Just wondering but where exactly would my avatar need more holly? I think just the one piece on the casing would be a rather nice touch.

I was staying away from Easter because that is an undeniably Christian holiday. With the Holly, we can say that it is for the winter holidays in general, but Easter is Christian only.

Gah yus, valid point, although chocolate eggs are always good regardless of the time of year (seeing as most places start selling them at the end of December...)

Erm, I can't really think of any other generalised holiday that could encapsulate almost everyone here on the forums. *ponders*

Well technically Christmas is christian too, we are celebrating the birth of Jesus. I don't really care though, I like getting off school and THE PRESENTS! lol

Any ideas on what we can do for the interim of roughly 7 months?

EDIT: St. Patricks day is March 17th, so that's good, but still rather a large gap.

We could make a flame war day... or a Speak Intelligently on the Internet day.

Hey Fanboy how do you make the avatars that move? Like what program do you need? Because the moving avatars look amazing!

I could make you something animated. I use fireworks to make any .gif's. Quite easy to get the hang of and you get some good results, I'm just too lazy and unimaginative to make one for myself.

NO. For two reasons. 1) We would have to look at the results afterwards, and 2) have you ever heard the phrase "Give an inch and they take a mile"?

Ouch, I can see the complete and utter carnage that would ensue from such a game, and I envisage random small animals, the English language and spam being liberally destroyed throughout the entire forum if this were to happen. *shudders at the thought*.

Exactly.

Along with this I highly recommend that we do not do International Caps-Lock day for the same reason. I get scared when people shout at me, and I can see this lasting a whole week instead of just 1 day. *hides behind the fridge*
