I've seen the ropes a few times; I've played two trials before, but as I said, the spark just wasn't there. But, considering the changes since, oh, two years back, I'd appreciate the help nonetheless.

This game is too complex for the likes of me - Nor I could not make hide nor hair of it! It is drastically over-complex. I played for a while, then I'm afraid it got the better of me and I left.

Trust me, it's that way for everyone. It's just like sex. The first time is awkward and fumbly, but eventually you'll get used to it and be thankful for all the options it offers you.

Probably. I was making a good living by manufacturing Rifters and Interceptors and selling them to people (the newer players in Caldari space like them because they're "exotic"). Either way, a challenge is a challenge.

Prove to me that there's a reason to play this single-player MMO.

i just started playing this week, and am loving every minute of it... thankfully i have a tutor, otherwise i'd be quite lost! we're all playing in the 0.0 sectors, which i guess is a bit dangerous...

anyhoo, i'm playing an Amarr and my character's name is Nyarlothatep if anyone here wants to seek me out... i'll also be getting into the Escapist Steam group when i get my new computer next week...

No, that's just how Wall-E pronounces her name. If you watch the film again, the Captain calls her EVE.
