If you haven't got Photoshop, download Gimp and play around with it a little, you have a couple of weeks at least.
does it make a difference which program i use? i have been using PhotoScape so far.
In the dropdown box under "File" click "open image" then browse for your file, and then upload it. Once you've done that, it's a simple matter of choosing "Resize" under "edit" and typing in 75x75. Please don't take this as advertising, it's just the only free way I've found to resize gifs.
