Youmu heard the explosions and figured that would be enough to finish off Rugal. Tracing her path back to the deck, she noticed a helicopter taking off - the one commandeered by the two Magi, as it happened. It would be moving quickly soon, but it was just in the range of a power dash, and she grabbed onto the lower rung. As the helicopter left, she thought, I've never been that devout, but, please grant me the strength to reach the ground if you're listening...

Matt watched the scene unfold before him as he saw the helicopters flee the falling airship. He saw one helicopter head straight for his island instead of staying by the airship. When he looked through his binoculars, he saw the two, what he guessed were, mages from earlier in the meadow. "Always nice to have some company," Matt said as he zoomed out a little bit. That was when he saw the girl from the same group hanging off the side of the helicopter. Matt immediately ran towards the helicopter, hoping his augments would come in handy.

The helicopter was almost about to land, but Youmu's arms couldn't take any more, and slowly her fingers slipped from the slats of the chopper. Damn it, not like this! she thought. Falling to my death, unable to fly...

Matt was sprinting to the edge of a cliff, determined not to let her fall. Just as he reached the edge and called out, Youmu finally dropped. Without missing a beat, Matt immediately started running to the edge, jumping to catch her mid-fall. She yelled something in Japanese about him being completely crazy, jumping off the cliff like that.

Then his Icarus Landing System kicked in.

I just realized how abusable the Snip command really is.

Rugal Stared at the powered-up Angel.
"You are a lot like Goenitz, just never knowing when to quit, He was always looking down on humanity, think that we were weak, always need guidence..."

"It was a hard fight" He said pointing to his Red-Eye, "But I proved my point, It's not a case of Humanity being weak, but just un-willing to claim their power, Today that all changes...I am now the alpha and the omega...RUGAL!"
The created a blast of energy to send this message home.

Alright, final fight, make it good and drag it out, don't snap your fingers and rugal dies or something like that, just write it out a the final fight on a movie, each side unable to out-do the other, we do take for a while, end, and don't kill Rugal!, SNK Law states that if he is the Final Boss, He has to blow up whatever he's on to try and kill whoever beat him.

As far as I can tell, if someone is connected to Caim and Red, the two can speak telepathically with them. But Dillon still has his communicator, doesn't he?

The dragoness noticed that her allies were all doing their best to escape the battle. Taking note of their absence, the dragoness fired off her other two magic attacks at Rugal; not knowing if they affected the madman, and then proceeded to fly away from the battle. She was not certain if her attacks would help Tomoya, but the weather was beginning to get unbearable for her. With a few flaps of her wings, she was able to escape the storm, and was flying to clearer skies. What the two were to do next, they had no idea.

That was really lame, but never mind that, time to end this madness Tomoya pondered as the storm grew bigger as the battle between the two just starts. Tomoya pulled out his two dual wield lightning swords, "You don't know how wrong you are Rugal" Tomoya grinned as he started to charge the evil man with his two swords pointed towards him.

Tomoya skids on the wet ground dodging one of the magic attacks that Red fired, the attack headed towards Rugal, but he easily deflected them with his hand, and then suddenly the second attack came and hit Rugal again, but he deflected it once again, "HA, HAVE TO DO BETTER THEN THAT!" he screamed into the air, then suddenly Tomoya came from below him and tried to twister kick his jaw, but not chance, Rugal easily dodged and ended up punching Tomoya in the back hard enough so it would send him a couple of meters back. Tomoya easily regained balance but was introduced to a charging Rugal with his fist curled up.

Rugal drove the fist clean into Tomoya's gut, winding him.
"Please, THIS is how you Kick!" He lashed out with his Trademark move... "GENOCIDE CUTTER!"

After Matt caught the girl in midair, he looked down to see his observation deck sticking out of the cliff side. As they were floating down, Matt used his legs to kick away from the cliff face and towards the deck. Thankfully, he put enough power into it to land on the edge of the deck. "Well that was exciting. Didn't think I would be jumping off that cliff to rescue someone," he said as he put the girl down. "I think we should probably head back up to greet the others," he said gesturing towards the stairs that lead up.

Meanwhile...

The world of Jugelhund had been a dystopic nightmare of failed industrilisation. Decrepid factories and warehouses ocupided every scrape of space that wasn't a refinery, railroad, or a small spaceport. The work here had dried up centuraries ago. The sole employer of every Jugelhund dweller had left offworld when they could. Leaving behind 2 billion workers, mostly migrants. Many left with what private spacecraft they had. Others hitched rides with passing mail or freaight frigets. Most sold themselves as slaves or were sold by others. Before long the popluation was down to about half of what it was before. And as word spread about the corperations leaving, crime sydicates and business devlopment agencies begain to move in. With in 50 years Jugelhund was transformed into an intergalactic Hong-Kong of business. With no controling power their was no law aside from what the syndicates and corperations provided via the application of force. It was the perfect example of Anarcho-Capitalism, on a plantary scale.

