Tiberius was still fighting with Rugal when he noticed the energy that was gathering below their feet. "Someone is trying to tamper with our match, let me deal with it," Tiberius said to his opponent. After a little bit Rugal begrudgingly broke off the fight. Tiberius then walked to the center of the battleground and kneeled down on one knee before putting his hand on the ground. Tiberius concentrated on containing the energy as fast as possible. When he was certain he was done, he lifted his hand and a white cube rose out of the ground leaving it unscathed.

When Tiberius made the cube clear he was greeted with a swirling ball of electricity. Knowing whose handiwork this was, he looked up towards where he could feel the person hiding. "My match will not be interfered with Barakiel, Archangel of Lightning," he said in a serious tone as the cube started to shrink before vanishing. After that was done, he got back in his fighting stance, waiting for his opponent to make a move.

Rugal Laughed at Tiberius's display.
"And here was me thinking ya had that army for a reason..." he sneered.
He gathered energy again and rushed at Tiderius, "FANISHING RUSH!!!" seeming running though His foe, appearing behind him.

Even though Akasumi had avoided Mr A's weak attack, it had done more than it's purpose. As it was skillfully avoided Akasumi, it had emitted a high-frequency wave, virtually undetectable, which had then proceeded to travel throughout Akasumi's body, measuring her power level.

Mr A would've smirked if he could've. A large concentration of her power was focused around a certain point in her body, something which he could only assume to be a seal of some description. "The question is, what?" thought Mr A contentedly, whilst watching the match with those two muscleheads pounding at eachother with equal ferocity. He wondered what the point of this tournament was in the first place, and why couldn't everyone just destory Dillon and Akasumi outright. But apparently no-one thought like he did, and so he decided yet again, to make yet another plan, but this time, focusing on something that would definetly capture everyone's attention to the point of realisation of their situation, something big...."Something like destroying half the island" he thought to himself with a chuckle. If his gamble payed off, things were going to get interesting.

Tiberius barely had time to block before he was met with a kick to the midsection. Quickly recovering, Tiberius quickly threw a punch at Rugal that had the power of a star behind it.

Rugal parried the punch and replied with one of his own to the head.
While he couldn't match Tiberius's raw power, he was still much better at fighting.
He then struck with a hard downward kick at Tiberius's knee, nearly breaking it in two.

Tiberius stepped back to think quickly. He knew that Rugal was better at fighting he was, so he would have to start using his powers more. Tiberius stomped on the ground and large spikes came up to greet his opponent. Not wasting any time, Tiberius swung his sword at Rugal, creating a slicing shockwave.

Rugal avoided the Spikes and shouted "DARK BARRIER!! HA!! HA!! HA!!": a green force-field appeared on his forearm that sent the sword slice back at Tiberius.
He easily side-stepped it, but by then Rugal was back in his face and unloading more shots to the legs and mid-section.

Tiberius quickly made giant plasma spikes appear all over his body to get Rugal to back off. He then opened his mouth and fired a high intensity gamma ray beam before summoning two giant floating swords that he controlled with his mind.

A huge blast ensured.
But Rugal was still too fast for Tiberius.
In the time it took for the smoke to clear, Rugal was behind Tiberius and hit with a low kick, Knocking the giant to the ground.
"I'm getting real sick of the projectile spam..." he clamly said as he back-flipped away to avoid a counter.

Propelling himself forward at an incredible speed, Tiberius powered up his fist and delivered a massive blow to Rugal's head just as he landed.

Rugal twisted in the air before recovering and landing (Barely) on his feet.
"See? Wasn't that a lot more effective?" he laughed as he shrugged off the blow.
Tiberius was starting to grow angry with Rugal's constant attacks.

Dillon sat in hi throne, he had checked the status of the outside world and had been delighted to discover that it was complete anarchy, anyone who had kept their sanity had ended up dead, the body count was staggeringly high.
This tournament had a several purposes, first it was to take all the participants powers, to Give Akasumi full control of the ten tailed demon, but there were two other advantages, first was with the heroes and villains depowered he'd have an easy time defeating them, but the second purpose that was truly sinister, one that no one would figure out until it was too late.
The Madness machine was still active, spreading its signal of madness. Red Mage was unaware of its existence and he would remain ignorant. All the contestants were the few who could resist the madness for a long period of time. If they were careful, the two factors that involved in how long before being consumed by madness were Proximity and mental barriers. The contestants were probably under the delusions they could all band together and fight Dillon,Akasumi and Red Mage, (though he suspected Red Mage was up to something) this would bot be the case, the fighting would have left the exhausted, they were putting all their energy into the fights, this left them weak and vulnerable, By draining their energies during the battles they left themselves very vulnerable to the Madness. The most amusing part was even if the fights were being hosted on the other side of the planet, the farthest distance from the machine and so the area Least affected by the madness, and Dillon was certain they would still be consumed by madness, but they weren't they were right on top of it.
Dillon laughed checking the time, doing some rough math he figured to would be only a few minutes before one the Contestants gave in to madness.
Yeah basically, one of the fighters should be Going insane, Now while it is true that it makes no sense for them to suddenly go nuts, especially since Dillon was a slow accumulating process (not as slow as I'd have liked but hey we gotta be flexible.)
Personally I'm amazed no one has asked about the madness machine, I did say it would take more time to affect the heroes and villains, but surely someone must have thought, "wouldn't you be more likely to go insane if you got closer to it?"

