Ahhh. Thought I might clear some things up.

To get the Spartan Badge, your team must be atleast worth half of your oppenents team. So, if your team costs £4999 and your opponents team costs £10000, beating them will get your the badge.

Also, I asked Funk about the Beserker badge and told me...

Berserkers have to be reckless, no?

Yeah, I don't get it either.

Thanks for the Spartan thing. Also, maybe to get Berserker, you have to win a battle with like, a single troop, or something.

No, I did that. Twice.

Has somebody tried attacking the #1 on the leaderboard or attacking their own troops?

Yeah, I tried that a few times as well. I've also tried defeating an army worth ten times more than mine. Also didn't work.

Well, based on the knowledge I've got so far, Funk told me you have to be reckless. Also, the badge's tagline is based off of the line in the Star Trek film The Wrath of Khan. Khan is defeated by the Trekkies, so fights them again with practically no troops and manages to imprison them on a planet forcing Kirk to scream "KHAN!", which is the badge's tagline. So, I've decided to pick a certain person, lose, then challenge them again without restoking troops.