It was here that a weary traveler was making his final prepriations to return home. It had been a long time since he'd left his home planet. A long time since making his most foolish mistake. And a long time to decide what he'd do once he got home. He had a few people to visit of course, some unfinished bussiness back on earth. But that could wait, he had a long way to go yet. He still needed that last 80,000 for the flight. But he was confident. He wasn't worried. He would get to Aperture. And he would finish her.

Tomoya saw the move being made by Rugal, he did what he was taught to do. Tomoya tried to block the kick with his sword but ended up getting hit by it, it made him fly a couple meters back, but counter attacked with a lightning fast sword throw, Tomoya threw both his swords at lightning fast speed but he ran up to Rugal faster then light and did a Saints Row style punch in the nuts which winded Rugal more then he did Tomoya, Tomoya then jumped out of the way of the swords just in time for Rugal to see them.

I nearly thought of making you say something funny, Good thing I got common sense, eh?

Rugal was tending to his private parts when he saw the swords coming at him.
The Swords Hit the ground where Rugal WAS.
Tomoya was puzzled until he felt Rugal's hand Grab him by the hair from behind.
Rugal held Tomoya off the ground, turned him around, looked him the eyes and said "So you want to fight dirty?, Lets...".
He Red-Eye glowed and then shouted "DESTRUCTION OMEGA!!"
He attacked with a lighting fast barriage of punches and kicks finishing with a GENOCIDE CUTTER sending Tomoya into the air.

The Destruction Omega is one of Rugal's Super Combo's, couldn't get any pics due to the way it works, It's an grab and grab's in fighting games are unblockable so no countering, Can do whatever in the air though.

Tomoya was barraged by a mass amount of punches and kicks and then Rugal kicked him into the air but Tomoya easily recovered and summoned his lightning wings, Tomoya clicked his fingers and his swords reformed into his hands, "Hehe, I wish I didn't have to go this far, but I know what to do! Tomoya said as he made one sword disappear.

"You're in my battlefield now! Tomoya yelled at Rugal as a lightning bolt hit Tomoya and activated his abnormal healing power, which healed the internal bleeding and scars on his face. Tomoya then held his sword with one hand and charged Rugal with lightning speed, Tomoya stopped right in front of Rugal and swung his sword, trying to catch Rugal off guard, but Rugal blocks with his hands and dodges each swing with more grace then the one before. Rugal broke both of Tomoya's wings and they dissapeared shortly, Rugal then blocked the final swing with both hands and swung Tomoya around three times, "You should of known who you were messing with, angel" before letting him go, Tomoya flew off the edge of the ship but hanged on with one hand.

Rugal walked over to the side of the Air-ship right next to where Tomoya was holding on.
He glanced at the only working Jet-Engine and then gave Tomoya an Evil stare.
He Grasped him again by the hair, pulled him up and said "Tell Goenitz I said 'Fuck You'", Then Threw the wingless angel into the path of the Jet-Engine!!

Rugal walked away from the side, having a smirk smeared across his face, "He's not finished yet!" said a familiar voice that made Rugal turned around with such speed, he saw the Arch Angel of wind, Goenitz, carrying Tomoya and landed with him, "You, how are you!?" Rugal chittered, "Stay here for a while Barakiel" Goenitz spoke quietly before turning to Rugal.

"You face me now, I hope you have treasured that other eye sinner!" Goenitz spoke back.

Rugal Glared at the fallen Angel and yelled in rage "I KILLED YOU ONCE AND I'LL DO IT AGAIN!!"
Goenitz laid Tomoya down on the ship's dock and turned to Rugal "Come Child, Learn to respect thy Creator."

Are you sure this is godmodding, it's not really godmodding, said that tomoya was away from the ship for a while, he was probably asking permission to get him down there.
And you really make the snipping OP.

Also I gotta sleep (You know, Skyrim tomorrow), so feel free to control the battle and Goenitz. (Just don't godmod or OP your moves)

Goenitz noticed the raging expression of Rugal and hummed and started to smile, "Your still a stupid human I see" Goenitz said towards the angry Rugal, "FUCK YOU!" Rugal yelled as he quickly sped towards Goenitz with the stolen electricity of Tomoya, Rugal quickly tried to launch a combo and then a genocide cutter to Goenitz, but he quickly blocked all hits and avoided the cutter all too quickly.

The wind started to pick up and Goenitz smiled as he waved his hand as he threw a couple of wind blades at Rugal.

Rugal blocked the wind blades, leaving deep cuts into his forearms.
He winced and cursed, knowing the Wind Angel's power.
Then he tried again to combo, with just as much success.

Goenitz Laughed and said "Just as rash as ever..."
He blocked the attacks and then created a small tornado that pulled Rugal in and flung him to the other side of the ship.
Rugal landed on his feet but still couldn't find a way pass Goenitz attacks.
