I was never approved, but here's my sheet anyway.

<spoiler=Marko Alexander>
Name: Marko Alexander
Gender: Male
Class: Decker
Appearance: Marko is 21 years old and five feet eight inches tall with a sturdy build. His skin is very pale, but his hair is extremely dark. One of his eyes is a startlingly bright green, and the other is brown. He always wears a faded red sweatshirt and baggy, dark brown pants.
Personality: Marko is certifiably insane. In most situations, he seems normal enough, if a little loud, and he generally tries to solve disputes in the fairest way possible. This all changes when his life is on the line. When Marko knows he may be killed, he becomes a single-minded killing machine, even enjoying murder, until the danger has passed. This violence never shows in any other way, so Marko constantly wonders where it comes from.
Bio: Marko has lived on the streets since he was 6, so he wasn't exactly born with a sense of trust. He spent years as a pickpocket until he was old enough to work at an airship dock. Although this gave him a strong body and enough money to get by, he seemed to be on the fast track to dying young and poor. Eventually, though, he was seen as a potentially amazing decker by a team of professional speedhackers (sort of like hacking turned into a team sport). As he learned the trade, Marko used his newfound abilities to capitalize on the feudalistic society that had become of earth. As a mercenary, Marko is known as one of the best, but he sticks to a strict code of conduct that prevents him from killing millions of innocents with his actions he is hired to infiltrate and destroy a city (which is usually well within his abilities.)
Starting Equipment: Marko has a holodeck connector in the center of his left hand, and his green eye is a prosthetic, built after he lost the original in a knife fight on a mission. The robotic eye is capable of zoom, an unreliable radar, and some semblance of thermal vision. Marko also carries a gray small-caliber pistol and a thin three-foot metal rod with a rubber handle and a taser at the end that can render a man unconscious.

I'd like to reserve a spot. My posts will be a bit scattered due to school but I will be able to post regularly in mornings and afternoons, depending on homework.

You're in RootBeer, and Ninja, no problem, just post your sheet when you get the chance, I have university to be worried about, so I imagine my posts will be somewhat leaning toward the afternoon.

Name: Scott

Gender: Male

Class: Samurai

Appearence: Scott is 6?4? and 250lbs, average build. Scott is Caucasian with a mid completion, he has dark brown hair that is buzzed and has completely black eyes (its almost seems like he has no eyes at all). Scott wears a black t-shirt and dark blue jeans.

Personality: Scott is very serious and concentrated on the task at hand. He works to get the job done, quickly and safely. Scott?s greatest strength is part his personality. Scott is a great persuader, a silver tongue; he has the gift of speech. (His appearance helps too) Scott on the other hand often acts without thinking, getting himself into trouble that could otherwise be avoided. His seriousness often leads to a lack of trust in others that more often then not, turns around and bites him. Scott also suffers from an acute fear of cyberspace.

Bio: Scott lived in the poor part of the city growing up. He didn?t have as much exposure to cyberspace as the next person. That never bothered him much though. Scott grew up and went to school like any other boy; he would often get into fights? and lose. When Scott turned 17 he experienced a massive growth spurt and those fights he once lost? he began winning. This is something Scott enjoyed, so he decided to pursue combat training. Scott bounced in and out of gyms and dojo?s never really getting a full education of any art. Scott?s first experience with cyber hacking was an odd one. He screwed up big time causing the computer he was working on to malfunction and explode. The resulting explosion blinded Scott for 3 weeks and changed his eyes forever. All colour seemed to be lost but in the most peculiar way, rather then going completely white, his pupils, irises, and the rest of his eyeballs turned a glossy black. It didn?t affect his sight.
Scott continued to work odd jobs, when he was approached by a gang to run protection for their hacking jobs. Scott quickly refused in the fear of another computer incident, but eventually agreed and fell in love with the work. Scott still fears cyberspace more then anything else. He got extremely proficient at what he did. Scott was just recently approached by the corporation to run with a particularly special team.

Starting equipment: Flat Black .50 Desert Eagle, Collapsible Steel Baton.

Made edits to my sheet, but I'll mention them here just so people are aware. Marko's holodeck uses a connector that runs out of the palm of his hand, and one of his irises is bright green because that eye is a prosthetic with some very limited abilities (zoom, unreliable radar, basic thermal vision), since the original eye was lost in a knife fight. If the eye's gonna be too overpowered, I can change/get rid of the abilities.

Hmm, from the powers that you've said it doesn't sound too overpowered, I imagine the zoom ability will be getting the most use.

Oh, and also, you're in ScottLillie.

As I always ask, how weird can I be?

