I'm still trying to figure out how in gods name I earned those two badges, I was rubbish at genre wars.

yeah, I got Decimator and Terminator today as well

Me as well; still don't know exactly why, but who's complaining?

I too got the Decimator badge just today, though i had the terminator badge for a while now. It didn't seem bugged to me, i got it with the right condition.

My guess is, they are upgrades to "Berserker", or at least one of them may be. When I still used to play GW, I tried to win as many battles as I could without returning to base, just to see if there were any badges for that. I don´t remember the exact numbers anymore, but I won ≥10 battles, to no avail. Now, I haven´t played since then, but still I got both "Decimator" and "Annihilator".

That´s the only lead I have. Could be wrong, but give it a shot

I also defeated the bot at least 10 times without returning to base and got nothing after beserker.

'Terminator' was working fine but 'Decimator' and 'Annihilator' were bugged. They are definitely follow-ups from 'Terminator'. I was told by the Techies and they've also been tested since.

Yeah, there was a few but... They got sorted ages ago. That's just how games work though. You find bugs, then you fix them. Then later you find more bugs, and you fix them too.

I have been having this problem as well, I should have gotten the 50 quizes badge by now, I've only missed one from the halloween games.

I have been having this problem as well, I should have gotten the 50 quizes badge by now, I've only missed one from the halloween games.

That is weird. If you're 100% certain you've done over 50, then a staff member should be able to check for you and either give you the badge or tell you you need to complete more quizzes. Should be a win-win situation.

Yeah, I mean I even went back and checked to make sure I did them all and as far as I can tell I've done them all except for the world of warcarft from halloween.

nope, I'm drowning in the badges now. I guess I needed to be 2 weeks or longer on the escapist or something

As a group of professional undercover detectives, us badge hunters occasionally stumble upon scenarios where we're aware of upcoming badges, but have no actual image to display. That's why we need to come up with a recognisable -unknown badge- image for when we provide all of you lovely people with the news. And we want YOU to make it! We're looking for something relevant to the cause. We don't want people mistaking it for a genuine Escapist Forum Badge!

Well... I can't remember the first but you obviously helped in some way otherwise you wouldn't be on there You've been on there for months I think. I vaguely remember you helping out with the Genre Wars badges?

well I made suggestions, and talked to Kuliani about the decimator and exploding earth one.
And he gave a definite hint at the "lament" part of his cryptic message, so I guess I now deserve to be on there.

Also, if I had any type of skill, then I'd try to build a mystery badge symbol, but all I can think of at the mo is ...
I won't give anyone ideas...
