In Dillon's Castle
Dillon and Red Mage were in the lounge drinking, there cheeks were rosy and both were in a calm set of mind.
"You see, there will be amazing rewards, but they are not for the contestants, every loser will have any thing of value taken from them. the Champion will have to fight Akasumi, a warrior whom I think no one has ever beaten, her seal will break, and then the Madness will affect everyone. Oh yes I'll be the only one the Ten Tailed Demon can't touch, that includes you."
"where is Akasumi?" asked the mage
"I put her in a bed, she seemed to have a problem, I intend on helping her, I won't let her suffer, She Won't Get Hurt Again." his eyes while angry seemed to have become blue once again, and his canines were normal sized. but then it changed back and Red Mage was forced to conclude he had imagined it.
"Actually I'm going to check on her."
he went to find Akasumi had disappeared, as he looked around four of his electric black beetles returned one of them had been destroyed
"You saw her? She left did she, and she's talking to the invaders right now, A masked man?"
any on looker would find this confusing bu the beetles could communicate to Dillon.
Dillon considered going after her but decided against it, if she wanted to stay she would return.. he went to the madness emitter and increased it's input.

He spun his drink around in it's glass, staring at the rosy liquid swirl, froth, "So that's him plan." Red smiled sadly, "Delusional, heartwarming, almost sweet. Doesn't that remind you two girls of anything?"

There was no speech from the others, but he felt their presence and reluctant agreement. His fingers worked on their own, sliding up and down the glass fluke, twirling it around in circles until the crimson wine took air. Red lightning arced from his fingers and ran through the fluke, the wine, the air, and shattered it into some organics.

RM touched his forehead, "Which one of you is the romantic." He smiled at the answer.

"We'll bide our time," Red said softly, "until then we'll play along with this child and his girlfriend. Love blinds, after all."

Sorry if I'm beginning to change RM to some grimdark character, it's just that I'm still bawling from watching Canaan.

Dillon began to prepare for the battles to come.
He readied his katana now reforged with his lightning abilities. The blade was cold and dark it hummed with power, he ran a finger along the edge, cold lightning hit his heart; it was a beautiful deadly blade. His suit was refined, it was clean though ragged looking, and the suit coat was longer than it should have been. He crown had been polished to a shine. He smiled his evil smile, the world would soon succumb to madness and he would reap the benefits thereof. He raised his hands, black electric beetles formed on his fingers they scuttled along the walls, they were leaving the island. they flew across the oceans, going into every city, they went into the power plants, and killed the power, the generators were destroyed, then each beetle would go to the next town.
Slowly a blackout was spreading; Man feared the Darkness and fear would lead to madness. Slowly it spread by midnight all the world was in a blackout, there was no explanation the power just refused to work.

Dillon's beetles returned with the power they had absorbed. As they imbibed it into his body he began to laugh, the power of an angel was great, now he was 100 times more powerful. And the world was falling apart, he had seen reports of panic, chaos, People were acting Irrational, and No one could explain it, but Dillon could.
"Man is fearful, and when he fears for his life he will do anything to survive. My Machine has easily removed their morals, now they'll do whatever they want, it will be chaos, and I shall rule them.

I am Alpha and Omega, the end of your world and the beginning of mine.

Yep I'm trying to raise some stakes, the normal world is getting ruined, and there's no more power. oh and I just got a power boost, this is my lame attempt to make any hero go

Akasumi stepped from the shadows and hung on Dillon's neck. "Your little bugs are cute, it seems they followed my clone to the beach and missed me all together." she said, her eyes in sharingan right now.



Down at the Beach.
"You know there's a tournament coming up, right?" the clone said. the group on the beach gave her a quizitive look. "Its in the castle courtyard, so please don't destroy it."

 

[Orinon]

Dillon didn't physically show any reaction but there seemed to be a lot of static in the air.
"How did you get a clone, also more important, why did you collapse like that? are you hurt is it that demon?" his eyes flashed blue with concern.
"The tournament should start soon, and now that I've sent the outside world into madness every party of my plan is perfect you see every powerful being on this planet will come for the prizes with them all dead, We shall be the most powerful beings on this earth."

Dillon looked at his hands they were powerful tools. he held Akasumi in his arms
"This is my gift to you, A world that is your own, the Ten Tailed demon hall have countless humans to toy with perhaps he`ll leave your entirely."

"The ten tailed beast was sealed inside me by force, not its choice. but i'll show you how i got a clone." she moved out into the center of the room. after a few signs she filled the room with clones. "This is how."

 

[Orinon]

?This is really uncomfortable.? Dillon pointed out he was squished in between multiple copies of Akasumi, and not in the fun way most guys in anime get squished in.
Dillon used his electrical energy to thin out the clones, by vaporizing them into Ozone but not damaging the real Akasumi, (and no he couldn't accidently think she?s a clone he just knows OK) when he was done looked at Akasumi.
?D you want to be free of the Ten tailed beast??

