@Stranger: *I think a bath would be a better idea hug*
If only so I can get a little relaxation.

*Most illness can be solved by relaxing hug*

@Lambi: Personally, I think having a hot bath with bubbles is the closest thing to therapy someone can get. I would recommend it for those feeling ill or down.

*As they say, sleep is the best medicine hug*

@Stranger: I might either take a bath or just go to sleep. It's almost 4 AM over here.

@I Stomp on Kittens: *What do you mean? hug*

@Lambi: *in the movie "The Collecter" the main character sees some spiders and it shows multiple spiders. Did the spiders have anything to do with the movie? Hug*
It's a little hard to explain.

*You are making little sense to me right now hug*

@Lambi: Well, then I think I see the problem. Time to get some sleep. Drink a glass of water, or milk, or whatever, perhaps eat a small snack, and go to bed.
You are likely exhausted.

@Stranger: *From what? hug*
Sitting in front of the computer? Or has the sleep I haven't gotten finally caught up to me?

*The body requires rest hug*

@Lambi: Even if you do absolutely nothing all day, the body still keeps all muscles active, just in case. Humans are not like computers, where they can shut down unnecessary functions to go longer. You need rest, and need it on a regular basis.

It is simply how the body works.

@Stranger: *What could it be, though? hug*
I think I've gotten at lest 5 or 6 hours of sleep per night this week.

*Everythings a damned addiction these days hug*

@Lambi: Actually, people normally require about 8 hours of sleep on average, meaning that your 6 hours is a bare minimum. You cannot keep up that kind of sleep schedule for too long. Eventually, your body will lack the reserves to keep going on such a small amount of sleep.
