Akane moved forward from her position on the ramp of the C-130. It has all happened so fast, first Jack had disappeared into a portal and then her Knights had teleported away and everybody else had charged down the ramp save Slindis. Reading her Katana Akane held the plane with Slindis.

Then Red Mage attacked Deborah, and she was powerless. She couldn't use her fire for risk of hurting Deborah, so she stood there at a loss of what to do.
But within seconds, the fight was over. As Akane disembarked, she saw Red Mage dying upon the tarmac, and Tomoya sprinkling something over him.

Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a human, encased in ice. She sprinted towards him, stopping and falling to her knees beside his freezing body.

"Stay still, I'm here to help. This might tickle." The kitsune said to the human.

All Mark could do was nod. He knew what she was going to do.

Focusing on her powers, Akane held her hands out and sent a small jet of blue foxfire over the ice prison Mark was encased in. It began to melt as Akane gently washed him in magical fire.

The task done, Akane offered her hand to the now considerably warmer and drier Mark.

Once the battle was over and Tomoya knocked on the container he was hiding in, Darren crept out.
He couldn't believe it, the people he spent his entire RP life tormenting went out of their way to save him, sure they may not have known but still...
"I can't believe it...I'm alive?! I'M ALIVE! I'M ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVVEE!!!!!!" He shouted in joy, despite this sorry state.
He would need to make sure this shit never happened again, He would need to blank the Heroes Memory somehow, after all, could they be free knowing that Gods were lonely teenagers like him?
Alright, if Daniel can get a sex change and create a sister all by himself, surely I can blank a few minds....right?...

As Jack and Red Fury fought with the Stealth Troopers, David broke off from the main group and can deeper into the complex, he wasn't about to let Ekou hurt Elena for another second longer and he wasn't going to let any faceless goon stop him.

"Disaster?....So you're the bastard that had Puce nearly throw me out of the plane! and err....I prefer Diablo..." he joking said, now laughing at how many times he nearly died this day.
"Here....I was thinking.....If we are Gods to these people....Then we need to make sure this never happens again....We gotta blank their memories, Hell all our memories. It's the only way things can go back to normal after all that happened." He explained as he looked at his urine stain.
"............You got a spare pair of pants?..."

"OH SHIT!" David gasped as he jumped to the side to avoid having his hand taken off.
He rolled behind a pillar for cover as he figured out the type of gun she fired from the sound of the shot.
"Listen! I only came here to kill one person. ONE. I know what you are going though. Someone very dear to me is going though the same thing. Her name is Elena. If you let me pass, I can help you too." He offered as he reloaded, hoping that for once someone here would have common sense.

The Red Fury slowed time and rounded the corner, drawing his dual SMGs. A shot of adrenalin slowed time for him and he unleashed the full force of 62 bullets thudding into heads and chests. WHen he was done, only one or two troopers were left standing. He drew his pistol and opened fire on the last two stunned stealth troopers.

Akane followed Mark into the Hercules and to Darren.

"Mark is right. Am I not a person, entitled to my memories? I do not want to loose the love that has blossomed between Aftan and Gabrielle and myself, and I will not let you take that from me."

As Red Fury took out most of the Hammer Empire Shock Troopers Jack shot the last two with clean shots from his .357 Magnum.

"Natalia Kassle, your time is up. Will you stand and face your death with honour, or do I get to take pleasure in the chase?" Jack growled, a hint of mirth in his voice.

He walked towards her, not a fuck given in the world. He was, after all, the Grim Reaper.

Darren/Diablo walked behind the container and changed as he explained his reasons.
"Well...aside from the fact that a single person managed to break the limits of reality and nearly FUCKING KILLED MY ASS!.....Sorry, I've not been having a good day...." He said as he reappeared in the black slacks.
"Just I know my Villains, if they get wind of this mess, they'll try their luck, I know, I made them. Hell, I'm not even sure if I still completely control them! If Rugal IS attacking Dillon's Island right now, then They've left the plantation and are flying solo. Now all it would take is Viscus to record the teleport or have Bruiser rough up say Aftan or Gabs to get the info about me and the other Gods and I'll have RUGAL FUCKING BERNSTEIN knocking on my door!

