I've purchased about 150 PC games in 2 years from online sources such as Steam and www.humblebundle.com and I've likely spent far less than $1,000 doing it. $500 a year for my main hobby aint bad. You can't buy gas for your hog for that in a bike riding season.
Pretty much the same. I've gotten around 120 Steam games in the past year(however roughly half of them are in my "Shit games"-folder). Can't imagine having spent more than £150 on them. A few were sales, which cost more, but a vast majority were cheap bundles.
My feelings are a bit conflicted though. Spend the four years before my PC switch buying lots of PS3 games. Got a bit over 100 games for it, but the total cost is waaaay higher. So while I'm happy, and I guess gloatful, about finding these bundles I also feel even more awful that I spent so many years buying expensive games(got a 360 the year before my PS3 and had tons of games for it as well). Many of which I've gotten on Steam now as well.
The bundles have been extremely poor lately though. Hoping it picks up again soon.
Another gloatful thing would be that I plan to report a school I went to for the past three days(signed out today). It was unstructured as fuck with extremely incompetent staff. My teacher spend a good two hours telling us about the importance of reporting to higher authorities when something wasn't right, so I plan to do just that. We'll see how much he likes it then. >
