Shadow knew that a little talk was never a good sign. Nevertheless he left Kazuya to his own demise to go to the main chamber while shooting everything in sight.

Shadow stopped by the armory and got a huge sum of explosives to carry. He then proceeded into the main chamber.
A creepy smirk appeared on Tomoya's face, "Go, I'll stay, I need to do this for the greater good...and a bit for revenge...because this man experimented on me, he cannot get away this time, I am Tomoya Okazaki! The ArchAngel Of Lightning!" He yelled with pride as he put away his magnum and pulled out his sword which gathered electricity and formed his wings. "Cya later" He said to Reisen as he stopped at Kazuya's body and prayed for a bit and charged in the air, forward to the main chamber.
Soon the Group one by one. entered the Main Chamber.

As soon as everyone arrived the lights dimmed and Wesker came up on the Main Screen.
"Good, you're here, I'm sure you have som-"

"I am in a secure location on the Earth's moon, Don't believe me?..."
He bought up a remote and the Airlock opened a small bit, enough for the Air to escape but not enough for Stella to fly out.
Stella started to choke as the Air ran out.
"OK! OK! STOP!" (Dillon)
Wesker pushed a button and the Air-lock closed and Air was pumped back in as Stella coughed and gagged.
"Any attempt to reach this Base will result in Your friend dying in the the deep of space, All Portal Access to this base has been shut down and by my calculations, It's is impossible to Free-hand shoot a portal right into the Base, There is nothing you can do..."

Certainly not enough for free flight, something she'd taken for granted before she came here. No, think positive, she told herself. You're a rabbit. Rabbits jump. So jump up that shaft. There'll be plenty of handholds. The metal's all rusted. Having psyched herself up, she jumped at the first bar she could see, then kicked off the wall to move to another behind her.
It only took a few minutes of jumping in this fashion to reach the surface. She didn't have any time to stop for a breather, though - a dragon seemed to be bombarding the place. Quickly moving out of the way of another volley, she moved into the nearby wheat field, looking up and making the wheat where she was appear to wave with the rest of it. She couldn't see the dragon through her own illusion, though. It won't find you--

I don't know if Reisen originally had that weakness, but I decided it would stop her being too OP.
She knows what's her own illusions and what aren't, but if she makes them opaque enough to fool anyone who doesn't believe in ghosts, she sees through them exactly as well as they could be seen through by anyone else (in most cases, not at all). There's also two other things: her eyes glow completely red when she's making any kind of illusion (though that can be hidden behind said illusion if she's making something like a wall: everyone on her side can see her eyes glowing) and they only work by sight. They don't stop or create sound or feeling, meaning that if she tried to have someone walk down a corridor (for example), the target could tell it was an illusion from the lack of footsteps.
I've also removed her ability to use duplicates of herself to fire additional magic missiles, which can never be pushed to lethal levels - but they do hurt quite a bit, especially in large quantities. And in extreme circumstances, she knows the exact frequency of the full moon and can drive people insane using it.

Through the smells of fire and smoke, the dragon detected something strange, "What is this?! A rabbit on this battlefield? What a fool, to not trust one's survival instincts!"
Caim nudged the dragon's mind, "There is a girl with rabbit ears on our side, she might know about her comrades! Ask her!"
The dragon complied.
Cypher's control over the facility ended suddenly, but in the moment before it did he could tel the entire complex was going to hell. He severed his connection to Glados' motherboard and decided it was finally time to leave.
He phased in a new weapon that he had gotten from his scan of the facility. It was basically a huge rocket propelled drill on a chain fired from a cannon.
He aimed it at the ceiling and fired. It began tearing through the floors between him and the surface, pulling him along by the chain. He braced for impact as it broke the surface and flew into the air. He phased the drill canon away and came down hard, cracking the pavement beneath him. The android brushed himself off and replayed the transmission he had picked up on from Wesker.
"The moon huh?" Cypher said to himself. Then he began trying to reach Wesker.
He attemted several methods of sending a message back through the feed from the labs but most of them were blocked. Even with his advanced processing and his recent upgrade it took Cypher 9.7 seconds to establish contact with the base Wesker had broadcast from.
The transmission screen in Wesker's moon base suddenly went black, and a green line appeared running vertically across the screen.
"Hello again Mr.Wesker." Cyphers voice said. The green line on the screen jagged in accordance with the voice. It was an audio wave form, meaning even Cypher couldn't establish a more fleshed out connection with the moon base's heavily fortified broadcasting system.
"I caught your broadcast in the lab, and I must say, I'm rather impressed. There is a problem though. When that virus of yours neutralizes and superhuman threat, I just want to know what will become of marvels of technology like myself? Clearly it won't effect my abilities, but in a world where all of the advanced power belongs to entities like myself, what do you think will happen then?"

Wesker said before he shut down the Base's communications.

Reisen cancelled the illusion as soon as the dragon started reaching out to her. "Is somebody out there?" she asked.
"Look up," was the only reply. She did as she was told. "Now, did you see anyone else down there?"
"We split up near the surface," she said. "I only went with Tomoya, who's still down there dealing with Wesker - even though the place is going nuts for some reason..." She scratched behind an ear, then continued, "There was this other guy with a whole lot of military stuff. And another guy without a shirt. Except the second one died." Looking back at the hole she'd climbed up, she finished, "Everyone else is still down there. And being heroes, I don't think they'll be coming up any time soon." Because they're all completely insane.

"Actually, I might have inhaled something. I'm not sure what it was, though..."
