The Authority Himself decided that Shannow could no longer be allowed to flout His Laws, ans sent a force of angles to persuade Shannow of the wisdom of His decree, by force, if necessary.

Physical Description: Large, muscled and reptilian the Talonisk are not one to be crossed. They stand at about 7'3 and weigh 240 pounds of scaled flesh. Their scales are very durable and appear to be resistant to most forms of weaponry and they can change color whenever needed. Their mouths are home to rows of razor sharp teeth which are made of the same material as the scales, which means they can basically rip apart metal with their fangs. Their eyes are inverted and vary in color depending on their mood, often meaning that they will be red the majority of the time due to their ferocious personalities.
Style of Technology: Their technology is surprisingly advanced, it is similar to that of steampunk. They use large bulky weaponry powered by pistons and clockwork mechanisms. They in fact will still use melee weapons more frequently, however their large power rifles are still the most popular. Their cities are small and often underground, the generated smoke from their factories has to affects on those inside, either death or enhancement. The most common effect being death.
Attributes/Notable qualities: Their strenght comes at a price, the majority of their species is often killed by the smog in the caves. Those who survive gain unimaginable strength and agility, some can release the smoke from their bodies in either the smoke or a highly acidic liquid which they will vomit onto an opponent that can burn the flesh from bone.
Fighting style: They despise magic in every sense of the term, they refuse to touch magical weaponry or use the arcane arts in combat. The common Talonisk berserk will utilize their strenght and durability to charge onto the battlefield, soak up the damage and rip the opponent limb from limb. Needless to say they are better at berserking then planning out their attacks, which doesn't really matter seeing as they can withstand .50 cal rounds to the face without flinching.

Rank/Title/Occupation: Hunter - The highest rank available to a Talonisk warrior, always sent on solo operations.
Appearance: Grexec is the normal height for a Talnoisk, all though he is slightly more muscular. His scales change color at will, just like all other Talonisks. However he has a birth defect which causes his eyes always to be blue, allowing him to appear to be calm when in fact he could be trying to restrain himself from biting someones head off. Like other Talonisks he wears only a tunic, seeing that his scales protect more then any armor ever could.

Their skin color varies from a light green to a dark blue. Their faces are very basic, with nasal slits as opposed to noses. Their mouths house a single row of varied teeth, due to their omnivorous nature. They have no hair, but instead have rows of nerves that run from the forehead to the base of the spine. Their bodies are not suited for tasks that require much physical strength.
Style of Technology: They are very advanced technologically, with more of a cyberpunk bent than that of their rival Talonisk. Cybernetic enhancements are very common among the Grell, usually in the form of microchips used for tracking, or muscular enhancements to improve strength or dexterity. Their weaponry is comparable to those used by human in the present. Their cities are large metropolises, towering into the sky with skyscrapers usually nowhere below the 10 story range. Due to their aforementioned lack of physical strength, the Grell utilize a fully robotic workforce. Somehow, they have not run into any robot revolts, although anything is possible.

Appearance: On the tall side for a Grell, about 6' 2". He is just as skinny as most of them, at about 127 lbs. His skin is dark green, with areas of lighter green around his face and hands. He wears advanced body armor, which has basic cloaking abilities and good protection.
Weapons: Toulu uses a silenced combat shotgun that fires acidic rounds, along with a silenced pistol that can fire rounds laced with radiation. He also carries a ceremonial dagger for melee purposes.
Fighting Style: Toulu mainly uses his ranged weaponry, and only uses his dagger or hand-to-hand in case of emergency. His melee combat relies more on agility and dexterity in order to evade enemy attacks and counter them, as apposed to brute force.

He became an Operative, a shadow agent who worked behind the scenes in order to keep peace. When Shannow's rebellion was instigated, the Grells sided with the Authority, who Toulu was sick of. Toulu responded by going AWOL, and joined the rebellion.
