Hitman: Codename 47... Picked up on sale off steam, right from the tutorial level I found the controls to be clunky, the goals/objectives to be unclear, and the interface and inventory systems to be a mish-mash of different ideas, none of which worked very well.

less than 5 minutes with Command and Conquer was enough to tell me I hate RTS games. Haven't played one since.

Ten Minuites with Halo 3. Why?

Boooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrred by the game. And the level design nigs I had with previous games were there to haunt me.

CoD 4... I never even played it but hated it the day it came out.... also CoD:MW2.... was I the only one who got DA:O and L4D2.....

Tekken 6: scenario mode seemed like just a way to get money for customization faster, but to make it the CORE of the game! not to mention the Crystal dragon, lack of offline co-op, not being able to fight your custom characters, having to unlock characters for arena(aka the fight 10 people and get rewarded with an ending), fighting only 3 people in the arena(when ever I play a fighting game I have 9 people to get use to the character before I fight the boss but 3 people? and then a teleporting, crystal plated, cheapass, lasers in all, Egyptian dragon?) AND NO F^.^ING CLOSURE FOR ANYONE. There are no spoilers for this game other than me telling you that you have to fight a dragon.... and that seems more like a warning!

The first 20 minutes of Final Fantasy XII. I made it through the opening cinematic and about 5 minutes of real gameplay. I kept playing for about 2 more hours total before getting rid of the game. Just not my style.
yeah, unfortunately XII doesn't get good for a while. about seven hours in, however, you will be hooked. EVERYBODY PLAY XII!

darkwatch, when I loaded up the game and found out that EVERYTHING that had made me want to play the game had been completely changed or removed entirely in production. still beat it though.
dying constantly.
failing miserably.
And I still beat it in less than two hours.

Neverwinter Nights-- any pretense that it was a fun game was rapidly defenestrated as soon as I heard Aribeth's first spoken line.

Took me about 2-3 minutes of playing the Daikatana demo to realize how utterly terrible it was.

About 10 minutes in Burnout Paradise, when all the races started and I had no idea where the hell to go and I was crashing every 10 seconds. The Burnout games that I knew were all about breaking stuff, if you add precision racing to that you might as well add some bat shit on top of a cake.
