God-like characters atm: Dillon with arc GM powers. Tiberius (Anything that he wants to happen powers. Often with no logical backing.) Ponies (Diplomatic immunity.) Akasumi (Maybe, from what I understand Ten Tails isn't actually THAT powerful. The series protagonists manage to bring him down eventually anyhow.) Tomoya (Lightning powers that seem to be able to do pretty much of anyhting. Can be overlooked as it seems he's acting as "the guiding hand" which really should be the arc GM's job.)

Fair Characters: Rugal, Shadow, Caim/Red, Mr. A(Tentative, most of his abilities are backed by basic logic.) Black Mage (Has true GM powers but doesn't do anything.) Red Mage (Possibly enroaching on "God-like" if I keep heaping on powers to him. So far I believe he's completely and reasonably balanced.)

Akasumi is being played up to be more than what she really is. in the next arc (if we ever get to it and someone doesn't fuck it over.) she'll be as reasonably balanced as any other char. 10-tails will be preoccupied doing something to help her. I'm only going to godmod to kick off the arc.

Alright, I'm putting Mr A's plan into action. Whoever's fighting at the moment, be sure to make there be some awesomely large burst of energy/explosion in there somewhere, so Mr A can divert it to attack Dillon/attempt to destroy the island. I think it's plausible that Mr A's barriers are having an effect on Tomoya's lightning bomb, and are possibly "containing" the madness (in other words, completely by accident making it worse for the people on the island).

Although Mr A knew that the battle ahead would be easily decided, he looked forward to seeing what kinds of techniques each side were going to use, when fighting at full force. Just as the fight was beginning, he disappeared, and started to inscribe magic circles on the floor surrounding the "Inner" section of the island, where the castle and the arena was. Everything was now in place. All he needed now was someone to blow their nut, and his plan would be ready.

I don't mind if you contain it, especially since everyone is already insane, but since no hero even know it exists, It wouldn't be possible for them to fix the outside worlds problems even if they somehow knew about it.

xD. Well "I" don't know it exists either. Its just the nature of Mr A's abilities that are keeping it accidentally within this area.

I won't be able to post it for a while, but Shadow (with the Emerald) now has an ability called Chaos Blast which pretty much just does that. I'll find a way to work it in.

Coolio =D. This should be interesting! Also, I'm thinking of trying to make a (successful) RP. Anyone up for helping me create a killer storyline/GMing with me? =DDD

Rugal was confused and disappointed at Tiberius's display and that the fight ended.
He sighed and went back to his chair, grabbing and putting on a spare Jacket he had hid under it.
He hoped this match would be better than the last one Shadow was in...

Mr A, having seen Rugal sit down, decided that now it would be a tactical advantage to him to make contact, after all, things could be completed more fluidly if there were a medium by which Mr A could bypass this surge of power he had planned. He teleported and sat next to Rugal. "Hello Rugal Bernstein. We need to talk."

Rugal stared at the masked man.
"Heh, you sure?, many people said that to me, few walked away..." he said as he lowered his power level and relaxed.
His hair and skin regained their normal color.

Mr A then proceeded to explain, in vaguely simple terms, what his plan was. "Well, I have a favour to ask of you, that is completely in your advantage. I'm sure you've noticed.....that this tournament has an another purpose other than the rights to this world? Well, I am planning to change things the way they should be. In that respect, I would require you, when the time comes, to be able to split a huge ball of energy into five seperate directions, which of course I'll give you the co-ordinates for. You will know the signal when the time comes." Mr A paused...making sure to allow the effect to settle in before continuing, "of course, you will be appropriately rewarded. If you do this for me, I will grant you one wish, as long as they comply within the terms of leaving me unharmed." Mr A would've smirked at this, he wondered what kind of a request Rugal might make....

Rugal laughed as he put on his jacket.
"Please, I don't care for the prize, I already have it, It's one thing to take over the world, it's another to run it, which my Cartel has been and it's is very good at it, My only care is laying to ruin the host of this...poorly-produced castle, so you leave with this offer of yours before I wear what's left of you like you wear that bag..." he clamly stated as the match begun.
Not ruining your plans, just acting in character

Mr A chuckled. "I'm sure you'd probably realise the gravity of that statement if you saw the disfigurement that lies under this paper bag. After all, losing your face via dimensional rifting can be somewhat....painful." Mr A had a brief moment of thought where he considered his next move. He decided to act with appropriate grace towards Rugal's mannerisms. "Well, in a sense, our motives are the same. I wish to see Dillon defeated. Killing him would have no purpose. After all, Hell doesn't need another Villain to roast. In any case, you doing this favour for me will further our aims of defeating Dillon".

