i play the clarinet, but it's at school (first chair btw), oh and is that gay?
No way! Have you ever heard the second movement of Mozart's Clarinet Concerto? (KV622) If not, youtube it right now! It is amazing, and as someone who plays the clarinet you'll love it. If you could play that I'd love to hear it!

I'm sorry, I don't know what GH is either.

Oh, I'm tempted to put one of my jam sessions on here, if I can remember to fucking record it next time...

I'd join in, but I got no good recording equipment. =(
Hah, don't worry about *good* recording equipment. We'd like to listen to what you can do, is all. We're all friends here so we won't be judge harshly.

The last one is out of time, I'm well aware of that.
The reflection off your computer screen in the first video makes it look like your guitar glows in the dark, and that is absolutely awesome in my opinion.

Solo I wrote for an ex, then recorded it and wrote the synth parts for an assignment. There are some pretty bad timing issues towards the end but apart from that I kinda like it (despite who it is written for..).

Sorry about the fact you have to download it =(

I'll get more up when I finish recording them. I'm working on Blackbird at the moment, I just have to learn to play it good enough before I record it =P

This video just contains the audio track for '10 Billion' by my band Doctor Nut. We're somewhat of a prog-rock/metal band.
Nice. You guys kinda remind a bit of Primus.

That's also fine, do you know how to link audio though? The reason I chose to do the video way is I actually know how to link those from youtube. If someone was able to let me know how to do that I'd be more than happy to put that in the OP.
There are various upload sites from which people can download the music and play it. It's not as easy, I must admit.

A while back, I was so unbleivably bored and did the solo for march of the dogs by sum 41.

I know I suck greatly but give me a break.
It was good! You should keep it up! This is becoming a very guitar heavy thread... I might need to post some more piano to even it out...
I would post some trumpet to bring brass instruments into the mix, but I don't think my upstairs neighbors would approve of me blasting the trumpet at midnight.

Thanks we get that now and then. I guess they're one of our influences as a band but... personally, I don't even know them very well haha.

I guess it depends on what people want to do. They're more than welcome to do it either way, but the youtube link is surprisingly convenient.

Huh, wouldn't it be a good idea if the escapist allowed for video uploading in the comments?

Got a couple of new things I made today to post here.

Bach's 'The Departure' arranged for Classical guitar by Mark Phillips

Some solo thing I've been working on for a Doctor Nut song.

Hey, I don't know if you've ever heard this before, but this is the prelude to the Fugue you were playing on the guitar that you posted the other day. Pardon the sound quality, I only have a mobile phone to capture these films on, and there's a few errors because I was in a rush to shoot it before I had to go to work, but otherwise enjoy!

Well, I had a lot of fun doing this one!
Was that your first post? Well thankyou for contributing! I hope you enjoy the site!
Yea, it's my first post. I've been signed up here for a while, but I really didn't have anything to contribute.....until now. So, I guess I'm going to be a little more active here...maybe, kind of, sort of. But, I was glad to have this opportunity!
