"So... it's up to you. You could try to save them. You could try to heal them of the virus and the radiation poisoning. However... there's always that possibility that you're just infecting yourself and irradiating yourself. Decisions... to make... people to save." The Prince of Lies stated as he took a step back and let Devon make his decision.

Oh man... the nail biting TENSION!!!!
He thought it over for a moment. On the one hand, he was already going to be seeing Lucifer when he died, so there was no risk there. Lucifer killing him would just be speeding up the process. On the other hand, there were still others behind that door that had to be saved as well. The panicked cry of one of the young girls in there eventually made Devon's decision for him, and he tackled one of the Ragers into the rest of the group, narrowly missing the fifteen-floor fall the group took when one of them was knocked down.

"I'm sorry, but I've got to focus on those that we came here to originally save. Plus, with that fall, those Ragers had to have broken a few limbs." The young man cleared his throat before raising his voice for those in the apartment to hear.

"We're here to help you, so please step away from the door. There's a hole right in front of it, and we'd rather not have any of the girls fall in it"

"For the record, I have no distinct dislike of Homosexuals, what you do is your own business and unless it affects me, it's none of mine.
My Writer shares this view, I just so happen to be a massive asshole."
Rugal merely looked on in confusion as Kurumu began to stammer in front of him after her failed attempt to use her charms on him.
".....Wait...You think I'm......"
The expression on his face changed to a one of extreme annoyance as he motioned her over as if to whisper something to her.
"I am sorry, I understand if you don't want to discuss this here..." The Succubus said, worried about offending him.
"*GASP!*" she let out all of a sudden as she glanced down and saw Rugal's hand embedded in her gut, cleanly cutting though her flesh and currently in a position to feel around her insides.
"I'm assuming you have the usual Demonic trait of regeneration or at least better endurance, A woman in your profession should have that." He calmly said as a expression of pain and fear appeared on Kurumu's face.
"Don't worry, My hand is merely currently in between the stomach and the small intestine, though any sudden movements on your part would result in either losing a Kidney, cutting open a vein to the heart, A third world hysterectomy or if I'm in a bad mood, all 3." He said casually as he held her life in his hands, literally.
"Now....I understand that the folly's of youth lead to pranks and other such oddities, Why my people back at base are no stranger to a hi-jinx. Still, You coming to the conclusion that my years of mastering the deadly arts, Eons of training my body to it's peak and beyond the limits of a mortal man, Thousands of dollars to have this suit of mine crafted from the finest of materials, All of it, was for the sole purpose of attracting inferior males who prance around dressed like Thai Escorts.....

I don't find any humour in that....do you?...."

He slowly retracted his hand from her insides, taking the time to wipe it off her top.
"It's a very clean cut, you start moving now, I'm certain that you should find some form of healer before it starts to bleed heavily, Assuming you don't already have some form of Healing Factor. In either case, once you sew yourself up, I will require the manuals and blueprints of this vessel so I can actually do my duty and lead us to victory. And get me that foot-stool I was after, chop chop!"

Captcha: Describe this brand with any words: Oreo: "Oh yes, bring a few of those too. And some milk."

seeing the horrid display of what Rugal did to Kurumu she shudders for a moment, then finally decides to answer Rugal's question from earlier. "my plan with the fireball trick earlier, is that when they explode the force of the explosion can send people quite a distance, had you dodged over, i would have detonated them and forced your head into the ceiling, and use the fireball behind me to push myself forward and drop one where you would land. if you had dodged under, i would have taken advantage of your low position to vault over you, again using the fireball behind me, and hit you with 6 of those rays of fire i used from my warning shot, 3 on your face, 2 on your chest and one... well you'd be pissed if you knew where i was aiming the last one" she says with a chuckle.

Freaking Magic man...
Rugal merely sighed at the fact that the Kurumu he stabbed was a fake and said to himself "Never did like magic...too Random, too unstable...You know People, we could have found Tomoya a hour ago had you gotten your head out of your collective asses and just did as I said!"
It was then Kala explained her logic to her trap earlier.
"I see...Well, In the end, what could have happened isn't what happened, though I can see the method to your madness. Still, nothing a Dark Barrier or Aegis Reflector couldn't solve...." He said as he leaned back on the captain's chair.
"Tell me....I don't recall getting your name...."

