"HA HA HA HA, wooo boy, do you think that just because you can beat a small teenager in your mind that that you a true Villain?, Please, Evil is not a lack of morals, it's the power and will to make them your own, bring them to your side, any weakling can remove their sense of right or wrong, A REAL Villain makes them the same, into something much more powerful than either alone."
The Lab Tech shouted "Sir it's time!" The Progress Bar had Hit 100%. Rugal grinned and his Red-Eye glowed.
"Son...I am disappointed in you, REPPUKEN!!"

The projectile hit Dillon and knocked him out and back to the wall, taking Akasumi with him.
"Go to hell and take your cheap suit with you..."
Rugal then went over to O. Tomoya and laughed "Ya know what, I didn't think this would work either. The only thing I regret is that KOF didn't happen, Ah well, always next year..."
The battered and blooded Tomoya weakly said "They...will stop...you..." Rugal unattached him from the Cross and yanked the Power-Drainer out of his gut. Blood flooded from his mouth as the Angel fell to the ground. Rugal grabbed him by the neck and held him up in a choke-hold.
"Maybe they will, maybe they won't, it doesn't matter to you..." He choked Tomoya harder, "...You're already dead!"
Rugal then dashed at breakneck speed to the wall next to the Lift down to the Prison.
"GIGANTIC PRESSURE!!!!"
The Angel was slammed against the wall neck first, crushing his windpipe into dust, followed by a Large Red Skull-shaped burst, ending his life in a brutal way.

He then threw the Angel followed by Akasumi and the knocked Dillon onto the lift and pressed "up".
"Rugal:2, Angels:0" He laughed "Now get the machine ready!"

The clone on the elevator lift disappeared. Akasumi came out of the shadows holding her arm.
the curse mark took over her body. her hair lengthened and turned white. her skin took on a slightly darker pigmentation with a black mark across the bridge of her nose. she dropped down ontop all fours and claws grew from her fingers and feet. Akasumi's face also grew longer, more fox like in appearance. Ten tails also grew from her tailbone, each one covered in a deep black fur.
she growled at him. "You're time will come, but now isn't it."then took off up the wall tearing holes through the upper floors by simply running through them. A bunch of the alarms went off as blood began dripping down into the bay.

She paralleled the lift and eventually tore onto it. Tossing Dillon on her back and carrying tomoya's body in her mouth. she ran though the ship, breaking down walls as she went trying to find someone. eventually finding tomoya just outside of the bay. she set down his body, laying Dillon on the floor next to it. "I don't know." she said with a demonic undertone to her voice. She went into a trance like state and began talking with the ten-tails inside of her.

The human Tomoya looked at the ongoing conflict and saw his other self die before his eyes, "NO!" Tomoya yelled as he ran and skidded to his other self's corpse as Akasumi putted it next to Tomoya, after a couple of seconds, Tomoya then started to laugh. Rugal was baffled on what was happening, the Angel's corpse suddenly disappeared into lightning with a blue aura, "Hehe, I wish you did that sooner" Tomoya spoke out-loud, the lightning then struck the human Tomoya, the sky then again turned black, lightning appeared everywhere around the ship.

Then suddenly Tomoya just bursts out laughing, "AHAHA, DIDN'T YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T KILL US...TIME TO GO TO HELL RUGAL!" he said as a million bolts of lightning strikes Tomoya's body, reforming his wings and his lightning dual wield swords, "YOUR NEXT!" Tomoya said as he pointed towards Dillon. Then a lightning bolt hits Tomoya and he disappeared, the communicators on all heroes started to make noise, it was Tomoya, "Hey guys, can you handle Rugal for a bit, I got stuff to handle up here" Tomoya asked before the communicators cut off.

Rugal saw the light show around the Dying Angel.
"Heh...Two can play at that game..."
Rugal went over to the machine that had claimed Tomoya's Power.
"Get the suit" Rugal ordered the Lab Tech.
A Suit of Armor fit for a god attached to a ton of wires came down from the ceiling.
Rugal Grinned as he took off his jacket and put it on.

"Hit it" Rugal said.
The computers around him did as he wished, the Power of a Arch Angel would soon be his.

Mark was ready to blow SkyNoah to bits.
"All Batteries, fire on my com- What the?!"
He was halted by the strange Lighting storm around SkyNoah.
Then the lights on SkyNoah, as well as it defenses, powered down.
"What is he doing up there?"
Then a massive ThunderBolt stuck the Ship, releasing a Huge shockwave of energy.
Mark was unprepared and was knocked down.
Chatter filled the Island's Com-Links.
"That blast shorted out our equipment, Sir?, What are your orders?...Sir?

