Klaara crossed her arms and took a seat on the catamaran she looked out on the dark sea and reluctantly answered Mark,
"I always wanted to be daddy's little girl, but that's never going to happen." She wiped something from her face and put both hands on the tablet computer,
"There are things that not even the greatest demon can change, and those things... pretending that they could happen, is the worst kind of lie."
She looked up at the moon and whispered,
"Klaara... whose fate is clear as the water of Lake Tahoe under the shining moon twenty two years ago. What a startlingly distressing lie. Reality isn't a fairy tale." Klaara shook her head and frowned,
"this subject isn't good. Let's just get to what's his face and punch him until he fixes things."

Nessaj and Armageddon
Chaos Knight road fast and hard down the path of weaving shadows, toward the Empire State building. The souls of fallen angels streamed into his fiery armor and fueled the darkness that burned within him. And then there was a deathly silence, order in shadow and chaos, and Nessaj grew angry, his old enemy was before him.
A growing sphere of radiant white light expanded outward and consumed him in it's burning energy. Darkness and shadow whirled around the Chaos Knight and his Fiery Steed and the charged forward into the center of the nuclear fireball until the force tore away him armor and the flesh on Armageddon's bones. Then suddenly the Chaos Knight was no more that dust scattered in the heated winds.
Kyre, Nessaj, and Armageddon
Kyre just looked down at her gloved hands and sat in silence. There was nothing the Anti-Mage could say. She squirmed under Puce's gaze and shrunk in her seat, then she simply shook her head slowly like a scolded school girl.
Then a thunderous swearing presence clunked into the room as Chaos Knight rode in on Armageddon. His cudgel was raised and buckler at his side, his fiery innards blazed an infernal orange. Armageddon rounded the Canteen quickly and stopped, Nessaj was bouncing atop Armageddon, incoherent and alien constants flew from his echoing helmet like hail. Then the Knight caled down and jumped off his horse before joining Puce, Kurumu, and Kyre at the table.
"I saw him... I saw Ezalor. I almost had him too," the he took off his helmet, where his head should be was an empty space filled with nothing but unkempt flames from his chest piece, "why is everyone so sad. It is unknightly to be in such low demeanor." The Knight seemed to be lacking in a sense of irony.
Kyre spoke up meekly,
"This one... this one will return home if you do not wish this one here. If this one knew how to get home."
Red Mage and Titania
The two were entangled over the skies of what once was New York. Lances of lightning and bouts of flame tore at each of the red garbed magicians. Red Mage swung his staff down hard and a burning wind lashed out at titania, who merely faded away from existence and reappeared next to Red Mage, clapping her hands and knocking the apparition out of the sky.
"So violent are today's youth," she giggled innocently.
Red Mage caught himself in the air and raised his hand, summoning four flares that streaked toward the Queen of the Fairy,
"Was it not you who attacked me first!?"
Titania blinked out of the way of the flares and smiled,
"Back in the old days, it would be that the peasant would die without a struggle when I willed him to!"
"LAGUNA BLADE!"
Dark lightning launched out of Red Mage's staff and tore it's way through reality at Titania.
"Tisk, tisk, little one," she laughed and threw her hat at the incoming bolt. The two collided in mid flight and exploded brilliantly into a shower of colorful sparks and dust. Her red wizard hat returned to her hand and Titania plopped it back onto her head playfully. The more she stalled him, the closer the Anti-Mage was in getting home, and the closer Titania was to winning the game.
Red Mage teleported forward rapidly and brought up his hand, he knew the stakes he was fighting for, not only his pride as a Mage, but his body that had been locked away in LoN's deepest vault.
"CHAOS BOLT!
Kyre, Nessaj, and Armageddon
Chaos Knight sneezed.
