Out Of Context
OK, well, lets sort this situation out. Roamin11 and Myself are about the closet things to a GM in this RP atm. Why are we closest to being GM?s? We are currently the longest guys to be here. Orinon too, but I don?t think he would want to GM.

THE BATTLEFIELD/WHERE WE ALL ARE!
Just about everybody is in a giant crater caused by Ken?s nuclear blast. Ryan and his Airship are parked to the side of it and Farrago, Jack (unconscious) and Alice are in front of the Hanger bay ramp. The Ceph gunship, with Justin and his henchmen have just landed right in front of Farrago, Jack and Alice and are demanding Alice. The Gunship and the Airship are essentially nose to nose. Tomoya and Zero are about to confront Ken in the center of the crater (thats as best as I can guess as to where they were. If you don?t like it, get back to the airships!) Isaac is on his way to the battlefield as backup for the villains.
--------------------------------------
THESE are the rules for this RP, and I?d like them to be followed. They come from the original RP?er, Ramthunder.
The Avatar Adventure is an Open RPG because you don't need stat-points or character sheets. You can come in and be anything you want; a main hero, a main villain, an NPC (helpful or random), a Random Encounter, a quest giver, or even an item. You character is your Avatar, and can either BE whoever your avatar is (if, for example, it's Link or Freeman) or you can make a new character with your avatar's looks/powers/body.
There's very little rules that need to be followed.
THE RULES!
Simply, you just drop in and use your Avatar to move the plot. The only rules I'd like to be followed is:
You have to contribute to the plot: Doesn't matter if you?re just going to pop in now-and-again or be a constant player, each post should move the plot a little bit.
Don't control the story by yourself: Each post gives you temporary powers as a DM, so don't abuse it and don't disrespect the previous poster. You have to react to the story, not change it to your image. For example, if the previous posts were all about getting ready to go to X Village to fight some boss, don't put in your post that everyone changes their minds and decides to have a cookie party.
KEEP IT SIMPLE!!! A common problem in previous instalments of this RP is that people got it in their minds to create 5 paragraph long posts where they put in detail about their character, what they did, why they did it, what color their weapon was when they did it, etc. Here at the AA, designated Players will provide the Plot, Conflict, etc. You just relax and just post whatever your character would do (preferably in a funny manner) and some of the things that happen in reaction to your actions.
There will be Designated Players I.E, players who provide the Plot and Conflict, and are okay to have a little more power then the average player. Also, their will be at least One DP (Sgt_Jakeman214) for the good guys and one DP (Roamin11) for the bad guys. They will provide the quests for you, either for their own kind (we gotta find some power ups!) or to the opposing side (we gotta ambush them!)
Don't make All Powerful Characters: This means any creature that can do anything he/she wants, has no weaknesses and is the super-beasts, etc. Though there isn't a real "character sheet," your character should have at least the following basics:
-One All Powerful attack plus a few smaller attacks or means to attack
-One Weakness, Specific or General it doesn't matter
-One way to get out of serious trouble but only to be used rarely if at all!
Only Once Character Per Player: Meaning no making a Good Guy and a Bad Guy
NOTE! If you'd like to make a duo character, ie superhero and loyal side-kick, that is acceptable. This rule is a bendable though. Just don?t go overboard.
Using other characters in your posts is okay, but not necessary: This means that in your post you can say what the other characters did (exp, I would say how Mr. Ninja used his skills to find a door if it was in my post). But you should only do this if either a)the character's person hasn't posted in a while or b) if it is crucial to the plot of the RP.
ALSO, you can't make major decisions for that character, like dying or quiting or giving up some uber power, for that character. If you think you won't be on the thread for a while (or just get sick of it) please be sure to off your character if it's a main one, either through a death or simply saying "bye."
When you come in, try to stay the same: What I mean is, if you come in as a Good guy, try to stay a good guy unless you have a good reason, ie, NOT cause the bad guys have a cooler base then ours.
Have Fun. This is not supposed to be a serious thing. I hope to have this adventure become a funny one, so post with jokes or a relaxed manner. No need to be serious about it.
Also, any comments/messages/you saying something should be either put in a Spoiler box OR a PM. If you have any problems with this thread (poor/disrespectful players, bad rules, ideas to improve RP, confusion on the plot) please PM Sgt_Jakeman214 OR Roamin11 for any of that.
Otherwise, Enjoy!
-----------------------------------------
My post will start from here and move on. I figured that this would be a good time to clarify and fix things and get everybody in the know.
HAVE FUN AND LET?S PLAY AVATAR ADVENTURES!
Jack
Jack is the Sin of Wrath, one of the Seven Sins personified in Hell. Hell has given him this position with great powers, but also great torment and pain, for Jack is also the Grim Reaper. He is forced to ferry souls to Judgement and Hell directly, and watch them suffer or disappear to Heaven or Purgatory. As the embodiment of Wrath, there could be no greater punishment. He is trying to escape Hell, jaded by millennia of torment, but the only way to do that is to realise your sins, and repent them. Wrath and anger thus cloud Jack?s mind permanently on his own, and he will be forever doomed to Hell.
Jack stands 6?2? tall and is well built. He wears a tattered brown cloak with a hood, only taking the hood off when he really, REALLY, needs to scare the pants off someone. He is an accomplished fighter, and can throw down hand to hand with the best of them. He wields a Scythe, Katana and .357 Magnum revolver that never runs out of ammo.
Jack is the de facto leader of the Heroes.
Farrago
Farrago is an Angel of Heaven, and a friend of Jack. She is a relatively young angel, only ?Passed On? for 150 years. She has a soft spot for Jack, and hopes to help him repent his sins and be free of Hell. Farrago could best be described as a beauty, but all Angels are, aren?t they? She has pure white wings and hair, a shapely body and she chooses to not wear a halo. Farrago fights with a Sabre and M1911 pistol. Farrago can fly (Duh, wings!)
Farrago drew her sabre and pistol and stood infront of Jack and Alice. ?NO! You will not take her against her will. That is kidnapping, and a crime! I will not allow it!? But behind her, Jack stirred. Hearing Justin's voice had triggered something in him. He groaned and then roared, wrath and anger and pain in his voice. He jumped to his feet and darkness spread throughout the skies. Whatever Alice had done to him, his pure wrath had killed it.
?JUSTIN! WHAT HAVE YOU BECOME?!?!? Jack shouted, his voice hellish and full of pure anger. Everybody there cowered in fear at the display of raw hatred. ?You were a HERO! A pure man, a man of JUSTICE! Leave now, before I send you away in PIECES!!!!!? Jack was now standing in front of Farrago, staring down Justin.
Even in the crater, Tomoya, Zero and Ken all heard and saw the standoff between Justin and Jack.
It seemed the showdown had begun.