Dillon awoke to see a final battle. Tomoya had regained power and Rugal was now super charged.
"That bastard hit me, Well then I' guess I'll make him suffer."
He limped away from the battle. Th power Rugal was using was being stored in large batteries. he followed the cords leading from Rugal to their generators, the power of an angel.
"Take this you Bastard, only gods may wield the powers of angels."
Dillon sliced clean through the cables he sliced through every wire he saw, electricity arced everywhere. Meanwhile Rugal was suffering a power down.
"what Something's wrong where is my unlimited power?"
He saw a vision of Dillon, his yellow eyes, his creepy grin.
"HeHeHe your not fit to wield an angels power, and angles don't like it when you pretend to be a God."
Dillon then finished his work, an alchemical circle, he placed his hands on the circle, and altered the steel and copper in the circle from the batteries to make a statue opf himself, the middle finger comically raised.
He was certain Tomoya and the heroes could beat Rugal now. he looked for an escape pod.
"This is my body Now, I have no desire for it to be vaporized."

Rugal Laughed at Dillon's remark.
"I See you know as much about Angels as you do about Suits! Angelic Power ain't just something you switch on or off, I just needed enough energy to get my body to start making it's own power!"
Rugal began taking of his Armor.

"Hope you got something bigger than an air-rifle..."

Matt looked at his iPad, thankful that it wasn't effected, and saw that the other missile launcher wasn't effected either. "Is the radar still locked on to the airship?" he asked his staff. "It appears so sir," he got the reply back.

"Then bring the other launcher online and have it ready before reaches the top," Matt quickly ordered his staff. "Yes sir," was all he got back before he switched off the comm link. On the other side of the island, next to the runway, hidden doors slid away to reveal a Patriot missile launcher all ready to go. Matt double tapped its icon to bring up the control pad for it. He gave it orders to fire all four missiles. When he finalized the orders, a big red button came up on screen. "I hope you die in a fire Rugal," Matt said as he pushed the big red button, launching each missile one after the other.

Are you sure you're doing it right? A commands guide can be found here [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.198114-Escapist-User-Guide-to-Posting-Commands]. Basically you take everything after the first equal sign in the youtube url and put it in the proper command. Like so: Also you might want to cut back on the god mod a bit. Terrible things happen to people who do it too much.

One of the lightning bolts missed Youmu by a hair. Taking that as a cue to head to the first higher ground she could see, she immediately jumped, moving onto a balcony above the room. The first thing she noticed was that Rugal looked a lot different. He'd said something about the power of an archangel... After another bolt of...something came too close, she jumped again, heading to a nearby gargoyle by way of a wall. Attached to the wall was a small red button reading: "Press to make something happen".

As soon as she bounced off, the anti-magic field went down. Sensing the difference almost right away, she dropped down behind Rugal, determined to at least damage the bastard.

Akasumi broke out of her trance in time to hear tomoya's request. "With pleasure.." she said and the gourde on her back turned into sand, surrounding her in a sphere that was like a fine mist. one of the weakened iron beams that she charged through before ha fallen, only to be stopped by the sand.

She launched a few spikes of sand at rugal.

...Also remember when you nuked NYC?... and half the world?... and got 2 entire civilations to invade earth?... and when you gave a Freelance Merc a private island with SAM launchers? (if he has a base like why be a Merc?) At least the real SNK Rugal Has the resources and the Battleships I gave him. 'sides I'm Evil, every Villain godmods, it gives them a chance againist the many, MANY Heroes they would encounter

He took up a standing stance and focused...
A small field of energy came into being.

The dragoness was taking note that Caim was finally able to see, but would not allow him within the fortress. The place looked like it was about to crumble. When Caim attempted to dismount, the dragon would fly out of range. She could see that the roof was weakened from the battles within the ship, and the lightning strikes. After telling Caim to turn on the communicator, she was able to bellow to the heroes and neutrals, "Allies, I am going to fire upon the roof, take cover!"

After waiting a few seconds, the dragoness readied one of her magic attacks and let loose.

Note, I'm sorry I didn't mention this before, but the dragoness can store up to 3 of her overdrives. If you watch the video, you will understand what I mean. 1:00 has the attack show up. It also gives a good view of Red.

Some of the more nonsensical plot twists that I come up with are me just trying to get out of a writer's block. I more or less view the last arc as a fight between two god modders. As for the island thing, I'm just going to say that he's a top paid assassin/merc that's had a lot of contracts, so he's allowed a few luxuries. The SAM launchers are there in case his enemies attack him. Also sorry if that message came out a little too threatening, it was meant as a friendly reminder.

Matt saw the air around the airship fill with lightning and started to curse to himself. "Come on, need just one to get close enough to work," Matt said out loud to nobody in particular. The first and second missile barely got close enough to damage it before exploding. FUCK, he thought to himself. He watched as the third missile only got a little closer than the first two before it exploded as well. "FUCK! Come on, one missile left. Just need to get a little closer," he said as watched with intent. He saw the missile get closer then any of the others, time seeming to slow down as Matt watched eagerly. The missile then exploded near one the engines, effectively disabling it. Matt sighed with relief now that it was over. "I think I'm just going to relax here to see what happens next," he said as he sat in a nearby chair and grabbed a beer from a cooler.

 

[NotYetForsaken]

RM did a quadruple flying black flip onto the main deck of the ship, landing with a flair of red tinted fire doves bursting out from behind him. Using loaded dice for all his roles had certainly boosted his grace somewhat.

