All the dystopian classics blow my mind. it started with Fahrenheit 451, then 1984, and A Clockwork Orange.

In scifi, the Otherland series was incredible.

Movies-wise, the first really mind-blowing one was Mississippi Burnings. that had me distracted for two weeks.

I had the entire prayer memorized at one point. Such a great movie.

Me too, but can't remember it completely anymore... guess I lost it after too much time of not executing mobsters

Hmm...The Grapes of Wrath. It was the ending that did it, I re-read the last few pages a few times to take it in.

In Chronological order:

1) I watched Lord Of The Rings: The Extended editions, one after the other

2)I read Gotrek and Felix, the first Omnibus

3)First time I had ever seen any of my mates drunk

4)Finished Braid

5) First kiss.

My mind is blown too easily

that with gotrek and felix, i Ha-ave to agree, the first omnibus was awesome. im just too lazy to read the second atm. also, in birthday present, i had 4 new books in the series by Nathan long.

I don't remember the first but I do remember a few times.

That twist in Bioshock well...shocked me. I was just staring at the screen listening to everything to the point where my mom came in and asked what was up.

Another time was at the end of this book series called The Bartimaues Trilogy. It was one of those things where I knew it was gonna happen but I didn't wanna believe it and I was finishing up the book during quiet time so I when I finished I screamed "Oh man I knew it I frickin knew it" while standing up in my seat.

Muppets in New York... at least that's what I'm told by my parents.

The most recent mind-blowing has to be The Path.

Reading any book by David Mitchell: number9dream, Ghostwritten, Cloud Atlas, Black Swan Green.

The ending of Prince of Persia : The Two Thrones (marks the first time a game ending has been able to make me stop in my tracks).

On a slightly less serious note, just for a bit of fun:

I don't know if I'd describe it as having my mind blown, but reading "The catcher in the rye" changed me somehow, probably different to what you're describing though.
