"Dude, don't be an emo!" Sam said, handing Shrike a tissue to wipe away his emo-tears. "Nobody needs to make a "heroic last stand" or anything. In fact, I'm not even sure the Villains are coming back for us- oh, that's no good." Sam frowned, then set off up the mountain at a less-than-leisurely pace.
"Chief, what's the problem?" Yoshi asked, struggling to keep up with Sam.
"If the Villains are too busy to come and do unpleasant things to us, they must be up to something really naughty. Whatever that is, it'd most likely be a good idea for us to prevent it. Alternately, THEY'RE SCARED WE'LL WHOOP THEIR ASSES-" This last statement Sam shouted up the mountain, hoping to attract the Villains' attention. He glanced back over his shoulder. "Anyway, you and Glados'd best hang back with Zack, just in case he can't handle those two. The rest of us'll go after the serious baddies."
Sam patted Yoshi on the shoulder, then hopped onto the wall of the mountain and started climbing up like a vertical snail with sexy hair.
