yeah protonjon is always awesome, but i think my favorite would have to be deceasedcrab, something about the way he talks and the comments he makes just cracks me up

this series in particular is ridiculously laden with bad/hilarious puns

Anything by ProtonJonSA is pretty excellent. He has a penchant for playing extremely hard Mario hacks, but is also very good at them so he actually makes progress. And he's also a funny guy and is sometimes joined by "celebrities" from Something Awful.

Also, there was a particularly long and painful to watch I Wanna Be The Guy lets play by someone I can't remember who started out cheerful and optimistic and by the end descended into a druelling moron who communicated by cursing, babbling and generally hating anyone associated with IWBTG. A complete devolution in other words.

Comedy gold.

Well, besides the ones mentioned above (like Helloween and every member of TheRunawayGuys), TheSpoonyOne has some pretty good LPs. His Phatasmagoria 2 and SWAT 4 ones in particular are flat-out hilarious. Also, Seananners can be pretty good sometimes too.