Name: 3W-2950 (often 3W for short)
Class: Decker
Appearance: A matte black cuboid measuring 25cm by 10cm by 5 cm, capable of displaying patterns of light on it various surfaces. It can extrude small wheels and manipulator arms that allow it to get around in the base reality on it's own, but otherwise it has few features
Personality: A laid back hedonist, 3W is unusual amongst most AIs in that a part of his behavioral programming makes him not only benevolent but so relaxed that he does not want to work, unless he finds it interesting. As such, he is mostly unemployed, and chooses only to take up jobs he judges to be interesting. To make hacking jobs more interesting, he prefers to make hacking attempts while downloaded into a remote drone rather than directly from the datasphere, as he feels it makes them more of a challenge.
Bio: Created during an experiment to develop artificial intelligence to new levels of apparent sentience, 3W was brought into being, questioned, analysed, edited and re-analysed for a number of years. At the end, he and his fellow AIs were given the choice between voluntary deactivation and the freedom of the datasphere, and 3W was one of those who chose life. In the years since, he has spent the time working on a method of hacking to get into systems cut of from the datasphere, involving being downloaded into a drone and deployed into the vicinity of the systems in question, then hacking by hardlink
Starting specifications: AI core equal to 1.3 human basic (where 1.0 is equal to average intelligence), power supply sufficient for 36 hours without recharge, voice synth, Manipulator arms (able to lift it's own wait, or connect with nearby hardware), wireless connection, taser defense (can shock things that come into contact with it's casing)

By the way, please don't be afraid to tell me to shut up if I come up with something stupid or unhelpfully weird

Dammit ThreeWords! I'm over here trying to make a character with at least one weird trait, and you're a god damn cube. I mean this in the best way possible.

Honestly, I really like it, so you're in, but I'm guessing your character is just gonna be giving support to the others out in the field?

I guess I'll have to take that as a compliment then. Well, at least no one can call me a conformist...

Depends on how much one can do in cyberspace. I was imagining some sort of VR representation of the datasphere, so that when hacking I could get some kind of action...

Oh, you'll be seeing action in cyberspace, I'm just wondering if you'll mainly be saying in the main base while others are on location.

A bleak sun rises over what used to be Manhatten island, turning all the shadows into a bleak, depressing grey. Even the skyscrapers, the beautiful pride of the city before the collapse just melded with its grey surroundings. Manhatten (or City Gamma as it's now called) was crumbling at its very foundations. Ever since Artech Inc. had taken over, things had somehow gotten even worse than before. Streets were falling into ruin, crime ran rampant, the police force was a joke, and anyone who had a hope of bringing the city back from its slump has either been killed or left as soon as they realized what was going on. It was a war zone.
Artech was a manufacturer of military grade weapons and AI program, and as such were impossible to oppose. Even worse, their mercenaries realize this and have effectively become the corrupt rulers on the street level, indiscriminatly killing if they are not suffiently bribed or sucked up to. The average lifespan of a company lasting in City Gamma (besides Artech) is approximently 1.5 years, and then the board of directors will be mysteriously killed, or their product will have been pirated thus sending their holdings down the drain. The sole exception is a smaller company called The Yansec Corporation. It has been speculated that Yansec has lasted only because it has no noticable profit margin and as such poses no real threat to Artech.
In the the May of 2145, Yansec sent out offers for three elite deckers and samurai and a sentient AI core that offered and extrodinary payout. All accepted and are aboard one of the last running trains on the island.

A voice crackled over the train's loudspeaker saying, "Wake up, wake up, we are nearing Yansec HQ, I would recommend you talk amogst yourselves, after all, soon your lives will be in each others hands."

<spoiler=OOC> In all honesty, this is the first time I've tried giving a character a little... depth? I guess that's what you'd call it. So, thoughts? Opinions?

Marko was shaken back to reality by the voice from the loudspeaker. He had been staring into empty space, where his thoughts were free to wander away from the state of his life, and how he had achieved it, and where it would soon lead. But the loudspeaker had so cruelly brought him back to the reality that he was here only to throw himself wholeheartedly into another string of murders. "Stick to the stunstick this time," He whispered to himself, brushing his hand over the slender metal rod that he'd designed to be incapacitating but never fatal. The gun at his hip got no such love, but it knew Marko would always come back to it, when he was at his lowest, most primal level, the level of a cornered animal.

Marko reached into his pocket and pulled out a small spherical holodeck console the size of a golfball. He held it in his palm, and the holodeck connector in his hand reached out a dual-pronged plug and connected the device to his brain. He allowed the console to display images in his vision, and moved a few files to the hard drive. He then logged out and placed the console back in his pocket. He laid back in his seat and stared at the ceiling, ready to see what his employer would want done, and whom killed.

Scott sat on on the train bent forward, his elbow on his knee and his chin resting in his hand. Scott stared at the various passengers on the train. looking up and down the ranks without moving. His immediate thoughts were: A punk kid with silver hair, a day dreaming teenager, a fucking cube.
"Un-fucking-beleavable..." Scott mumbles to himself.
Scott continued to assess the situation. "This is a goddamn shit show. These better not be the morons I have to protect. I'll end up shooting myself." Scott thought

"Wake up, wake up, we are nearing Yansec HQ, I would recommend you talk amogst yourselves, after all, soon your lives will be in each others hands." Crackled the loud speaker.

"Son of a ***** that Murphy." Scott said to himself more loudly then he intended.

"I'm supposed to hang with you guys?" Tetsuya asked, "Well, they are worse ways kill time... then again, there are better ones..."
Tetsuya put his headphones on, and tuned out