David sighed as he saw the bullet hit the propane depot.
".....Shite...." He sighed before he ran from cover into Natalia's line of fire.
The resulting explosion allowed him to run pass with his head still on his shoulders.
"ALRIGHT, FINE BE THAT WAY!" He shouted as he returned fire, a bullet racing past the Sniper's ear.

Darren was clearly shaken by Akane's arrive.
"FUCK! how long have you been standing there?" He said as he felt dread enter his system, this woman was in cahoots with DEATH! He was soooooooo dead....

"Long enough. I can see where you are coming from, but that still does not give you the right to take away what has happened. My writer seems to be letting me do as I please, but between all of them, I do not believe you will be allowed to come to harm. Have you no faith or trust in the Gods? ALL of them?" Akane said to the cowardly Writer.

She debated keeping a hand on her sword, but decided against it. Fireballs would prove much more satisfying if this man made any sudden moves.

"Hey, You don't know what it's like. If I don't do this, I'll have to live the rest of my life knowing that at any moment, some super-powered asshole will come to my door and do horrible things to me! And not only the Villains, but the Heroes too, Hell, PUCE nearly killed me! PUCE! By letting you all remember, I'm putting myself and all the other "Gods" at risk! It happened once, it can happen again!" Darren explained as he gave thanks that he emptied his bladder earlier.
Still he backed up from the Kitsune.
"And the worse thing? I can't do shit about it! Not everyone is drinking buddies with DEATH!"

Akane's tails began to swish violently.
"So because you are too pussy to man up and deal with your own creations, you seek to punish all those created by Gods same as you? Don't you think that had you of asked, we would have HELPED? Give me one good reason why I shouldn't burn you where you stand and absolve your problems right here? See, the thing about being a, how did you say it, 'Drinking buddy' with the Grim Reaper is that you learn how Hell works. I can tell you, you wouldn't go to Hell, you would go to Purgatory to await your shot at a 2nd chance at life. You don't have the stench of evil around you. Well, how about it? When you come back, you'll be a whole new person, no worries at all."

Her rant done, the Kitsune drew her sword and took a guarded stance.

"Stand up and be a man, or stand down so I can do it for you."

The Red Fury rushed to Jake, taking aim at Natalia.

His helmet calculated the distance... darn! Too far. He lowered his weapon.

"I don't suppose you know where to get a motorcycle from, do you?" He asked, turning to face Jake.

Last snip of the night.

Akane listened to Mark and then put her sword away as he tried to diffuse the situation.
"Mark, I think I can understand, and even forgive. To you, we're all characters, imitations of life, so you try to make us as real as you can. What is in my Love's pasts is that, the past. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, and well, Aftan and I have both cheated Death once. Her with her Phoenix, and me with the destruction of my home plane, yet I still lived. Darren, listen closely. I am not Jack's 'drinking buddy', he is my mentor and father figure. My World was destroyed by a wizard I let live, and of it all, I was the only one to live. Jack took me under his wing, kept me safe in Hell, taught me a lot of things. It is not that I am his student, it is that I have already died once, and do not fear death again. True, I don't want to die, but nobody does."

As Natalia used crazy yet effective tactics to make her getaway, Jack smiled.
"You won't need a bike, I shall simply bring her, to us." Jack stated.
He drew his scythe across the sky in a massive circle and opened a portal in the path of the burning Ferris wheel. The massive contraption fell in, stopping and throwing Natalia back into the seat of her car.

The Ferris Wheel emerged from the exit portal sideways and skidded across the field behind Jack, tossing Natalia around like a ragdoll inside her cage of steel and plastic. The giant wheel ground to a halt finally. As Natalia kicked the door of the car open, Jack walked over to her.
"You can't cheat me this time. It is over, submit and I'll make it painless." He offered one last time.

He was met with a defiant hail of bullets.

