I am addictid to Borderlands. I recently finished playing the unter and have started a new berserker class for arena fights with my freinds. I 100% zombie island and blaze through the underdome and keep coming back for more. But as I keep playing the dlc, I keep thinking, "Will it be like Fallout 3?" People make comparisons between the two, what with the Dlc, open world and dlc because aparently no one is allowed to do it now because Fallout did it first.

If I am correct, they stopped the dlc because you can only add a certain number of acheivments for a game or something. Which is why I was sad to see Borderlands Dlc has acheivments, leading to the fact that the dlc will have to end shortly.

But They might as well give us some baddass dlc!

What dlc would you like to see from borderlands? What new adventures are awating out beloved charecters?

Me? I want pirates. Their is water on pandora, we have all seen it. I would love to see an adventure on the high c's. I think it would be a nice change of pace from the western theme, without being too much. Both have Bandit rades, huge adventure potential and sweet sweet loot.

Do you see anything in Borderlands future?

I hope they don't make a sequel, but I think they should have spaced out the DLC by more than a month(Or however long it is).

I don't think Borderlands is much at all like Fallout, Fallout is open world where you can explore everything whenever. Borderlands you have to unlock it. And they don't have what I hate about fallout 3, in fallout if you want the best gun you can just go out and grab it, and use it with no problem. In Borderlands you get the gun, but you have to wait till you can use it.

As for the future? Not sure, I haven't touched the DLC because it has DRM on the PC version so I haven't even seen the present updates.

I think the cel shading is awesome ^^
It gives it more of a distinct style, it's nice for a few games to try something different occasionally :p

I hope they make a non-cel-shaded sequel. It had potential to be a very beautiful game, but the cel shading ruined it.
The art style in Borderlands is one of the things that prevented it from becoming just another bland generic fps. If it had a realistic look, the screenshots would've never caught my eye, and I probably wouldn't have purchased it.

Well Borderlands was only good due to the gun play I mean there is no real central story, theres nothing to keep you going along with it and its really just disappointing in the end. The main characters are jokes to say that there is really character there, the only thing you can get from them is that Mordecai is arrogant and Lilith and Brick are both vampires for how much they love to just kill and with how much brick loves to scream about blood. The gun play is good but not enough to make up for the games flaws.

The game is so good i wish they made a medieval version of it, with the same addictive loot system, but had the addition of big bosses where it took like 10-25 people to do it and let some people use swords and stuff and....

Oh wait, nvm.

I want to see a Borderlands 2, with an open world, custom characters, more guns, the abillity to mod said guns, more skills.

Just more, I suppose.

I should, but it would disturb the internet mice.

Yep.
Disturb the internet mice.....yeah ok, that seems like a completely reasonable excuse for not doing something.

I am going to start saying that every time somebody asks me to do anything.

"Call 911! He's not breathing!"

"That my good sir, would disturb the internet mice"

But there is no rest for the wicked!

OP: More visuals for the guns, Maybe a fifth character?, companions, I would love to see huge scale battles to the point I will explain.

Explanation: Dr. Ed(Geddit?) has a giant fort which has been receiving many threats for his life and land from bandits. He hires you to help defend and upgrade his fort. It ends with a huge Lord of the rings style battle for his fort.

It will introduce vehicular hijacks, Melee weapons, A house for your character to stay, and hours of entertainment.

I don't know what the future will bring for Borderlands. Hell, I've only just got to level 22-23 with the Siren, a level 13 Hunter, and a level 5 Berserker. So I'm not going to bother with the DLC for a long time, if at all.
