The Escapist Avatar Adventure: An Open RP (Now Re-Opened!)

Can you actually decide that the door wasn't working even if you aren't there? Coz that kinda seems unfair. Do you get a say in that? You might, I dunno... I'm the new guy, after all.

The Red Fury checked his ammo and looked around. He saw the half-naked clones of Elena Volkov and the man in the middle of the room. Why would the Hammer Empire have an SCP? Things were starting to get even stranger.

He heard a banging coming from behind a door off to the right. He walked over.

"Hey, who's there?"

No response.

The Red Fury pulled the control panel off the door and hacked the controls. The door slid open.

Indiana saw the door slide open to reveal a man standing in front of her. His face shielded by a bike helmet.
"Who are you?!" she asked.

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden slowly shook his head, and looked around.
"Ugh..." Was all the wizard could manage to say, his head aching, his arms tired, and his back as sore as hell. He shook his head, and looked around. Scattered around him were a verity of random stuff, The two swords of the cross, The Fidelacchius[footnote] and The Amoracchius, a old bleached white human skull (Still intact, fortunately), a sawed off shotgun, his blasting rod, his staff, and a leather duster, obviously repaired by someone.
"Oh come on..." He groans, "Where the hell am I?" He grunts, annoyed, slowly getting up, using his staff similar to a walking stick. Whomever looks at him can see that he's bleeding fairly badly.

OoC: He's basically where everyone is, which I do not know.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

The Red Fury stood there, stunned under his helmet.

"You can call me Red." How did you get here? Are you alright?
"My name is Indiana. I was trapped in here by Elena Volkov. I was tracking her when she ambushed me."
Red looked back to the room containing SCP-173. Indiana was probably lucky that Elena had locked her in. But was this Ekou's Elena, or was it regular Elena? Either way, time was running out and They had to push on.

The Red Fury pulled his combat knife from his boot and handed it to Indiana.

"Here," he said. "Take this.
"Thanks," she replied, taking it.
"Come on. Lets get out of here."

 

[Wackymon]

Harry slowly got up, and looked around. He was pretty much lost, having no idea where he was. He gathered his belongings, and entered, walking around the corner to see The Red Fury and the new girl.
"Well, that's weird." he said, looking at the two, rubbing his head.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

"Who are you?" The Red Fury asked.

 

[Wackymon]

The wizard shook his head, still dazed a fair bit, "Harry Dresden, Wizard." He said.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

Wizard? Are you able to retrieve items that are close by? If so, I left 2 AK-47s around here - quite powerful ammunition in the mags - and I would be extremely grateful if you could summon them back here for me."

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden nodded, "Yeah." He said, "You have anything connected to the gun? Like an empty mag? And I can't summon things, I can find them, though."

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

"They're both jammed and I left them at the entrance. If we can't summon them then it'll take too long. We have to keep going."

The Red Fury checked his helmet, trying to find a floor plan of the building. His helmet was playing up. That was weird.

*DING*

The electronic door separating the team from SCP-173 slid open to reveal the statue standing there, motionless.

They had a problem.

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden looks at the statue, "What's that?" He said, redying his blasting rod and staff.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

"DON'T! That, my freakishly awesome friend, is SCPC-173. It is invincible. If you break eye contact - even blink - then it rushes to you and snaps your neck. See those holes in it? 5 pretty heavy rounds from point blank range and it's still standing. But if you want to die then be my guest," The Red Fury said, gently pushing the blast rod back down. "I analysed it with my helmet - before it started to play up, that is. I'm starting to think that Jack may have to stay back here and keep it in check."

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden just glares at the statue, "Well, can I knock it back into the room?"
He whirls out his sheild bracelet, and forms a translucent shield around him, and blinks.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

"You can try, but without the doors working, there's no way it'll stay inside."

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden points one of his fists, covered in a lot of rings, and lets loose one of the rings enchantments, causing the concrete statue to be launched right into the room, where it crashed into a wall.
"Alright, how will we take it down?" He asked, "And how to we close the doors?"

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

The red Fury sighed. It wouldn't be that easy. It was an invincible monster. WAIT A SECOND! Invincible... but not indestructable!

"WAIT RIGHT HERE!"

The Red Fury left. A few minutes passed by and he returned with his AKs. He worked to un-jam them. SUCCESS! He aimed them both at the monster...

...and opened fire.

The creature's legs were the first to be blown to dust by the armour piercing full metal jacked rounds, followed by its arms.

It was now impossible for SCP-173 to move. It was subdued.

 

[Wackymon]

Dresden looked at the thing.
"You know, I could have done that myself." He said.

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

The regular bullets didn't penetrate it. How powerful was your blast rod?"

 

[Wackymon]

"I use my blasting rod for fire, but I could probobly of shattered it's arms and legs with ease. Any place I can show you?"

 

[The_R3d_Fury]

It's stil lying there. Give it a shot."