So, basically, we are now once again in the position of having a final battle we can't possibly win. Except this time, we REALLY can't possibly win, because even if we do beat you up and rescue Dillon's non-evil side, we lose because Akasumi's ten-tails gets released. Not to mention we'll all be crazier than Daniel of Mayfair after being locked in a cellar for a few hours by that point...

So to recap, three godmodding villains, mutually exclusive win conditions, and it's nigh on impossible to fight in the first place. As much as I hate you for this, I can't help but respect you: even Tiberius and Severin left holes in their plans for world destruction.

To the point where as cynical as that sounded, I'll still go along with it just to see how badly our attempts to unscrew the pooch fail.

Still waiting for his next fight, anticipating the time he'd be able to snatch that Chaos Emerald and hoping no-one else had noticed it, Shadow suddenly heard a voice in his head. One that sounded almost like Celestia, only less matronly and (slightly) more cheerful. On top of that, several other noises formed nearby, with no visible sources. The hedgehog started laughing, ignoring the voice's order to try and shut them out. It was all he could do to stop himself falling to the floor, clutching his head.

When the noises eventually stopped and Shadow opened his eyes again, the Tails Doll was back. He'd almost entirely forgotten he'd dropped it in the first place. It didn't seem to be doing anything other than leaning on a nearby wall, though. Perhaps he might come in useful for the fight as well... he mused. He hardly noticed, but at that point, his eye twitched slightly. A sure sign of his impending insanity...

The woman's voice is the only thing not a by-product of Shadow's fading sanity (at least, that he heard while losing it for a bit). It belongs to someone I've never officially had as my avatar, but have used as a means of exiting the plot, as well as fixing a few things. She might even make an appearance at the tournament in person, but it's unlikely that she'd be arsed to. In fact, her being conscious enough to communicate with Shadow is a rare occurrence in itself.

Oh yeah, and this person is basically a godmodder on whichever side she feels like being on at the time, although that probably won't help you remember her much.

With some proper allowances from the cast RM could easily fix everything. In probably a big showy manner as well.

Was Rugal the 3rd in that line?, Rugal just wants to take back the power Dillon stole and try to kill him
I actually meant Red Mage, but I didn't quite know what he was trying to do so I labelled him as a villain. And Rugal doesn't seem to be trying to kick-start the apocalypse using insanity, so...

I'm good at making insane scenarios what I'm bad at is making it possible for people to play with the scenarios.
See the idea was Everything is going to hell, heroes desperately try to fight Evil Dillon, they go into his head and Rescue his good half, thingy.
Except Leet who unlike me has has eyeballs instead of marbles (feel free to make a lost your marbles joke, I certainly was trying to), Even if that part works Akasumi will be super powered, what's more even if Akasumi is defeated, everyone would still have gone Bugf%ck crazy by then.

I have one small thread of logic that could get the heroes through all this, But the problem is I've incorporated certain ideas without first adjusting any of the plot-line so those ideas get a proper conclusion. Meaning some elements like Akasumi and her seal, and the little ponies (I might be better off just poofing them away).

I Think I can make it work and not having to resort to a bunch of retcons and do-overs,
But since I want it to be nice and seamless ANy help you guys can offer is appreciated. even if its just an idea.

We carry on as we are now, Tiberius loses, Rugal goes into a mad fit ,due to the machine, killing the ponies, Shadow starts Following Mr. A as he might Have an Emerald, Tomoya convinces RM to become Good, they start lying a trap for Akasumi to depower her and get a shot at Dillon, reach Finals Vs. Akasumi, RM messes up the Dice roll for the trap, resulting in everyone getting sucked into Dillon's mind, it the following mental battle, Evil Dillon slips up and says something to piss off Akasumi, Resulting in them fighting, Shadow trys to use Chaos Control to leave Dillon's mind, but end up releasing every-one from Dillon's mind and spliting Dillon's 2 egos into 2 real people...and Evil Dillon has the Curse thingy. This stops the machine from driving the world mad and instead reverses it, bring madness to the user, which is Evil Dillon, Final Showdown. LIKE A SNK BOSS!!

Don't i have a solve-all arc for everything coming up. not every villans armor is perfect and i know just how to pry it open.

"When will the fights be over? I'm growing impatient young girl." the voice echoed

"Don't worry, our time will come soon enough my bonded friend. We'll rule the world as we wish." Akasumi responded

" What about the boy?"

"I said don't worry, none of them will have their memories, we'll be securely in power."

"I hope so, and the cursed seal?"

"The fight will take care of it, we'll be able to access your full power soon enough."

"I grow bored of the fight, someone end this before i disqualify both of you and move onto the Caim Vs. Shadow match." Akasumi said to the two fighters.
