Final Fantasy VIII for me, easily completed this into the double digits - and when I say complete, I mean complete.

Haven't played it for seven years though - not so much disposable time for me anymore.

Devil May Cry I recall repeating over and over, that too into double digits.

Civilization's various installments too, but that doesn't really count - everyone replays those.

I'd have to say the Mass effect series. i've played both games so many times it feels like work every time I start a new playthrough.

apart from that, I would say Portal. lost track of how many times i've played it.

The Elder Scroll IV Oblivion.
I've logged more hours on that than any other game. Including online games.

Sorry guys, but I'm afraid that in terms of real replayed value Solitaire, Minesweeper, and patience badly burn everything else.

Hmm, if Minecraft counts as 're play' then that. If not i'd say oblivion.

I'd actually have to go with Simciy 4, that game never ends so I'm not sure on the whole"re"-playability but a lot of time can be sunk into it =D

games like Oblivion and especially stuff like FO3/NV where you can chose to be a good, bad or neutral person.
personally I played through Portal 2 around three times.
