"I need not an Army to Rule this world, Merely I..." He said as he stood up.
"My Psycho Power is Un-Matched. Though it, I will lead humanity. I have no use for more worthless beings." He said as he let off a dense Purple Aura.
"My Answer to your Offer is no. The World cannot live with such failed teachings of a un-educated mind. Der Fuhrer was killed by his actions and I will not do the same."

"Fine then. I shall give you advanced notice that i am taking europe and will most likely claim the moon. I wish you the best of luck. Good day." Rip said and turned around, begining to walk away.

Amaya had finally managed to control herself. She noticed something felt odd. "Honey... i think we're being watched." the girl said and used her sharingan to scan every little detail of the environment around them.

The Guards stood in her way.
"You make such a bold threat to Lord Bison and then just expect to walk away? ..." Bison threatened as he stared at Rip once she turned around.
Something about those eyes began to drill into her mind as it started to turn blank.
She soon snapped out of her trance.
"If that is the case, then perhaps I should kill you now and save myself the trouble..." he said as he let out his first emotion, a mad grin.

The Weapon hid from Amaya's sight, It wasn't easy but it somehow managed to evade detection.
Dillon meanwhile was speaking with Kazuya
"Listen I don't know exactly where you stand, but you helped us with Wesker,
I want to shut down that entire cartel, they've hurt everyone I ever love or care about.
I won't rest until every lats one is dead, and I need your help to do it."

"That can be arranged. As President Reynolds said I'll be leading you to key link in Bison's Plans, The Nuclear Launch Codes. Without those, he can't use the Nukes, allowing other Op's like ours to proceed without fear of Nuclear War. The Codes are in a Suit-Case held by the Chinese General before Bison took over. Kazuya explained to the Entire Group after they were fished out of the Sea following the destruction of the Stealth Plane.

He pulled out a map of the Region with a line highlighting the route they would take.
"I managed to get him a safe house Here in Toyko but we have to move, The rest of the group don't trust me and Bison is starting to piece together what is going on. Once we have the codes, We have to Burn them, I would have done it earlier but I didn't have the chance before now. Once the Codes are gone, The US and Russia will attempt to retake the region so we will take a Plane from the Airstrip Here and head to Bisonopolis where we will end the Dictator himself. Now I was hoping that you could land without raising that Alarm, but nothing can be done now."

Now the Important thing here is stealth, this is a Enemy Nation, We are most likily going to be shot on sight so don't let that happen, Limit use of your powers, You are powerful but we can't just take on a Army that big. Once we have the codes however, it won't matter as this entire region will be a warzone. Any questions before we move out?"

As Knife comes to, he finds himself enveloped in darkness. He gives a yell and kicks out, his foot connecting with somthing solid, and drawing a muffled curse from outside. The darkness shifts and a massive head looms into view.
"Oh, so that's the thanks I get for saving your sorry ass?"
"Sorry, you startled me is all." Knife says, standing and pulling a rabbit carcass out of his jacket, which Doug snaps up happily as it's thrown in the air.
Knife looks around, and finds he's on a boat with the rest of the group. He walks over to where everyones gathered to see what's going on.

Dillon had gotten some weaponry from the US, a 44. magnum, a scoped carbine with a grenade launcher on it, a 12 gauge shot gun, and a powerful 50 cal sniper rifle. Dillon hadn't intended to use these weapons, he didn't like guns they were messy and he didn't think there was as much skill. but he was pretty pissed off so he believed it was fully justified for these horrendous fiends to be hit with such bland but powerful weaponry.

Youmu flinched at Balrog's calling her over, and slowly turned around. The man in boxing gloves was grinning a little too widely. She started walking up to him, then turned and pointed out a less-populated part of the lobby. Once both of them were there, she looked around again, then unsheathed Roukan and held its flat edge against his neck. "Where'd you learn my name?" she asked. No response. If that's how you want to play... she thought, turning the sword so the sharp part was now touching his neck. "If you know my name, then you'd also know how much difficulty I'll have removing your head. Where did you learn my name?"