Riki & Kud
Location: The Rising Dawn (In transit), Riki & Kud's room (Tomoya's previous room).
Time: Night.
The couple had retired back to their room. The room itself was actually on a lonely part of the ship, none of the room near number 1788 were occupied. The last owner had amazing sense in rooms as this one was luxury. It had it's own bathroom, balcony, sitting area and kitchen. The computer was still locked but Kud managed to create a profile for them so they could interact with it, later they will access the previous owner's logs and information. The two went onto the web and saw the pictures and news from New York. Apparently there were no buildings left in the middle of the explosion except for a crater.

Even a mysterious red fog overcame the area, turning survivors and invaders to mindless zombies lurking in the crater and the abandoned ruins around it.

The couple looked in horror and exited the page quick. "So much death..." Riki cringed and he began to explore the room once more. Opening the closet they could only see unknown outfits which were too tall for Riki. Throwing them out in the hallway garbage hatch he returned and remembered one slight detail. "We only have one pair of clothes." Riki sighed as Kud shut off the computer. "That's right, we should buy more once we dock in the next city." She said happily since she gets new clothes. "Yes, yes we will... but what will we do for now!?" He said bluntly. Kud put on her naughty face, "Well I saw a washing machine in the bathroom. We can wash them when we go... to... sleep." She whispered in his ear, immediately Riki blushed and Kud giggled back.

Sooner or later, the couple has gone to sleep... in the nude.

Dark Tomoya.
Location: The Blackhawke. Beside the Lightning Archangel fleet, behind a planet.
Time: N/A
As Tomoya sat upon his throne of gloom, no one dared to speak with him. He hasn't got to kill anyone within the past couple of hours and this really gets him on edge. Deciding on a whim he made an order to flatten the ground of New York. "Shepard!" He yelled and in a couple of seconds his co-commander was right next to him. "Yes Lord?" He asked. "Take this order to the cannon crew. Order them to bombard the area of New York each hour." He commanded. "Why my-" He was about to say but almost had a knife to his throat. "I'll take that."

"I want to kill something. If you add salt to a cut, you may as pour the whole thing on it" He said in a weird tone. The crew were most confused with this order but immediately executed it. "So... bored. Someone bring me a human I can kill!" He yelled in a gloomy mood.

New York.

Large cannon shots entered the atmosphere and began to bombard the area. Each shot managed to take out five ruined buildings each. Clearly the area WAS NOT safe for ANYONE. The shots were also clearing out the few infected people.

"My name is Kalastryn, friends of mine call me Kala from time to time. But if I'm honest, after that display I'm reluctant to call you friend... but might I ask who you are to ask of my name?" she said, tilting her head slightly to the side, and with a smirk. and if you listened to those "children" from earlier, what they are proposing isn't so strange. I know illusion from fact quite well, and that spirit was no magic trick of theirs. Plus, it isn't exactly their proposal, they were carrying a message from someone who knows that Tomoya has a weakness, and we also know where to find it now... if you want to charge into a fight, that's fine, but we should do it as efficiently as possible, knowing and utilizing your enemy's weakness is a much easier road to success. often resulting in fewer casualties." she says, with a hint of wisdom and experience in her voice.

Lucifer and Devon:

Lucifer just simply nodded at Devon's choice. He was there observe Devon, not pass judgement on his decisions. He was also not there to freak out the occupants of the Highrise apartment so the Dark Prince's daemon form went right out the door and was replaced by the finely dress businessman.

"Hey, we're here to get you out of here. So get the hell away from the door." The former archangel said as he took the door off its hinges, revealing the loft's occupants.

If there was one word that could describe them it would be blistered. Another would be weak. Radiation poisoning had already set in and the 2 men, 3 children and 3 women inside were in various stages of dying from it. A third man lay off to the side of the door, his eyes open and staring up at the ceiling, a look of terror marring his face for what should have been an eternity.

So here's the thing... these people were way too weak to possibly get out of there on their own and they were certainly in no condition to get past the Rager Horde inside the building, not to mention those that patrolled the streets outside.

"Alright... Writer... You're in charge of this rescue operation, how to you get them out?"

