Sure, even though I think they should be more or less evenly matched, as I said before, fighting is not something Mr A likes =p. Oh and Mr. A doesn't have a face, that's why he's here. Searching for it =p
Mr.A was being hit. However, this wasn't too bad for him. His abilities lay within creating microscopic barriers which could be shaped to whatever level of precision he wanted. Thankfully, he'd had time to meditate and create a barrier, but with the force of Rugal's punches raining on him, he wasn't sure how long this one layer barrier would last.
Rugal proved how he got the name-stake "The King of Fighters" as he unrelentingly stuck out at Mr.A.
During split-second gap in Mr.A's barriers, he took the chance to perform his Trademark move: "GENOCIDE CUTTER!!".
A Dragon-Punch style anti-air kick with the Properties of a sword slash, as OverPowered as it sounds!

Rugal relaxed and strolled over to knocked out Mr.A, Taking his scroll from his battered body.

Mr A got up after Rugal had walked off, stretched, dusted himself off and walked off in the direction of Caim and the Dragon. "Well, that was boring. I was expecting something drawn out and glorified".
"let me know when the next fight is on..." rugal said as he walked over to one of the chairs in the Hall and relaxed
Caim regarded the battle with crossed hands, "Well that was a letdown. Angelus, What kind of ally is this guy?! He's a wimp!"
The dragoness shook her head, "He forfeited the match the moment it began. It is interesting that they plan to allow the winner take the world... How they intend to give that power to someone else is not a good thought...."
She also took note of Akasumi watching the fight, "That girl. When she watched the fight, she looked as if she was going to eat the men alive. I'd watch out for her Caim... I am liking this tournament less and less as it progresses."

The dragoness couldn't help but smile. "That you are Caim, that you are.... Just... Take caution. In case you haven't noticed, I have little love for this place, and I seek to destroy it as soon as I can."

Tomoya finally had arrived at the castle gate, he looked around but walked through. On the other side, a clone of Akasumi awaited for him, he know no one will recognize him because he is concealing his powers and wearing a no sleeve hoodie.
Akasumi stepped towards him, Tomoya immediatly responded, "Im, here for the tournament" he said in a different voice, "Okay then, here is your scroll, your objective is to recover the opponents scroll, I'll be setting up your match" Akasumi said as she suddenly disappeared.

No one please just point out who I am, no one should recognize Tomoya while he is concealing his powers and wearing a hoodie over his head.
I'm getting so much writer's block with my current character that I'm just going to shelve him for now. In the mean time I'm going to bring back Tiberius but with some changes to him. Mainly he's only going to show up when the Earth is in trouble.
Location: Beach of Dillon's Island
Everything was calm on the beach of Dillon's island when suddenly a white sphere appeared out of nowhere. Just as suddenly as it appeared, it just as quickly disappeared. In its place stood a 10 foot heavily muscled man with white eyes and black hair. "So this the source of chaos that has spread throughout the world. It is now my mission to purge the world of this place," he said calmly as he looked at the castle in front of him with disgust. He quickly hid his power from prying eyes, to the point where people would think he was a normal citizen if they tried to sense his power. With that, Tiberius started walking towards the castle with every intention of completing his mission.
Tomoya heard the call and sat back up, but he wondered about his opponent, Caim, they were friends before the world restarted. Tomoya sighed as he entered the main hall and waited at one end of the room with his unsheathed katana, it didn't quake with lightning for now, he waited for his opponent.

the beetles swarmed Mr. A eating and devouring not flesh bu any power/energy he had in his body, this energy would later be harvested by dillon and Akasumi.

When Tiberius reached the entrance to the castle, he was suddenly greeted by a strange looking girl. "Welcome to the tournament of the century. Would you like to participate?" she asked him. Tiberius couldn't help but laugh a little at thought. "Fine, I'll participate in this so called tournament. The name's Tiberius," he told her.
"Excellent, take these scrolls and wait inside for your turn to fight," she said before disappearing. Tiberius walked inside and saw that a match was already taking place. He found a seat nearby and watched the ensuing events unfold.

Mr. A looked up when he heard a rhythmic tapping on the dungeon floor, like wood scrapping over stone. In a sweep of red lightning and mahogany wood Mr. A was gone. The beetles scampered away in fear, something wholly unnatural was present.

Mr. A awoke to the sound of that tapping, wood on stone and the crunching of rocks. When he looked up from his seat on the floor he saw a red hatted mage working diligently on a design in the ground.
The mage turned his head just enough to see Mr. A and smiled, "Welcome back to the world of the fighting."

"what are you doing? leave him be and I will reward you. free him and you shall have gone against my will. I warn you I posses the power of a demon lord. Crossing me would be a mistake, but Need not fear me, I Only ask for respect."
In the courtyard
Dillon watched as the two heroes fought, He wondered if they would discover Tomoya's Identity, if so he was certain they would try to forfeit, and then attempt to kill Dillon. Not that he would go down easily.
Dillon's little beetles tell him everything, Dillon would know whats going on in his own castle.
So, who do you want to win? I really would like Caim to win, as this is one of his first fights for the tourny, but if you have a story reason for Tomoya winning, by all means, tell me first before throwing Caim into the dirt.
Caim shook hands with his newfound opponent, and the two took their positions on the battle field. The Dragoness watched in a mixture of pride and anxiety; both having confidence in her partner and fearing for his life. When Akasumi gave the signal, Caim charged his opponent with a berserker-like ferocity; and stabbed the air in front of him, creating a cannon like shot of sonic energy. Tomoya was able to dodge the attack; and all the spectators would notice a deep indention in the wall that received the attack. Caim turned about, and swiped at Tomoya again.

After a small number of the beetles went off to deal with a chasing helicopter, Shadow and the ponies were airlifted into the castle during the fight between Caim and a man in a hood. For the time being, to keep them from escaping or interfering, they were all put somewhere out of the way of just about everything. "Well, this is nice..." Twilight mumbled. "What are we going to do?"
"I heard there was a fighting tournament here," Shadow replied. "If there's that, and we can't do anything in the meantime, we might as well wait until we're called up to fight." He read a nearby convenient poster. "And if you really don't want to fight, just forfeit. They're not allowed to kill you if you do."
"So you want us all to just quit and leave, Shadow?" Twilight asked, staring at him.
"I never said that," the hedgehog stared back. "If you hang around the castle after dropping out, or at least ending the fight (who knows? You might get spared regardless), you might be able to fire off that 'orbital friendship cannon' of yours once the real villains reveal themselves..."
If I remember correctly, you summoned the ponies in the first place, so... If Shadow has to battle a pony, you should control her. If it's a pony-on-pony fight, you pick one to control and I'll manage the other. If you want another arrangement, say so.