Balrog was not too badly shaken by this, People with weapons were nothing new to him.
"It was on the same file that your picture was on, that's how, My employer, Real smart guy, knows everything, Now can you put that away? I have an offer..."
Youmu slowly lowered her sword.
"See, My employer needs help, A group of people you may or may not want him dead so, This is where you come in, He wants you the find them and prevent them from hurting him. Got it? I have some pictures here if you need to refresh your memory..." He said as he picked out a Locker with several Pictures of the Heroes.
"So Wadda say? Just between you and me, This guy is LOADED! helping him would be a wise thing to do "

Weapon X watched the Heroes it was making use of a cloaking device so it passed off as.... nothing, it was the ultimate cloaking device, everything ignored it.
Weapon X was close and it was excited to soon be able to destroy and fulfill it's goal then it would, would....................
suddenly a shattering in it's mind lead to perfect self awareness, it realized it had to have a better purpose, but it couldn't ignore the command Wesker programmed in, but this would all disappear once it destroyed its target.


Dillon meanwhile was going to take charge, he used his iPod, he found a voice changer, he now spoke like Orson Wells

Kazuya seemed incredibly bored though-out Dillon's Speech.
The second it ended, he walked to the side mumbling "Bloody Kids..." before entering a Shed containing a Pick-up Truck and readied it for the trip ahead.

"Funny how you think you'll stop me when i'm not even standing here." Rip said with a smile as darkness exploded off of the body, reavling it to be a soul she had taken from Stella. Meanwhile, her Striker units were carried away by strands of darkness until Rip materialized and put them back on. She took off into the sky, knowing she had just painted the largest target out of anyone on her head now.

Amaya was in a corner, her arms wrapped around her legs which were against her chest. She was stil reeling from the hole left in her by Stella's death.

Rip avoided most of the Palace's Defences, most of which didn't even fire...
Before she could think about it any further, She bumped into something in mid-air.
A Hand pressed to her head prevented her from moving forward, which belonged to Bison, who used his Warp to close the distance.
"Now do indulge me on this Claim you have on the Moon..." He smirked as he fired Rip down towards a building.

Rip used her shield to protect her from the impact. She got back up, and floated up towards bison.

"I want it because no one else does. Since 1943, there has only been two other attempts to colonize there. IT costs less to settle on mars. The 3rd reich had buildings up there already and has claimed the dark side. I wouldn't be surprised to find a colony. I was never let in on the details but i know we got our targeting data from somewhere, and that was far, far above." Rip said looking at him.

"Interesting, I must make some time for it's colonization once I finish off the America's..." Bison said as he took off his hat and ran a hand over his hair before putting it back on.
"Now then..." He said as his hand glowed before launching a Purple Ball of Energy at Rip.

She burst into bats and the ball passed through her. "I also have stella's soul. You're no issue for me to get away from. I can't harm you, but avoiding is what i can actually do." she said from the darkness, reforming. "Now may i go, or are you going to continue to assault me?"

"My, My, Child...Over-confidence will ruin you..." He said, Aware of the Irony, as he used "15 Shadows".
Several shadows of figures resembling Wesker, Tomoya, Phoenix Wright and several other faces from the past appeared and circled Rip before each grabbed her and kept her in place, unable to Move, Teleport or Phase out.
"One doesn't simply "Avoid" Bison..." He said as he glazed into Rip's Eyes, causing her mind to slowly blank out again.

Spoiler: 15 Shadows

This was a move that Bison used in a Chinese Tie-In HK Comic for Street Fighter Alpha 2. I read about it on the Trivia Page for M. Bison on Street Fighter Wiki where he used it on Akuma. Imagine the Raging Demon if it did no damage and had nothing to do with the Raging Demon

Lol it seems we have to fit ourselves into this story. I suggest a big badass attack on something the rest of the heroes will attack.

Meanwhile on the Dock.

As Tomoya's eyes glowed he was also charging up a bolt of energy that would injury the man. He stopped as he heard the girl's voice. "Okay. I'll stop. I think we got off on the wrong foot maybe?" Tomoya said as he smiled a bit and rubbed his blue hair. He walked up to the unknown man. Tomoya extended his hand as he got in touching distance. "I'm Tomoya Okazaki as I just said...and you two are?" He said waiting for him to speak.

Dillon having inspired the heroes and punch Kazuya so fast he didn't even know it happened until Dillon was gone lead the band to their objective.
Kazuya was scowling rubbing his sore jaw when he saw strange lights flickering.
Then a dark sphere of energy formed and out came, the T-X-D. (Which was fully clothed because it had absorbed some clothes, or however that worked)
however The T-X-D as it was from the future, knew Kazuya was destined to betray Bison and all of Rugal's Cartel.
"You traitor where is that Boy? and where is his girlfriend, and then tell me where Wesker is, if he still lives I'll slay him myself."
