[[Incredibly long post alert. I tried to keep the purple prose to a minimum. Also, Youmu's ultimate attack is from canon.]]

As soon as the trouble started, Youmu had drawn her swords and run off with her own foe. Strangely enough, this recolour was also a girl, and she thought of herself as being far different to the others. But then again, to Youmu's mind, all the hedgehogs were the same: they'd attacked first, and if any of them got killed, it was their own fault.
"(You want some, you bastard?)" she asked, quietly enough for only her opponent to hear. The female hedgehog didn't back down an inch. She pulled out her own pair of swords, then flipped them into a fighting stance, as if she'd performed the motion over a thousand times before. "(All right, then. Don't say you weren't warned when Roukan tears you apart!)"
"(You fool. I know you, even if you don't know me, Konpaku. And if you thought that my blade was so easily cut, why haven't you actually attacked yet? Aren't you certain?)" The question, and the use of her surname, threw Youmu off balance long enough for the hedgehog to charge, and she only brought her swords up just in time to block. "(Hm. Not bad, for a weakling like you. Come on, show me what else you've got!)"
Youmu pushed the attacking blades off and immediately brought hers down, but the recolour wasn't lying that her swords were tougher than she'd thought. Her katana simply bounced straight off the blades, and it took a lot of effort just to hang on. But she'd lost her balance again, and the recolour moved in for the kill. Thinking quickly, Youmu pushed herself further backwards, falling to the ground underneath the swinging blade. She jumped up quickly again, but the recolour had expected this and made a devastating slash across her stomach.
Surprisingly for a ghost-or, well, half of one-there was actually quite a bit of blood from the long, deep gash. "(Now do you understand, Konpaku? You can't win. My swords and my moves are far more powerful than yours. And you have no tricks left up your sleeve... Do you even have sleeves? Well, it won't matter in a few minutes after you bleed out!)" Smugly, she sheathed her sword and kept watching Youmu bleed.
"(...not...just...yet...)" the half-ghost dragged out. "(I'm not out of tricks yet!)" Reaching up into her sleeve, she pulled out a glowing card and touched it to her sword. "(You may know who I am, but you don't actually know me. And if you did, you'd know about this.)"
"What kind of..." the recolour started to say, but she was cut off by Youmu's declaration. "(Obsessor: Slash of Eternity!)" she cried, and the world seemed to go into slow motion. The recolour tried to pull out her swords again, but Youmu was faster, charging forward and pushing the recolour into the air. She skidded to a halt and charged upwards, slashing across the hedgehog's body a full sixteen times before bringing them both even higher. "(I never thought...such power...how can you...?)"
"(Like I said. You thought you knew me, and you were wrong. Now it's time for you to die!)" She braked in midair and started charging downwards with the recolour impaled on her blade. Then, in one final, brutal move, she pushed Roukan all the way down, cleaving the hedgehog's lower body in two and shoving it even faster towards the ground. There was a loud *crunch* and blood went flying over most of the area. "(Hm. That's going to take a while to clean. So who's next?! I promise, that was my last one of those!)" Laughing at herself, she suddenly noticed that there were no more recolours around, except one that was being stared at by an orange hedgehog.
She tried to move forward, but was stopped by the orange one. She didn't understand what he said, but she got the idea, and backed off. This shouldn't have been her fight in the first place, anyway. There were more important things to do...
