I just changed my avatar tonight. Before it was a picture of Young Pootie from Pootie Tang.

Now its Eric the Northman from True Blood with foil in his hair and blood on his face.

Some retard troll tried to use my avatar in an argument about a month ago. After that I decided that I liked the image so I set it as my avatar.

Is it actually from ZP? or is it some throw-together on MS paint?

Designed mine for a t-shirt.

For those who are a wee bit dense, it's a play on the phrase "i <3 u."

I thought it was clever.

F-14 Tomcat was, and always will be, my favourite fighter.
Just my personal favourite is all. ^_^
I don't know, I like the sleekness of the stealth bomber/fighter.
Sleekness? have you seen an F117 stealth "fighter"? Its all boxy and angly. Although it is pretty sweet looking with the wierd V tail.

My avatars the best ace combat playable character. He's better both in story (except ac5) and because he lacks the annoying hippie wingmen that accompany you in the later games.

I was just wandering around on Maplestory, when there I saw it. The blank expression on its face drew me in.....And then I realized that it was a ***** to kill at my level.

Mine was just something quick and crappy I threw together in a millisecond. I don't actually look like that. I don't change it thought or buy Avatar Gear seeing as it's just so...pointless.

I used to have just the eggy as my avatar, but I wanted it Hallowe'en-ified for the occasion. So I accepted an offer by a fellow Escapist to do just that and here is the end result. After Hallowe'en I'll change it back, but for now this is perfect.

Hmm, well mine, well mine has a long story behind it.

Last Summer me and my friend went down to the beach for a swim. When we got down there, we realised that a lot of the beach was covered in seaweed. Noticing that it wasnt as hot as we wanted down at the beach, we decided to do some stupid stuff there. After about an hour of digging holes and making the stairs go down an extra 5 steps, we had a thought, lets take all that seaweed there, and make a picture with it. It took us quite a bit of time to do(and let me tell you, piles of seaweed mixed with sand and water can weigh very heavy) but eventually w finshed it, we got some strange looks from people but if some of them noticed what it was, they laughed and told us that we were awesome.

Wee took a photo of it to mark our acomplishment.

p.s. If people dont say its very big, im around 6 foot 1, and in one of the pictures, im about 2 lenghts of the eye.

Had the same avatar since the start. I like the theory of ying and yang, when applied to the fact that everyone must balance their own good and their own evil. That, plus a dragon surrounding it, makes for a badass pic.

Wouldn't you say?

Oh, and just to get back in mood.

I do believe I'm on fire

I Googled "scientist" because we had to find pictures for one of our future occupations for some school project.
This was one of the first results it gave me.

I kept this one because I just loved the odd, somewhat-inappropriately bemused look of a scientist pointing at a beaker labelled "acid."

Plus, it was prominently featured by Yahtzee in one of his reviews :) [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/892-2-5D-Hoedown]

Mine is a violinist, not because i can play, or even because i know anything about playing, but because its what you do when you want to make fun of someone elses' angst. I have to do that a lot...

Oh and i gif'd it myself. Yay for skillz.
It's pretty damn smooth too.
Good quality, no hitches in the animation.

I'd work on making that note move up out of screen continuously so it doesn't jerk back and forth, but that's just nitpicking.

I picked mine because I enjoy Red Dwarf, and I can kind of relate to Rimmer. Though before I joined the escapist, I was using it as a spray on cs source. And it's relative to the name I chose, which was inspired by the facts that I love Simon Pegg movies and red dwarf, I wanted it to be catchy, rhymey and just, nice! I've always considered it kind of pixely, so for all you lovers of spectacle, here is Peggheads avatar in High Definition! Well...just, bigger.