Here was a hint... Lucifer was looking upwards... Towards the roof.
Devon thought to himself, hearing the bombardment outside, then spoke. "Looks like we need to Evacuate them by air. If we have to, I'd set the priorties for the children first, then whoever's got the least damage from the Radiation sickness." He left the unstated message of leaving those behind that were too far gone between him and Lucifer as he looked over the children, transferring over a bit of his health to the youngest childern.

"Rugal Bernstein. Remember that name when this is all over for everyone will...." Rugal answered back, with Tomoya out of the way, he could get back to clawing control of the Governments in peace.
"As for those "Children", I find it hard to believe that they know more about Tomoya then I, I killed him once and was about to do it again before other matters arose. I know his power and his weakness, I used it before.
And as a Man of war, I find it hard to accept the authority of someone who never even SEEN the man.
Or even finished school...."

"hmm... as I can see your logic would be sound except for two flaws. The knowledge the children presented was not their own, I don't doubt even a bit that they probably don't know what they are doing... but the person who actually sent the message the children conveyed for them, THEY do. The only other problem is that Tomoya's light side has been ripped out of him, and they themselves managed to tell us the exact location of where we can find his weakness, and it would be folly to ignore such opportunity don't you agree? All in all, i don't think it unwise to at least check the place out before we head into a fight with an enemy, that only one person among us that has dealt with before. Besides, those that fight alone often end up flat on their ass before long, and equally so when their allies are kept weaker and without advantage. A house of cards is only as stable as it's weakest joint, and so are we. If we head in as is, we might as well be fighting with the strength of the green haired 11 year old girl on board. and when it comes to your allies in that fight, would you rather fight alongside those with the strength of 11 year old girls, or with everyone at least slightly comparable to your level of strength against such a foe?" she asks, seeming very serious with what she just said, and apparently unafraid of whatever reaction he has to her pressing the issue.

Klaara stopped talking and stared long and hard at Mark, she looked the Dramatist over and walked out of the room, stopping at the door to say, "See you on the plane." And then immediately left to go board the Airbus.

Avatar Adventure
Location: Rising Dawn|Kyre's Room
Time:Night
The Diffusal Blades went easily through the leather and chainmail that the Anti-Mage was wearing. Within Mark's hands Fang and Talon began to glow furiously, enveloping the room in a soft blue light.

"No!" Titania was the one screaming, the light had removed the guise of invisibility from her, and the Fairy Queen rushed forward to pull the two swords from Kyre. But it was too late, the two blades had been inserted into a creature at once, and the magic billowed between the metals and the Anti-Mage's body.

Minuscule arcs of lightning began to pour out of her body en mass and strike the ground and floor. Then suddenly, after about four seconds of activity, the Anti-Mage fell over onto Puce, unconscious. The Diffusal Blades having moved themselves out of her body without leaving a wound. The entire room was sparkling with drifting Fairy Dust, inert and recently torn from Kyre's body.

---

The Black Legion stared at the Vermilion A.I. and gave answer with a unanimous voice that echoed through the black slate cave, "We are neither. We are seven trillion individual processes currently simultaneously running on a mobile platform. We are BlackHarte."

One of the units stepped forward and put his hands on Vermilion's shoulder, "It is desired that you disengage current protocols. The fight has been resolved. It was a simple misunderstanding between crew members that escalated because of hot tempers."

---

BlackHarte swiveled his head toward Rugal and gave a long whining sound, perhaps his version of a laugh, "Master Alice has also done such, Master Tabitha is the same, and Master Red is the foremost in fighting godly threats. Do no forget your tournament many years ago."

BlackHarte's mass seem to grow as dark black tendrils flowed from the metal of the ship into his body, "You do not command this vehicle by seniority Rugal Berstein."

Jake and Akane both looked at each other and laughed at the two Knights. "Y'know, sorry Master Aftan, but I have painted my nails before. A few times on dares, and a few times with girlfriends as a tester for colours for them. The only problem is I bite my nails as an anxiety thing, so they are terribly maintained. Also, the rooms better be soundproofed, and I don't want any midnight intrusions from you girls, eh?" Jake said, finishing with a laugh.

Then, they arrived. Jake opened the door and found a luxury hotel style room. "Well, thank you all once again. Good night."

