Also, please avoid writing two line posts as much as you can. I know that sometimes it's difficult because there's not much content you can write about, but at least try.

Please and thank you. -AE

<spoiler=My Sheet>Name: Thomas McKenneth

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Appearance: Tall, with short, dark blonde well-groomed hair, not exactly fat, not exactly muscley, but it's clear Thomas has worked out often, and also enjoyed fine food often. Friendly face, with a small nose and lips, and large eyes. Has stubble and a thin mustache.
Thomas wears a black suit with a white shirt, with a dark red tie.

Personality: Thomas is a friendly man, not religious but accepts anyone's religious views, he is a highly tolerant man, and will essentially tolerate anyone as long as they treat him well. Also very trusting, these traits make him easily manipulatable. Good with kids and animals. Pre-mutant animals, mind.

Backstory: Thomas was originally based in London, and lived there for the first half of his life, before moving to America with his family, then leaving school with flying colours and going to become one of Tennessee's most respected journalists, reporting nearly everything a reporter could, his repotoire including war correspondant, theatre critic, and every day political news writer. His write-ups were always witty and put the subject matter in a light-hearted view, which made him popular and allowed him increased pay and a much sought after job with the state newspaper. Thomas has a noticable English accent, with hints of Texan on some words, his accent isn't exactly posh, but shines of good upbringing.

Other Notes: Terrified of crabs, and other aquatic creatures with legs, Lobsters, Prawns etc.

Starting Weapon: Thomas carries with him an ornate sporting revolver with a six-round chamber, though it is mainly just for safety reasons, and as such he only carries 9 extra bullets along with the revolver being permenantly loaded. He is also alright in a punch-up with his well built body.[/spoiler]
Loving the idea of this RP, looks brilliant. Good luck to everyone else who made a sheet too.

This seems fun, so I'll try my best with this.

Name: Emma Moore
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long brown hair, down past her shoulders, usually set in a ponytail. Deep blue eyes, peaches and cream complexion. Stands 5'7", weighing 124 lbs, fairly well endowed. Usually seen wearing brown work boots, a pair of black pants rolled up past her ankles into cuffs, and a gray cotton shirt.
Personality: Emma is a feminist through and through. She was tired always seeing her mom disrespected by the other men in town, and she vowed she wouldn't let it happen to her. Therefore, she is very defensive about anything related to her, and doesn't respond well to criticism. She's not one to give up any kind of authority very easily either.
Backstory: Emma's parents raised her on a small farm outside of Johnson City, Tennessee, where they originally grew tobacco. They made quite a tidy profit off of it, and Emma was able to live a lot better than other children of her age. But as Johnson City expanded in size, her father grew resentful of what the city was becoming. So he uprooted his family when Emma was 12 and settled in the small town they live in today.

As Emma grew up, her father tried to keep her in line the same way he kept her mother in line. With violence. But Emma refused to bend to her father's wishes. She grew resentful of what he did to their family. She made plans to leave when she turned 21, to go and join the suffrage movement that was growing in the North. But then the outbreak happened.

Her parents were one of the first to go missing, vanished within a week of the initial attack. When the mob found the monsters, they found the remains of the Moores, strewn across the cave. Emma couldn't believe it. It was such a horrible way to go. And she never got to try and show her parents the error of their old ways. On that day she vowed she would hunt down every last one of those freaks, to prove that humans were superior to the animals, and women could be just as good as men at killing stuff.

Other Notes: Due to a tornado that ripped through their farm when she was 9, Emma absolutely hates thunderstorms, fearing what they usually bring in the South.

Starting Weapon:A Winchester 1897 shotgun her dad used to shoot deer when they went after their crops. She has only a few bullets left.

Negative on that, Thursday is no good for me atleast. I'm going to have to be a bit late with my entry, or I suppose I don't really HAVE to join this, but anywho. I will post my intro sometime Sunday or Monday.

Have a nice week/weekend :)

Totally not a shameless bump. Just saying I'm looking forward to this starting, and hope I get in. Seems every RP I've been in so far just died, hope this one doesn't, sounds great.

Yay! Oh and don't worry. It doesn't have to be first thing tomorrow. I mean, I'm usually not up until fourth thing. Maybe fifth thing, depending on how I'm feeling.

Dark clouds roll across the fields, bathing the area in shadows.

The small group of survivors move through the darkness, trying to keep hidden from any potential stalkers. Their aim is an old farmhouse, hoping it to be empty from the initial panic.

"This place is creepy," Chloe mutters to herself, trying to keep pace with the others over the rough ground.

Shit start...but it's better than being stuck in a non-started position forever ',:\
As clarification, we are all in the group...and writers block sucks ass.

"Could be worse," Laz volunteered helpfully, "we could all be alone." He put an eye experimentally to his camera. Nope, nothing. Not surprising, as dark as it was, not that there was anything to photograph anyway, but just because there was no point to it, didn't mean the boss didn't want pictures of it.

Emma held her shotgun close to her chest. She kept looking around constantly, perpetually on guard against any mutants that might make their way out. She did not want to share her parents fate.

"Wouldn't matter. These things have attacked groups before," she commented. "Can't afford to get complacent just because we may have the same amount of eyes that it does."

Aldus gripped his weapon tight, allowing it to hang down parallel to his body, but enough to have it at the ready. He inspected his bag. Only 20 shells left. Not great, but at least it was something. He then scanned the surrounding field, searching for any irregularities. Any rustling of bushes that were too violent, any silhouette moving too fast, anything there that isn't supposed to be.

"I think he meant to imply our safety in that we all have weapons." Aldus said to the girl in his low growl. "In that case, I agree."

"I guess we'll see." John replied. Gripping his shotgun tightly, he eyes scanned the surroundings, looking for anything remotely out of place, ready to shoot. "I just hope guns are enough to take down these things, I don't want to be a monster's dinner."

He grimaced, "I could have used a drink before we left, but I guess that might throw off my aim if some kind of hellbeast comes to eat us." Shaking his head, he went back to looking around for danger, his hands never straying from his shotgun.

The monster spotted its pray long before they started walking towards the farmhouse. Its large eyes were perfect for hunting at night. In fact, its body in general was good for hunting. Its long limbs allowed it to chase after prey and catch it quickly. Even it's unnatural black skin helped it in its hunt for prey.

It followed the group from behind, making no noise and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.

Your co-GM! :D

"Yeah, that's what I meant," Laz lied. That hadn't been what he meant. He actually had assumed a larger group meant they were safer by simple virtue of the fact they had a statistical advantage on whatever was lurking in the dark. But they didn't need to know that he didn't know a thing about fighting them. It was best enough he still felt like a kid among them. He didn't need incompetence tacked to his name as well. "Let's just hurry over to the barn or whatever already."

"Yes," Emma agreed. "It's way too dark out. The sooner we have shelter for the night the better."

She looked back over the head of the guy traveling behind her. Still nothing in the path. She turned her head back to the front, onward and upward. They had to keep going, mutant be damned.

Patricka followed the group somewhere in the middle. She didnt have her weapon out and it wasnt even loaded where it rested in her gown.
"Should we barricade the whole thing or should we just take over the second floor?"
Either way, I'm not sleeping alone tonight... now fucking way

I can probably not post anything more until I get home, sometime Tuesday or Wednesday.

"I'd bet it's easier to keep a door shut than the stairs closed. Actually...I don't know how you'd close stairs, anyway...hm..." Laz went back to looking experimentally through the camera lens. He didn't like all this thinking and strategizing. Back in the big city, he'd thought himself a smart guy. He knew his way around the block, thought he'd had a handle on the whole world. Apparently, the whole world didn't include mutants.
