Also, I have photoshop and stuff, but via what methods do you make these animations?

Could, if you have the time, add a little santa hat, and perhaps make the picture a little bigger? It's pretty small compared to other ones on this site.

But if you don't want to it's ok. Oh and if you guys get really adventurous maybe you could throw on a santa beard too. So I'd be like a Ninja Santa

Well, I used a free program called GIMP to make my Gif/s.
Because I'm too cheap to dish out ($£)800 for a single program.

Sorry, I'm not going to be doing any Xmas avatars this year, other than my own. I'm stepping down completely to let the new kids shine, and they sure are kickin' some avatar ass. I'm confident that Sky or DH can make your Blackadder awesomefied.

Besides, just like Xmas presents, it's not the quality but the thought that counts.
