Hmm... For me it's gonna have to be Deus Ex (Which I've played through six times), Diablo 2 (Also six times), or Freelancer (I lost count of how many times I've played through it).

I cannot tell you how many times I have beaten that game.

At least 100 times.

At least.

I see alot of great games here, so i'll come up with something completely different

Anyone here ever played Happy Wheels? The most happy... and yet gory game I have seen. It's a pretty simple game. Choose your rider. You can pick between an old geezer in a wheelchair with rocket boosters, a guy on a segway, a dad on a bike with his child, a fat lady on an electric scooter, a guy and girl on a moped and lastly a fat guy on a lawnmower. It may sound a little weird, but it's damn fun. A nice thing is that all the levels a created by other players, and everyday there is new maps to play, and it is constantly growing.
I can provide you all with a link below. Best part is that it is free... yes FREE!!!

Disgaea. I've known people who've logged thousands of hours.
Personally, Hearts of Iron 2. That game has made me fail courses.
Europa Universalis and Victoria are in the same category as HoI2, but I like the WW2 setting more. EU2 + HoI2 + Vic = ~1250 hours for me.

EDIT: I forgot about the Koei games. Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Nobunaga's Ambition.

Pick up RTS as a hobby. There's the Command & Conquer series (Red Alert series, Tiberian Sun series, Generals was ok), Starcraft 1&2, Stronghold 1&2 and Crusader, and the entire Total War series. I promise you, pick your favorite one or two and you will loose WEEKS of your life to playing time(potentially on par with Pokemon even, that evil, evil game). Especially if you find you like the Total War series. It has a campaign map where you manage your empire and direct your armies to attack and defend cities (which you manage, if you like). There are multiple factions to play and in many cases you can manipulate the files easily enough to play most if not all "unplayable factions." Then the battles themselves are in real-time or have auto-resolve if you don't feel like it or trust your general more than yourself (not usual). Or you can even make your own skirmish against the computer (with computer allies if you desire).

Have fun!
Oh god the hours i put into pokemon red and blue.... 120 hours of blood, sweat and tears. Then my baby sister comes along, wants to try it, and saves over my account with a lvl 5 bulba.. The rage, people, the rage...

Or try the age of empires series.. Play AOE 2 with hacked maps (20 times bigger then the biggest original) and you'll be set for 10 hours of fun.

If your in to the sport, then Sports games are the way to go. FIFA and NBA2K for me, really involving manager modes.

Also, I still occasionally play Dawn of War as well as some expansions and mods for it even after 7 odd years after release. Same goes for Rome: Total War (Love the LOTR:TW mod).

I believe the Ratchet and Clanks have lots of replay value, because after you beat it the first time you can then play with your same profile and all of your weapons on a second play through, and then while doing the second play through you can upgrade your weapons to be even more powerful, and then there is a lot of skill points, platinum bolts/gold bolts/ titanium bolts, hidden weapons, and a multitude of other things to collect.

I'm gonna say most of the SMT games have good replay value, Persona 3 and 4 especially if you want to re play the game different ways (wehther thats a support, attack, defensive, etc).
