The power began to flow back into Tomoya, he wings appeared, his eyes glowed bright blue, blue aura engulfed his entire body and lightning coiled around to body knowing that it is back with it's master, "RAAAAAAAAAAAAWHH" He roared into the darkness. A sharp pain came to Dracula as he noticed the power of the Angel, "How could I not sense him?" He muttered quietly to himself, and surly the heroes felt the power too.
The air around castle began to fill with lightning as the clouds above it got darker, Tomoya rushed out of the nearest window and began to fly again, he gained enough altitude that he could see Dracula's Tower, "Heh, notice me now will you..." Tomoay smirked, suddenly he charged and rammed through one of the gothic styled windows in the room with Dracula and the heroes, in the middle of the chamber laid the Lightning Archangel who still glowed blue and still had his wings, "Missed me?" He asked everyone.
Don't worry, not going to god mod. Just wanted a cool entrance.
Caim tried to say to Wesker, along with flappy arm motions and a 'rawr' kind of face, "Why don't I call the dragon? Maybe she can blast a hole in the building, and break the spell here?"

Whilst flying around, after depositing the heroes around Dracula's sanctum, felt a slight twinge of panic from Caim, she sent a message to the heroes telling her whereabouts, and flew downwards: "Caim? Are you alright, human?"
Caim gave a sigh of relief and motioned to Wesker at the wall, "I think she's here! Funny, I didn't call for her..."

"Is that...DRAGON! IF THAT'S YOU, STAY AWAY FROM THE STAIRWELL, IT HAS SOME KIND OF SPELL ON IT!" He shouted at the top of his lungs to warn Angelus.

Caim facepalmed, and motioned towards his head, and pantomimed the dragon again. "I can talk with her in my head. I'll just tell her to stay away... Why can't she come?" The dragon, hearing all this, paused before reaching the vacinity, and called out, "How would it affect myself? What does this magic do?"
Wesker took some time to figure out what the Hell Caim was on about.
"Tell her it traps you in a never-ending stair way with no way out. Also, I don't think it is part of the Tower in a physical sense, but rather we entered a portal or something.
Caim relayed the message to Angelus.

"Hm... Perhaps my fire could open a portal... Or... Perhaps we need to fight magic with magic? It will take away a great number of the hearts, however... But it might be able to pull you out."
"Just tell her to not go anywhere near the stairs, she's are only link to the rest of the Group, this Headset only goes back to Aperture." Wesker said as he grabed the bouncing ration and opened a bottle of water.
Caim nodded and relayed the message to the dragon. With a growl, she grudgingly agreed... For a time, she sent to the two "If the two of you don't get out soon, I'll start blasting my way in. Do you understand? I'll be back, I'll attempt to talk to the troops and see if any of them are well versed in magic." With that, the dragon flew off.
Caim looked at Wesker, and gestured with his hands to see if Wesker had paper or a pencil.

Wesker took out a PDA Connected to his Headset, disconnected it and brought up a text to speech option.
"Right, just type out what you want to say and press the green button here..." He talked Caim though the usage of the T-T-S.
"aauihgf" the PDA said as Caim tested it.

Caim gave a sigh of relief, and typed, "Thank the gods. I am quite used to being a mute, but for situations like this, it can get REALLY annoying. So, aside from waiting for the dragon, do you have any plans?"

He watched the group from a close by location but could not be seen. He watched ever so carefully incase he was caught. He thought "If this works i can finally get out of here".

Sorry for trapping your character but I would think the PRINCE OF FUCKING DARKNESS would have some kind of security in place

Dillon and the other were fighting Dracula, he kept teleporting and throwing fireballs, which was really annoying. Maria was having the easiest time with her doves.
Dillon Was quick on his feet, though he didn't want to use the genjitsu, it would drain his hearts and in Dracula's current fighting style he wasn't sure if he could hit him.
"Give up now, foolish mortals, I have two of your allies in my trap."
He showed them an or which served as a looking glass for the heroes to see Wesker and Caim, suddenly spikes began erupting from the walls and stairs.
Dillon lowered his sword. "Vile monster, I'll have your head for this." He promised.
Dracula laughed,
"There isn't a force on earth that can save them, only by the raising of my hand."
"Which hand?"
"THIS HAND"
suddenly Dracula realized his mistake
a door opened high up, the stairway was no longer perpetual
"Foolish mortal now your friends will die.
Spikes began erupting quickly from behind Wesker and Caim, if they slowed down even for a moment they'd be doomed.
Dillon was angry now.
"Ok Pal let me tell you one thing, No one and I mean NO ONE Threatens my friends got it.
Dillon didn't feel like saving his hearts up.
"Excalibur I ask you to lend me your strength."
"That I shall" announced the sword
"LET'S GO HOLY RESONANCE."
Golden wings appeared on his back. Dillon moved faster than Dracula's teleportation, meaning now Dracula was the slow one.
"WE can do it guys, lets Destroy this Vile Monster"
"Monster you don't know how monstrous I can be!"
with that Dracula changed, his form becoming a horrible monster
"We can still fight him." Dillon announced using his wings to fly up and slash at the monster.

I owe you an explanation, see I had mentioned that they release devastating attacks, that's how they do it.
IN the anime a weapon and a technician/meister (the person wielding the weapon) can create powerful attacks by resonating souls, making their souls on the same wavelength. It takes a lot of effort and concentration and a distraction can render it useless.
Technically they're just firing up as the actual technique would involve some fancy attack.

"Ahhh hel-CAIM, AN EXIT! MOVE!" Wesker shouted as he and Caim raced the gauntlet of incoming spikes.
As the exit neared, a pit appeared in front which Caim easily jumped.
Wesker however couldn't make the distance and slammed into the edge of the pit chest first, causing him to be winded and thus started to lag behind after he climbed up.
Caim quickly reached the end and took a second to catch his breath as the passage soon closed behind him.
He looked back and saw Wesker several feet away from the Closing passage but all that Caim could do was watch as it closed off.
The air was quiet...
until several red spikes burst though the wall with Wesker impaled on one of them with a Syringe stuck in his neck...

DO we want to go into Simon's quest, where we run around every where to find Dracula's body parts, or do we want to vanquish him here and find our way back.
I have my Bias's example Maria won't be coming to the present with us, its not her place in the timeline. as such I'd like a bit more time to interact with the other characters and such, after all I'm trying to make her more likable
I want to know if I should end this arc after this big battle or if i can still GM.Maybe one of you guys has a burning new idea.

I just watched a Persona 4 walkthrough and I think that something like that would be awesome.
The still glowing Tomoya nodded towards Dillon, "I always wanted to use these" Tomoya said as he pulled out a couple of hearts from his pocket and threw them into the air and absorbed them, lightning gushed through out his body. Tomoya then lifted his hands in a preacher kind of way and unleashed a lightning storm from his hands, it coiled around Dracula and hurt him to a smaller degree, "Haha, think you can kill me again ArchAngel!" Dracula insulted, he looked around and didn't see the angel.
As he looked up for suspicion he saw the angel come down fast as lightning, katana ready, he hit one of Dracula's wings. Tomoya jumped back towards the group.
Caim was upset that his ally was killed by the spikes, but continued onward, eventually finding his way to the battlefield. The dragon, naturally, roared in delight, and began to shoot large fireballs at Dracula, wherever she could manage without hitting anyone. Caim on the other hand, performed a charge attack (-2) at Dracula, and then went for a downwards cut.
