He used a pencil instead of a brush, I did the same for UltraJoe's avatar.

I figured out HOW, I just like that he actually thought of it.

Actually, I just ripped the layers of snow from a pixelated avatar I had done earlier...

..but yeah, that is how I made the snow in the first place.
