword heavily in their direction; knocking the man off of his feet. With another sweep of his blade, the man was dying in a pile of blood and sinew. The rest of the group, during Caim's reverie, got themselves ready for an unexpected encounter.

Only problem is, I don't know Youmu's alignment. I'll just say 'malleable': whoever can manipulate her right could probably get her on their side, like Knuckles the Echidna minus the dreadlocks.

Youmu was still curled up in the corner, for no real reason any more. Then the guys burst out of nowhere, all holding weapons. She didn't really notice, because she was too busy waiting for life to resemble normality again, even slightly. While Caim was dealing with one group, and the others were fighting their own battles a somewhat more enterprising man decided to poke her in the back of the head with his shotgun. "Hey, get up," he told her. "You a cripple or something?"
As soon as the gun touched her, she immediately stood up and whirled around, unsheathing her katana. "Careful there," the man chuckled, waving his hands down. "You could hurt someone with that--" He never got any further due to decapitation. Leaving the others, Youmu ran off down the corridor where Rugal, and then Tomoya, had gone before.
Neutral would obviously be a White cross. Like Switzerland.

He then cracked open a bottle of wine from his mini-cooler and poured himself a glass.

Nice plot twist eh? the troops and combat helicopters will stop any thing that tries to stop Rugal's Chopper, so focus on fighting them, I got more Evil plot-lines to use...

Youmu burst onto the roof, watching the helicopter sitting on the pad. She also saw Rugal sitting in it, completely fine, and Tomoya knocked out at his feet. Still holding Roukan, but not in an 'alert' position, she asked what was with the scene. "I thought you were dying?" she asked, probing Rugal's cover slightly.
Rugal drank from his glass and Shouted "I LIED!! TROOPS!! HAVE AT HER!!".

Tomoya laid on the Black Hawk floor seeming to be knocked out by the drug that Rugal injected into him, truth be told, Angels can't be drugged, Tomoya noticed the helicopter starting to fly and nearly all of his energy had been drained due to his body protecting him from the drug.
Tomoya started to absorb and edited the helicopter's electrical flow so it left a trail of oil so it may create a chance for the heroes to find him, Tomoya then made the electrical flow from his communicator strong enough so that the others can find him.
Tomoya wanted this to happen, he wanted to confront Rugal.

Red noticed the Lightning Angel fall; and caught him with her claws. She wasn't quite sure who he was, but she knew an angel when she saw one. It also helped that Caim's feelings of familiarity were leaking into her thoughts. She blasted another soldier with a homing fireball and continued flying over the battle field; picking off soldiers and generally decreasing enemy morale. After taking down more soldiers, she touched Caim's mind,
"That boy that confounds you so much, I have him with me. The other man, the sick one, I believe started all of this mess."
Caim gave a brief affirmation to the dragoness and continued cutting down soldiers. He had questions in mind for the Angel, and he was really in the mood for some answers.

He laughed and said "No need for the trial of bread-crumbs, your friends, they are part and parcel of my plan and I had them Express develivered." He went back to his cooler and pulled out a large needle filled with the serum from before. He stabbed him in the heart this time, "Sleep now the destnation is a surprise hehehe...".
Tomoya reacted, the extra dose overwhelmed his angelic healing factor and he tried to pull it out, but passed out. Rugal then threw out what was left of the communicater out the window.

jrust me, got some great ideas I would like to present later on ,anyway gotta go ,need sleep ,just carry on fighting Rugal's goons

As Rugal and Tomoya flew off in the helicopter, some goons on the platform advanced towards Youmu, still holding Roukan lazily by her side. Only their leader stayed back, pointing his shotgun straight at her body. He was also the only one who brought a gun. The number two told his other men to stay back, because he wanted her unconscious body himself. Chuckling, he took a swipe at the back of her head with his lead pipe.
As soon as she heard the 'swoosh' noise, Youmu ducked, allowing the pipe to smack the guy right in front of her. Quickly turning around and slashing brought the No.2 to his knees; everything below there was gone. The others tried to all mob their target at once, which turned out to be an even bigger mistake - one spin attack left them all on the ground, bleeding.
The leader didn't hang around any longer, despite having a gun: he didn't feel confident he could shoot her before she jumped onto his face. Instead of chasing after him, though, Youmu simply walked over to the still-dying No.2. "Requiescat in pace," she mumbled, before stabbing him through the head. From where she was standing, it was a mercy kill.
Then the leader came back up, being carried by Akasumi. "Don't worry, I only knocked him out. That way we can interrogate him later," she explained. Taking a look around, she continued, "Aww, you're done already? I was hoping you'd leave some of these guys for me..."

Matt was sitting in the General's office just reminiscing about the good times when a messenger arrived. "Sir, we have reports that heavily armed forces attacked a hospital and are now enroute to a compound owned by the Bernstein Cartel," he said before saluting and leaving. "Damnit, we won't be able to do anything now because of all the red tape that's in the way. Matt, do you think you can take on that entire complex by yourself?" he asked the mercenary.
"Do you think you can get me an airstrike when I need it?" Matt replied back to him. The General slowly nodded his head, unsure of what he was asking for. "Good, all I need now is to be put on the next cargo plane that will be flying in that area and I'll be good to go," Matt said, eager to collect the bounty on Rugal's head.
That kid? Define "That Kid." I don't dare go through all the different stereotypes associated with that phrase.
