Yeah, a good read. Have you tried the Waylander ones? There better IMO.
Are they the ones based on Druss?
I don't think I have

In Chronological order:

1) I watched Lord Of The Rings: The Extended editions, one after the other

2)I read Gotrek and Felix, the first Omnibus

3)First time I had ever seen any of my mates drunk

4)Finished Braid

5) First kiss.

My mind is blown too easily

that with gotrek and felix, i Ha-ave to agree, the first omnibus was awesome. im just too lazy to read the second atm. also, in birthday present, i had 4 new books in the series by Nathan long.
I have read the whole series. It is possibly my favourite series apart from the aforementioned Skilgannon ones. Vampireslayer/ Giantslayer (the final one) are the best to me. But the whole thing is excellently written

One movie comes to mind that hasn't been named "The man from Earth". Maybe it's just because I have a complex mind but that movie really made me think.

The first time I read "House of Leaves" by Mark Danielewski. I read anything and everything put in front of me, always have. But my mate Aspen told me he couldn't even get past page 25 without losing his s#!t. so I took it and read it voraciously. Brilliant book, brilliant mindf!@#. The only book I've ever read that made me feel claustrophobic, agoraphobic, nauseaous, proud, and joyful pretty much all at once.
Second to that, Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. Damn thing changed my life and pretty much cemented in my head my career of choice, and haven't looked back.

Jesus Christ: Superstar on stage (and I'm not even technically Christian).
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.
300.
Spawn/Batman crossover by Todd McFarlane and Frank Miller.
Rayman on the Sega Saturn.
The first TV spot I saw for Final Fantasy VII.
2001: A Space Odyssey.

I... Don't know... Maybe... Umm... V for Vendetta... Or Fight Club (which by the way is the greatest movie ever made). I can't decide/don't remember.

Wait... Now I remember, it was when I watched Equilibrium for the first time.

I could tell you about the last time I had my mind blown, but I don't remember the first. My first hour or so playing Flower. I had a friend over, and we were both amazed by the visuals and the joy that came with just flying around.

The first time I played Act 4 of MGS4 comes to mind. I won't spoil it, because it's just to awesome. When the final sequence began, I thought, "am I doing what I think I'm doing?"

First time I read the Watchmen comic.

Closest I ever got with a movie was 2001 A Space Odyssey, but that was more drug like, due to the 12 minute LSD trip the director took us on towards the end.

No, the Druss books are set about 300 years after the Waylander ones. The Waylander series are the oldest, in terms of Drenai history. There are three books in the series. There about an assassin who at the start of the first book is just about past his prime. He has lead an evil life, but he saves a a preist and his life is changed forever. The best of the Gemmel books, IMO.

I really liked Fight Club
I felt more "blown away" whilst watching than after finishing it though...

I would say 300 but I don't want to spark any tangent debates (don't start)

I never believed that peoples jaws could drop, and said person could have no will or strength to return that jaw to its closed state, until the whipping scene in Passion of the Christ.

It was horrifyingly mind blowing.

First time I looked through a microscope, all those little bits and pieces making something that awesome looking. Totally blew me away, and I know it doesn't pertain to films/books, but still. It was so awesome! Or the first time I looked through a kaleidoscope. Both were very mind blowing.

That twist in Bioshock well...shocked me. I was just staring at the screen listening to everything to the point where my mom came in and asked what was up.

Another time was at the end of this book series called The Bartimaues Trilogy. It was one of those things where I knew it was gonna happen but I didn't wanna believe it and I was finishing up the book during quiet time so I when I finished I screamed "Oh man I knew it I frickin knew it" while standing up in my seat.
These.

Other than those, reading Prey and Sphere, both by Michael Crichton, were the closest things I've ever come to having my mind blown
(except for the ending to Prey... it shook me back to reality after reading the entire book in one sitting).

Indeed. Rest in peace, Michael Crichton.