It's fine. Mr A likes to be Diplomatic anyways, so I'm sure something'll work out. Also, we'll have to wait for leet to activate Sonic's chaos emrald bomb thingy before we can have some fun blowing up Dillon's island =D

It'll be a while before I get back, and I'm still waiting on Caim to enter the arena.

Rugal smiled: "*Our* aims? AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!...Ahhhh, cute, I do not care for you or a face that a mother couldn't love, now get out of my sight before I get ver-"
He then held his hand to his head in pain before spazzing out at the sound of a thousand voices screaming at once, causing him to fall to a knee
He grunted loudly in pain and shouted "GRRRAAAGGHHH, LEAVE. NOW!!" at Mr. A, who backed up a little.
He Then sighed deeply and recovered his posture.
He sat back down and turned back to the match.
"uhhh...guess that git did have some power in his blows..."

"Well" Mr A said abruptly, "It would seem you cannot be reasoned with. I guess that means that you do not comply?" Watching Rugal's semi-seizure would've made Mr A smile. I guess you could say he was twisted. However, it meant that he would be able to do some even more interesting things.

He stood up suddenly, and in a cold and icy voice, replacing his temperate and calm voice from before, "well then, it would appear I'll have to use force." Knowing that Rugal weakened was pleasing for Mr A, it meant that he would only have to use his nanobarrier again, just in case Rugal started to attack him. He walked to face Rugal, moved his arms and body into one of his bizarre meditation stances, before creating a reverse nanobarrier, something with the whole purpose of constricting and controlling, rather than defence. He tutted "you know, many people have often said that the strongest form of Defence is Attack, however, they've got the facts wrong. The strongest form of Attack lies within Defence" As he was saying this, he was slowly using his reverse nanobarrier to gain control over Rugal's movements. "Did you know, Rugal. That in our fight, none of your attacks even reached me. It was more convenient at the time to surrender. Well, too bad for you, it would seem for now, I've got the last laugh....." Mr A teleported away, after forcing Rugal to sit back down.

d'ya mind if Mr A gets away with making Rugal his puppet for a bit (at least until the bomb goes off)? It could also reveal another side to Mr A, that might make him a future antagonist =p

OK how does blowing up Dillon's castle save Dillon from his madness? Because that's how this arc is supposed to end. Mostly involving an epic battle in his mind, I have a few clever twists and turns that would solve this arc in an epic manner, now threatening to blow up Dillon's island I could get behind it would force the villains to make a move (Villains I mean Dillon and Akasumi since Rugal is a villain I know, but in this current Arc he could be neutral and it wouldn't change his place in the arc) , which would spark of a series of events that create a nice conclusion.
But blowing it up, that's kinda over doing it.

basically it's just a nice way of putting "frontal assault" a bit like what tomoya was trying. it won't destroy the island, although that is ideally what Mr A wants

Rugal was now laughing harder than ever.
"Seems like you have underestimated me... GRAVITY SMASH!!!" he shouted out of the blue while forming a large shield of lighting around him using his Stolen Arch-Angel powers.
It shorted out the Nanobarrier, much to Mr. A's surprise.
Rugal grinned as he threw the field at Mr.A.
The throw was way off, as he intended
Rugal then stared at Mr.A, "heh, heh, heh, alright, I'll play along, be a same to stain this suit with your blood, now leave, I want to watch this match in peace."
He turned back to the Arena.

Mr A wasn't done yet. He rose, as if almost mechanically, and snapped his fingers. "Unfortunatley for you, it would appear you didn't listen". Mr A had come prepared, he had 10 Nanobarriers layered on Rugal. He wouldn't notice till later the damage he would inflict upon himself. "Goodbye, Rugal Bernstein, assuming you're still playing the game by my rules, I'd wait for the signal" Mr A said before whisking away to an unknown location on the island, to prepare.

Mr A is a sneaky barstard, in other words
