Wesker, arm still embedded in Stella, threw her to the other side of the room.
She went to fire again when she saw the burnt flesh on Wesker's face repair itself.
He took off his glasses and threw them on the ground and he grabbed his arm and held it in place as he new healing factor kicked in.
"ahhhhh...Guess we both have a problem then..." he mocked as he flexed his now-healed broken arm.
His eyes were now pure red as the veins became more visible.
"Tell me, My plan will save billions of lives! Why Resist?!"

If Cypher was human, the thought that probably would have gone through his mind would be one of panic. But he was better than that. He immediately began running through possible solutions to the problem of being controlled by Wesker. After 19.3 seconds, in which time he had considered more than 400 possibilities, he realized that the most effective route would be to preemptively end the possibility of being controlled. But then he paused. If he tore out his Internal Wireless Relay, he would be information ally crippled. He was one of the most advanced pieces of technology on earth and he wasn't about to let some greedy human get the best of him.
In a flurry of motion he engaged acceleration mode and small rocket propellers emerged from his feet. Then he sped off at upwards of 400 MPH.
When he made it to his safe haven in the mountains of rural Tennessee, he blazed through the door and stopped on a dime. He mentally activated the Full Integration Interface and jumped into the pod. Time was not on his side. With the boosted processing power of the FII he was able to establish a connection with the "Johnson A.I." in under half a minute.

When he got to his feet he phased in two new weapons he downloaded at Aperture. one was a hypersonic vibration knife that could cut diamonds like cheese, and the other was an SMG with a rotating mini-gun-like barrel that fired what were essentially lasers. As he spun around he saw Stella in a fighting pose and the hole in the wall left by Wesker. Then he engaged combat mode.

The android swung at him with the hyper-blade but Wesker spun out of the way in mid air and swung his knee for Cypher's head. Earlier when stella hit him you said he just healed very fast but here it just sounds like he is suddenly superman. 2. Warnings went off in Cypher's body, but he ignored them. Wesker had underestimated the android. HE went into accelerate mode and ended up hurtling across the room at 103 MPH. just before they hit the wall, Wesker's grip loosened and Cypher went into combat mode and kicked Wesker towards the wall. Cypher rebounded off of Wesker's back mid-collision and the madman went through the wall yet again. Now Cypher phased in one of the swords he had used against the Nemesis and charged.
Dillon moved quickly he had to get to Amaya and Stella he had to be their for them.

the two Dillon's weren't identical, the other one had on the black sweater, but even without it, they were easy to tell apart, Dillon didn't have such a ragged appearance, his eyes weren't so feral, and he never had black beetles crawling all over his body.

Feral Dillon isn't basically like an animal he has intelligence but in a predatory sense, I'd say like the fabled intelligence of a raptor.
He won't last past this arc though but I don't see why he can't help out.

Stella bit into wesker's neck, piercing the artery in it and blood began to wash over her tongue. The feeling was like ecstasy to her. It took a few minutes to, but she had eventually drained him dry, taking his soul in the process.
Left in her hands was a lifeless corpse. The portal opened in the base to in front of Amaya and Dillon. Stella stepped through the portal and tossed the body at their feet.

Shadow had contacted his contacts and had just about reached the facility in his (what he would call) a shuttle. Shadow was then shot by the defense system and came crashing into the facility. Shadow put on his mask and air tank to make sure he survived. He crashed a few rooms away from the fight and was seriously injured but crawled out of the room into the next one.
Cypher phased in the laser Uzi again and pointed it at Kazuya.

Shadow entered the room burned and cut. He walked over to the corpse and pulled out his glock. "My respects... AMERICAN DOG" he then unloaded all the bullets he had in his gun and walked towards one of the doors.