Whatever was happening below deck was getting hairy, massive bolts of lightning arced across the steel hull of the ship, each causing more to spring forth until the arcs weaved together a shield of electricity. Then suddenly the ship lurched forward, and RM could feel himself become weightless. They were in a freefall.

"Well that's just great," BM yelled sarcastically at no one in particular, "Now what."

RM flipped his Staff into the air and brought it down with great force, the SkyNoah suddenly stopped and much of the free falling personnel were gently lowered to the hull. The ship was still falling but much slower, just enough to simulate microgravity.

"Featherfall..." RM moved a lock of white hair from his face, "Thank god I lost the manual for appropriate targets."

 

[Orinon]

Dillon had taken the time to absorb a bit of the Angels power that had been stored in the destroyed batteries, he wasn't as powerful as Rugal or Tomoya, but he was significantly more powerful, and considering the fact that Tomoya was going to go after him once Rugal was defeated it was a good idea to both arm himself and get as far away as possible. He found and escape pod, he then used his new lightning powers to override the safe lock.
Black bolts of electricity shot form his fingers, they snatched at the control panel, the door opened and Dillon was launched away. he would land a good distance and no one would notice his leave in the middle of the fight.

The air around the Skynoah was filled with dark clouds and lightning, after the missile have exploded and disabled the engines, Tomoya was overlooking the battle, wondering what to do, it seems that the ship was falling, but slower then gravity, he also noticed a pod took off with a small fraction of his power with it, "I will catch you someday, boy" Tomoya spoke above the clouds before disappearing again.

Then suddenly there was a light rain infused with lightning, the lightning from the clouds became more active, and in an instant the shield disappeared and a mass amount of lightning strikes the middle of the upper deck of the ship, a lot smoke appeared. When the smoke was swept away by a wind, it left a being, a recognizable being that everyone knew, lightning surrounded the boy's body, his wings infused with lightning, it was Tomoya Okazaki, but he wasn't the same, he looked different, he was an archangel!

The different looking Tomoya's body was wrapped in lightning and carried two lightning katanas, he lifted his arm and pointed it towards Rugal, "Remember me, just so you know, your time is up" Tomoya spoke and a smirk appeared across his face.

 

[Orinon]

As the escape pod landed Dillon stumbled out, he would need to find somewhere to hide, somewhere the Heroes wouldn't look to find him. It would take some time before he had enough strength to fight all the Heroes all by himself.
Suddenly his left armed seized up, the fist clenched, his face in pain. he also wasn't completely in control, every now and then he'd get an involuntary twitch. it was a small matter and eventually the other voices would be silent for good. as it was Dillon's Ego (Also considered the normal Dillon) was shouting from his far away place occasionally making his twitch.

Dillon saw the ruins of an old castle, Perfect.
He made his way to his new fortress, it would have plenty of glamour once he was done with it.

I'm pretty sure Tomoya will be able to find Dillon since Dillon is holding some of Tomoya's power, which when Dillon uses it makes creepy black electricity that resembles claws.
I do have a plan for Dillon's big battle but I need to know if any hero has any abilities into mind reading, or something that might let you speak to someones soul, anything like that. however Dillon isn't like Rugal he will be fairly strong but not quite the extreme overpowered God being that Rugal is.
Edit: also that bit with the arm is supposed to imply that Dillon isn't completely lost he's just buried deep down.

If pressured enough by his companions, Black Mage could probably pull some chaotic kind of Black Magic off and open his mind to the subconcious realm and from there HADOUKEN his way into somebody else's subconcious. It would cause some pain, as with BM using the magic, it would be offensive based, kinda like a giant Mindscrew spell but being used for good....

Or we could get RM to do it.

With Red Mage having used Featherfall on the SkyNoah everyone was safe for the moment as the giant airship gracefully descended to Earth. That is, until one of Rugal's guards saw the two Mages conversing on the bridge and decided to open fire. RM rolled a d20 and scored 18, more than enough for him to stand still and ignore the bullets impacting all around him as they missed him. Black Mage's response was slightly more overkill.

"FIRAGA!" BM shouted, his palm outstretched. A giant fireball blasted towards the hapless mook, vapourising all the bullets in it's path and then burning the poor man into a crisp. The giant fireball kept going, billowing down the main corridor towards the Reactors.

"Oh crap. Erm, time to abandon ship?" BM said quietly as the fireball impacted with the main reactors and caused a large explosion to rock SkyNoah and everyone on it. "Yep, definately time to ABANDON SHIP!" BM yelled, grabbing RM and running for the lower decks and the hanger. Upon their arrival they found a few helicopters starting up, henchmen running amok trying to get on them and off the soon to be doomed SkyNoah. The two Mages jumped into the closest chopper and BM tapped the pilot on his shoulder with a long, shiny silver dagger. "We're taking off right now, just get us to the ground and you won't get a bucket load of stabs to the face."
"Sir, Yes Sir! I've got a wife and two kids, I finish up in two weeks and I wanna stay alive!"
"Good man. Get us down to that island below. Safely."

And with that the Mages hijacked helicopter took off, flying down to the island as yet more explosions ripped through the back half of the SkyNoah.