"No, i have my reasons for keeping him. Personal grudges... things like that." she said staring into a random point. "Nothing to be concerned over. The Cursed mark of heaven will break during the fight and i'll have full access to his power."

The dragoness craned her head in surprise, "So, another possessed by an unnatural force? And before you ask as to how I know, I can smell it's taint upon you. Now, I am not particularly interested in this tournament."

Caim however, was bouncing up and down in excitement at the sound of the tournament. The dragoness huffed again, and said, "Well, he is anyway. He shall enter... Will you, Caim?" Caim nodded yes, and the dragon continued, "Caim, you will act as a distraction in this tournament, whilst I search for Dillon and eliminate him; understand?
Caim gave a small affirmation and allowed himself to be lead by Akasumi to the tournament area; Red staying behind with Mr. A. She looked to him, and asked, "Are you with me on my mission? If not, I implore you not to speak of this matter with either Dillon, that girl or anyone else who allies themselves with him; if you would be so kind. In exchange, once all of this is over, I will aid you in finding your face. How does that sound?"

 

[Orinon]

as the heroes made their way to the grand hall they saw the throne was empty, a black ball of thunder descend from the ceiling, it took the form of Dillon, a monochrome holographic image that occasional distorted.
"greetings Contestants, you are the first of many fighter who shall come to this island, there will be rewards beyond your wildest dreams. The fights will be dangerous very few rules Killing isn't necessary, but it's not illegal either.
Also I'm certain some of you intend on tracking me down to force me into declaring you the winner, let me assure you this can't happen even if your try to trace this very message you will find this energy throughout the castle."
this last statement was true. the black energies were throughout the castle also since Dillon had power over the castle itself he could easily mislead any would be trackers by walking through a wall, meaning his trace stops, right at a dead end.

Meanwhile at the forgotten Cove

Tomoya was once again on the beach near his cove fortress meditating and learning about the events that have just happened, when he went into town for supplies he overheard talk of a tournament at a castle. Precisely where Tomoya had felt his forgotten power, and he knew he would want to get it back. Tomoya walks back into his wooden cove house and grabs a slings bag filled with the essentials and dresses in his normal clothes and walks out of his little piece of paradise and toward the castle that contains his power, cloaking his presence with his powers and a hoodie singlet.

 

[Orinon]

"it would be a lot easier for Tomoya to be hidden if when he stepped foot on the island one of Dillon's electric beetles started following him, it could sense him as they were both based off the same power. The beetle could have been detected by Tomoya but he wasn't expecting Dillon to be as killed with his power though as he got closer he could feel Dillon had increased in power since he had fled the final battle.
"Oh Dillon What have you done?" he asked not expecting a response.

As the ponies explained the situation further to the other heroes, Shadow was watching the coast. Something didn't seem right in the wind blowing from the ocean, and he was determined to find out what. Not out of any affection for anyone else, but for the sake of not dying. Then a black cloud appeared on the horizon. And everything in it seemed to be moving...

Not wasting a moment, Shadow skated back to the others to inform them. All of them seemed disturbed by the news, but one reaction stood out among them to the hedgehog: Fluttershy, who was lying on the ground, shivering, with her head in her hooves as if reliving a bad memory.

He immediately chided her. "What's wrong with you?" he asked. "Pull yourself together already. Do you want to deal with this problem or not?"

As the timid pony slowly stood back up, the cloud (of Dillon's beetles) struck. These beetles hadn't been programmed to take out light, however. These ones, in large clumps, carried off the heroes...to Dillon's castle for the tournament. And they would all be entered, whether they liked it or not.

Anyone confused by the use of the word "skating" earlier: To get around quickly, Shadow literally skates along the ground, shooting small flames out of his shoe soles.

Rugal was puzzled by the sheer almount of his men going out of their minds due to Dillon's machine.
"Huh, that explains the ponies..." he half-heartly chuckled.
"Sir!, Intel has just found out that Dillon is holding a tournament of sorts, should w-"
Rugal's face lit up and he held up his hand, a cue for his man to shut up.
"You had me at tournament, Get the chopper ready, I'll teach that bastard to steal my ideas..."

 

[Orinon]

Dillon Was in a private chamber, His little electric beetles were keeping him informed. he learned of the heroes being dragged to his island, and Rugal was coming in a private chopper.
He laughed, form his finger black tendril of lightning hot downward, they stayed there like string, the ends formed into little doll like versions of Tomoya, the heroes, Rugal, Caim, and Red.
he moved his hands making the little dolls move, bumping into each other, appeareing to be slapping the other dolls.
"Dace puppets DANCE" he cackled madly.

Rugal stared out the window of his chopper, seeing the dark castle of his enemy.
"Sheez, this guy do ANYTHING orginal?, and he calls himself a villian.
He finished his glass of wine and said to the pilot "Stop here, I make my own way over, see whats what."
The pilot nodded as Rugal leap out the Chopper and landed feet first on the ground below.
He dusted himself off and said "This should be good..." as he walked over to the castle
