Okay, updated. Seems like having an event at such short notice doesn't go down too well. Maybe we should keep them in line with national holidays?

What's this about everyone saying we don't have a CS:S group? We do! Click the title! LiverandBacon is heading it up!

Alright, next event is the TF2 event and it seems like today's will not be happening, and will instead be postponed.

Does escapist have servers on any other games?

Only TF2 as far as I know, and it took quite a bit of cajoling to get that server!

Although it does seem like it's quiet most of the time, I'll talk to the staff about maybe setting it up for a different game?

Although we'd have to do a poll for which one, methinks.

This is an awesome idea, and I'd love to join... but sadly my internet is so slow and crappy my ping'd be 500. [The sad thing is that on some games, my dial up actually ran faster... and that's relatively recent games...].

I am proud to say I am a big fan of Left 4 Dead. I do not have Cs:s but I do have 1.6 and play that 1 often. Play Left 4 Dead more now though.

You need to get a 1.6 team going, I know that people probably don't play 1.6 as much anymore,
but I think we should get a team going for that. I've usually always got at least a 4/5:1 ratio.

The only games I play on pc are CS 1.6 and Neverwinter nights. It would be very fun to play these games with my fellow escapists, but i suppose they arent on the clan list. Oh well. My computer isnt good enough to run most of those games.

Everyone's playing Empire: Total War on steam, and I hear the matchmaking uses steam. We don't need a group but I think we could all have some epic fights on it.

Oop, missed this thread. I am already in the TF2 group on steam, though since my computer up and died on me( Just in time for the scout update NOOOOO!), I won't be on for a while. Hopefully Gateway won't take too long getting it back to me, so I can play.
