@Lambi: Personally, I think having a hot bath with bubbles is the closest thing to therapy someone can get. I would recommend it for those feeling ill or down.

@Lambi: Well, then I think I see the problem. Time to get some sleep. Drink a glass of water, or milk, or whatever, perhaps eat a small snack, and go to bed.
You are likely exhausted.
@Lambi: Even if you do absolutely nothing all day, the body still keeps all muscles active, just in case. Humans are not like computers, where they can shut down unnecessary functions to go longer. You need rest, and need it on a regular basis.
@Lambi: Actually, people normally require about 8 hours of sleep on average, meaning that your 6 hours is a bare minimum. You cannot keep up that kind of sleep schedule for too long. Eventually, your body will lack the reserves to keep going on such a small amount of sleep.