A wall of fire roared up from the ground, melting the lead even as Jack walked through it. Natalia jumped out of the car, seeking to run, when Jack shot her in the kneecap.

His scythe raised, the Grim Reaper towered over Natalia Kassle.

"Any Last Words, Natalia Kassle?"

Mental Breakdown!

Darren began to have a panic attack, the stress of the near deaths, the emotions were starting to swell up.
He sat on one of the containers and broke down.

"All my life, I've been a failure, School, Friends, Family, Do you know what it's like to know that a little brother half your age and twice your weight will always be more of a man then you will? My older Brother is becoming a Landlord and WHERE AM I? About to be killed by someone that shouldn't even be real! All I wanted was one thing, just one thing I could do well AND LOOK WHERE THAT GOT ME!

Mark, Shaun, Teri, Daniel, they are twice the people I'll ever be. I grew jealous ok? These people were always better then me and always will be. So I made Villains. To give me some fake kind of power over something so fucking meaningless in my life! To help me forget how much of a fucking failure I really am! And now even my fucking creations are better than me! I always lose. At everything! And there isn't a single fucking thing I can do!

Even if you kill me and I become some kind of Jersey Shore Fucktard with a dick bigger then his brain, It will never change the fact that Darren Webster was a total failure, Hell, You even called me out on it! SO YES! I AM TOO MUCH OF A PUSSY! I AM A MASSIVE FUCKING PUSSY WHO WILL DIE A LONELY PAINFUL DEATH AT THE HANDS OF SOMEONE BETTER! SO DO IT! SO KILL ME!"

He buried his face in his hands and sobbed bitterly.

He raised his pistol ready to blow a 9mm hole in Natalia's head were she to try anything.

"Make her suffer for what she's done. If you kill her, she'll just get what she wants. She believes in this stupid cause. You're going to make her a martyr.

...And now Akane feels like a giant dick.

Akane just stood there, stunned at the breakdown of this poor man. She walked over to him, crouching in front of the broken man. She gently reached out and placed a hand upon his shoulder, lifting his face from his palms with the other.

When she spoke, her voice was soft and filled with regret and sorrow.
"Darren Webster, know this. You are not a total failure. You didn't cause your entire homeworld to burn in the fires of Hell. I killed an entire world because I couldn't bring myself to kill one frail old man, a wizard who had gone completely and totally insane. He promised to reform, to change, and I stripped him of his powers with the aid of a 'good' mage and went on my way. That 'good' mage was his apprentice. Not a day later, I was saved by Jack. That was over 500 years ago, and I think about it everyday. Tell me, in all of your failures, have you doomed an entire world? Take heart that you aren't the worst person out there. I take my leave of you now."

Akane hugged him briefly before she stood and turned upon her heel, marching out of the cargo plane and across the tarmac. She flopped down on the grass between two runways and stared at the sky, lost for words in memories filled with pain and loss.

Slindis sighs and looks at Darren while she nurses Deborah. [color=c20000]"Believe me, it won't be easy, but you will have to take a good look at yourself and really see what you want to be. I had to do the same thing a long time ago, and believe me, it was the most difficult thing I've ever done. Take it from me and make that first step to be who you want to be. YOu'll thank yourself in the long run."[/color]

She paused to let it sink in before finishing with one statement. [color=c20000]"Tell me, Darren Webster. Who do you want to be?"[/color] After that, she gently took Deborah next to Akane and cradled the girl in her lap.

Jack raised an eyebrow at this young Hero.
"This one shall be no martyr. If anything, the fact that the Grim Reaper himself is hunting down members of their organization should make them fall apart quicker. I care not for mortal affairs except when they get in the way of life, death and the afterlife. And this Hammer Empire, is meddling with all three. Most of their higher leadership should be dead, their souls mine to warden to their places in the afterlife. As for Natalia, I do not deal the punishment. Only the Judge can do that, I am merely the gatekeeper of Hell and Guide of Souls. But rest easy, she will go to Hell..."
