As I was explaining, though, there's only one problem. To me, though, it's monumental enough for me to keep complaining about it against my better judgment: Youmu has no abilities at all that would help in this situation, and as for your dragon idea, Red already knows Youmu doesn't trust her, so it's unlikely she'd help...and she's pretty backwards technology-wise...
What's the point of a tourney on the island when all the unnamed fighters are dead and the named ones won't fight one another? Assuming they're not sleeping with the sharks as well?
Oops I forgot about Tomoya, or at least I thought he was else where, hold on a sec.
"damn you Akasumi!" he shouted but the wind stole his words away. he held tightly onto the stone of light.
Lightning wings appeared on his back, he extended the wings to glide, slowly reducing hi momentum once it was sufficiently lowered he flapped his wings to generate upward thrust. He could see his friends falling red mage would have some spells and red dragon could fly, this left Youmu.
Tomoya swooped down, he would have to do this right, Tomoya folded his wings, making him fall at the same speed as Youmu, he wrapped his arms around her tightly
"(It's all right I can save you.)" he said in Japanese.
Tomoya then spread out his wings, slowing their fall to the ground so as to take no damage.
" (What about the others? )" Youmu asked Tomoya
"( Don't worry they'll land safely. a hero can survive falls that would shatter the bones of most mortals.)"
Meanwhile
Dillon swam to shore with Akasumi, luckily his pack had kept out the water, his gun wasn't damaged and the golden iPod was water proof. He would just need a fire and he could dry off his clothes. He saw some black stone, it had to be flint, he unsheathed his katana. first he cut off branches of palm trees, he ripped up the fronds, using the dead dry wood as a base, and the fronds would make great kindling. he also found some tree sap, it was hard to light but if it got going it was really hard to put out. he picked up a small flint rock, he held the kattana striking with the back side of the blade, sparks flew onto the pile, some fronds began to glow. he blew gently on the sparks and they grew, soon he had flames, whats more there was no oil white smoke, making it hard to tell from a cloud.
once he had a decent blaze he hung his wet clothes near the fire so they could dry off, he put on the Tuxedo, as he would rather have some modesty with Akasumi..... speaking of which
"Hey Akasumi, I managed to build a fire, have you caught anything to eat?"

The ones that didn't die when Dillon shot them, died in the plane crash or drowned. Unless we're fighting zombies, who don't really have any desire for material goods, I don't see that working...

The plane shattered around him and he held tight to his hat, scraps of metal and flame tore across the air and missed his billowing cap by centimeters. He gasped, speechless, the endless blue stretched before him, waiting to consume both him and his magic.
No, no, no, no, not again. Not again. In panic and without any forethought brought his staff up and threw it toward the ocean. When the wood struck water the world became whitewashed, over a hundred kilometers instantly frozen and a massive snowstorm began to brew within the upper clouds. Whether it was over the island or over the sea, the temperature dropped far below 0, just for a second, just enough to cause a good portion of the ocean to freeze.
The next thing he knew, he had hit a glacier floating in the middle of the ocean, just off a deserted island. His redwood staff loyally waiting for it's master to claim it. And so he did, with another tip of his hat and billow of his cape, he raised his staff from the ice and set sail toward the island.

Rugal saw the crash from the Control Level of SkyNoah, He knew the heroes could've survived that.
He regained his cool and made his way down to the Prison Bay.

O.Tomoya was still locked up as he was on BlackNoah and was still having his energy drained.
The lab Tech's were busy re-routing power as Rugal ordered.
"Where's the hard line?" asked Rugal.
"It's behind the angel, just what are you planning?"
"I'm Planning to take the main reactor offline and turn on the backup grid, which is then pulled into our friend here, It might speed things up a bit."
"bbb-But if you take the main reactor offline the airship will crash!"
"No it won't, See he's fighting the process, but sending his power to the backup grid will limit how much he can fight it, speeding the Drainage rate.
"But wouldn't that waste the power your trying to get?"
"No, an angel's power will recharge over time, I just need enough so I can recharge my own and, depending on how well this goes..." He glared at the suffering angel "...I might just use him as a human battery rather than just kill him slowly..."
He regained his cool and made his way down to the Prison Bay.

"(How do you know? )"
"( There's white smoke hiding among the clouds, no thug would dare give away there position like that, but Dillon is confident he can fight off any threat. and Akasumi for all her flaws wouldn't leave Dillon she's becoming increasingly fond of him. as such we can deduce that Dillon and Akasumi are where that smoke is, and its coming from the north beach.)"

Tomoya's grunt seemed as good a cue as any to continue: "That red guy said you weren't the real Tomoya. You were split off from his body, or something."
"Well, yeah, there is that," he replied. "What about it?"
"So your real body is still with the bad guy...Are you able to sense its exact location?"
"Why would I be able to, though, or need to?"
"If you can sense your real body's exact location...we might be able to find the guy who kidnapped you," Youmu explained. "Ah, there you are~" she suddenly called out, spotting Dillon and Akasumi with a small fire nearby. Behind them, she saw the sun just touching the horizon. I won't be able to think about it any more today... she thought. It can wait until morning, when we're all assembled and able to think straight.
"Well, yeah, there is that," he replied. "What about it?"
"So your real body is still with the bad guy...Are you able to sense its exact location?"

Youmu and Tomoya joined Dillon and Akasumi, Dillon had made a shelter behind some large rocks Dillon was looking up something called alchemy.
"If Rugal intends to harness the power of angels than we'll need to learn something that could turn the tide. Alchemy is the study of understanding the structure of matter breaking it down and rebuilding it. No god will help us and the devil always asks for a price." Dillon began then went back to his iPod looking at notes.

Rugal took off his jacket, it was time.
"Right which wire is the backup grid?"
"uhhh, th-the the Large Red one."
"Hand it here..."
The lab tech handed Rugal the snake-like wire.
"so how are you going to att-"
He was interupted by Rugal ripping the wire in two with his hands.
"get me a soldering iron..."
The lab tech fearfully handed Rugal the iron.
Rugal applied some solder to the ends of the broken wire, keeping the contents together and sharping them...
"On my command, take the main reactor offline..."
The bought the wire to the weakened angel.
"Rugal...I will...kill you..."
"Oh nag nag nag, that's all that comes from you..."
And with that, Rugal stabbed the wires into Tomoya's ribs.
The electicity from the Angel's reaction burned Rugal, but he shrugged it off.
"NOW!!" He yelled at the lab tech.
He took the reactor offline, the intercom voiced his actions:
<MAIN REACTOR OFFLINE: CHANGING TO BACKUP POWER>
<WARNING: BACKUP POWER IS INSUFFICENT>
The ship filled with paniced screams.
More electity hit Rugal as he held the wires in place.
"C'MON!!! C'MON!!!!" He yelled in anger and in pain.
He drove the wires in deeper.
Tomoya had held out bravely...but couldn't any more...
In a last ditch effort to end Rugal, he created a large blast of energy from his body, "DIIIIEEEE!!!!" which sent Rugal flying back.

...and said "No, I belive I will pass..."
Rugal took off his jacket, it was time.
