Every time someone mentions "The Basement" whilst welcoming a new user.

To make it fair, I think that should just be a single finger or shot each time, because whenever a new user is welcomed The Basement (takes one shot) does get mentioned a hell of a lot. The Basement (takes another shot) is a rite of passage for many here, and after all, there's only so much alcohol the body can take. A single thread would probably kill people without this little restriction. What with The Basement and all (takes a third shot)...