Hey guys, I'm heading away for the next week. I don't know if I'll get internet access, but if I do I'll try and get on. If you guys don't hear from me, Disasterchild has my full permission to RP my characters if they are needed and/or Dissie wants them to stay in the plot/fight/whathaveyou.

Thanks guys, Happy holidays, stay safe!

Rugal leaned back and thought about what Kala said, though he was more then confident in his skills, she MIGHT be onto something.
"......Very well...You've swayed me. Don't let it go to your head and start second guessing me at every turn. Set course for The Temple those kids were on about...." He ordered, despite having little actual control over his crew.

"Would you rather I did it by force then? All you have to worry about is fixing that mess Puce made of the AI and clear it out so Viscus can take it's place. It's one thing to have the crew dis-obey, it's another for the Operating System. Get back to work..."

after planting the suggestion with Rugal to turn the ship for the ruins they had been informed of, she catches up with the stranger and replies to their insults with, "wisdom and godly magical power to shift through dimensions at will are two different things. you might be able to shift from one to another simply by walking through a door, but considering the spell i used to get here was utilized off a poorly written, half burned scroll, which the spell it contains was meant to be used within the current dimension, not shifting between two... I actually find that quite impressive. sure i screwed up the execution but as I told a friend of mine earlier, magic is NOT an exact science. Also, who are you to call me a beast? The reason I'm a tiefling is because some great great grandfather of mine saw it fit to trade him and his whole family's souls to the devil in order to gain some infernal power, including my own, and any future generations. I don't see why I should be insulted for it... do you?"

As Rugal waited for his footstool, he saw Tajuh enter the room. "Bernstein, we both know I don't trust you and that you would be glad to have me dead. However, we both also know who the most competent military man on board this vessel is. Until this conflict is finished and Tomoya's corpse is either at your feet or is vaporized, I will be willing to cooperate with you because this conflict is much larger than the both of us combined."

He raises an eyebrow. "However, this only extends to combat duties. If you expect me to fetch you a glass of wine, find someone else."

Rugal was somewhat taken aback by Tajuh's sudden acceptance of his leadership, but quickly grew used to it.
"Good, We are on course for the Temple, Once we get there, our main goal will be to find out what that teenage dirtbag was hiding from me. Once we know what is or isn't there, We'll strike him where it hurts. Until then, your duties will include stamping down on those who question my authority, I can take on all comers, but it would be faster if you just did it instead. Do we have a agreement or shall I pay you back for the Hanger?" He asked, clearly still upset about what happened back when he was known as Heidern.

Tajuh gave a quick salute before proceeding. "We both know what this ship can do, so I'll act to ease the transition for now. If we make it known that our only focus is to eliminate the threat of Tomoya and his armies, it should be easier to swallow for now. You should know as the acting commander that the only way in hell you've got a chance to have them listen to you without full out riot squads here is to prove that your every command is aimed towards that goal."

As he talked, Rugal could tell Tajuh had worked in militaries before from the way he held himself. For now, it seemed that Rugal had a valuable asset.

However, someone should have given you the specs to this cruiser a good time ago! Kurumus, we need that information so we know exactly what this ship can do. Do we have to ask you again?" The edge in his voice was one that came from years of commanding units, and it was clear that he wasn't going to ask again.

Calling Caim and Angelus
After the meeting with Kud and Riki and Rugal's Boasting, Teri and her creations were at odds about what to do about the situation.
Despite everything, they drew a blank, then fate guided them.
"OH Blast it all! How did that pre-pubescent runt use this damn thing...*Ahem* Attention, would Crew Members Caim and Angelus please report to the Bridge, Acting Captain Rugal Bernstein would like a word with them.
Further more, To ease the Transition of Power during this time of war, Crew Member Tajuh will be acting as Second in Command. Thank you....Now which one is off? See if you brought me those Manuals, I WOULDN'T BE IN THIS MESS!"

Back on the Bridge Rugal sighed.
"You know I had one of these before. Least before it blew up, that made a mess...Still, Piloting I can handle, it's just all the small details the former owner put into it, I mean, there are 10 different buttons all for the intercom. I'd understand it if was for different compartments, but there are no labels or anything! I can only imagine what the Weapon systems are like...."
