Noticed an influx of new members so thought I'd revive this bad boy so they can see all the threads from the past.

A worthy endeavour, but one that I fear is in vain.

seems to be pretty pointless alright but still it's worth a try.

Problem is that due to how fast the Off-Topic forums move, a thread can drift off in a matter of minutes with barely anyone seeing it as a result. If it was stickied then that wouldn't be an issue but as it isn't, it is going to take a lot of Necros to make this have an effect. Also doesn't help that Inverse Skies is away and no one else can update the thread to get rid of the deleted threads and add other threads in.

But the community map isn't exactly useful...

This is true. A lot of stuff on the Community Map is also now either discontinued or 404'd, so it needs some serious udating.

Do you have any plans to update this thread? It's still a handy guide as is, but some of the threads are 404ing and some new ones worthy of this thread have popped up.

To be honest I was thinking of letting this one go, but that was all going to depend on time commitments. I can't say just yet if I'll maintain this thread or not. Maybe if it has the support of some of the other members on this site then I shall, if not I'll let it slide into obscurity. Thankyou very much for your support though, that means a lot to me.

I completely understand if you don't want to maintain the thread, but it seems quite a few members have it bookmarked, if only to reduce the sheer number of bookmarks they have to keep.

Actually I'm rather surprised that so many people do have it bookmarked. It'll need a lot of work (slashing the old threads, adding some new ones) but it seems to have support which I didn't expect to be honest. I might have to do it then so I don't let other members down, that wouldn't be right of me.

I actually feel kinda dumb in that I didn't bookmark this thread SOONER. I wish I had known about an archive like this before, it would've saved me some time. And yes, it would be nice to update it a bit, but don't push yourself if you don't need to.

I usually make popular threads, but no ones posted in Thisone for a while.

I remember Cpt_Oblivious making a really popular RP. Evil Jak's Memorable's Escapist one too.
I'll add some more when I think of them >.<
