Well, according to your post history you've only posted in four different forums [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/posts/Red+Hood?f_sort=forum+asc&f_page=1] (Featured Content, Gaming Discussion, Off-Topic Discussion and The News Room being the four forums you've posted in currently), so that's probably why you're not getting the badge. Simple solution, post in seven more forums.

Bear in mind that a thread is the actual discussion you're posting in, a forum is where you can find the thread. So this thread 'The Escapist Forum Badge Gallery' is in the 'Off-Topic Discussion' forum, just as an example in case you were simply misunderstanding what a forum is.

Just a quick message to spare you lovely hunters from locating and posting information on badges... We've already come stumbled upon a series of badges most likely related to another "What kind of X are you?" quiz. In this case, X seems to be "Villain". We've also found an unrelated "Beard Badge". We're aware of its purpose but holding back on the details until we're given the go ahead (i.e. as soon as it's confirmed that it's not supposed to be a mystery). The Villain quiz badges will be added once the quiz has been published.

Just fill out the answers like you would expect GLaDOS to fill them out (I found her's to be the easiest to get). If you get a different result first try don't worry as the quiz is re-takable and can award you multiple badges.

Plenty of people have managed to puzzle it together with that clue. You just need to think about it in the right way. E.g. user's can't create badges, so it's probably a staff member.

Why, if only there was such a thing. If only we had some sort of, I don't know, a video [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/the-escapist-presents/1853-Tour-the-Fortress] showing staff member's faces as well as their real names/ usernames to help us work this out.

I'm refusing to give any more hints than that. If that doesn't wittle down the possible creators for you I don't know what will.
