A Universe where the choice of Anime in Britain wasn't limited to Card Games on Motorcycles, The endless adventures of Ash Ketchum, The non stop quest of the magical smoking Ninja and pals and Digimon: Data Squad (Which I don't really like anyway, but I couldn't think of anything for it).

Calumon: Why can't they just show Tamers again?
i know, i'll die happy on the day that we start airing great shows like negima and magical girl nanoha
And lucky star! Never forget lucky star!

A universe in which Duke Nukem Forever was released... oh wait.
See? The release has inhibited people's ability to make jokes already!

Let's see. A universe where...DRAGONS!
DRAGONS > Duke Nukem joke? What crazy alternate universe do you live in?
No, the first two sentences of my post were a digression about how Duke Nukem's release has tainted a legacy of joke-making. You see, in an alternate universe where Duke Nukem Forever was never released, the reply to this thread, "An alternate universe were Duke Nukem Forever was actually released" would be witty. With the release looming, we are no longer able to make jokes regarding Duke Nukem Forever's perpetual development.

The last two sentences were my admittedly weak contribution to the thread. I was on the spot and couldn't think of a clever alternate universe. Now I think there should be an alternate universe where tap-dancing is to that universe what card games are to the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe.

An interesting thought about the infinate monkeys theory (I know this is off topic).

The monkeys (assuming their input in the keyboard was perfectly random) would eventually come up with Hamlet.
If you did the same experiment with an infinate number of people (that aren't Shakespeare), then they would never manage the same feat.

A universe where wars are committed exactly like parties. Battlefields consisted on using party poppers at the enemy and dancing off on various disco mats and such.

A universe where we are fiction and all the fiction we have made is real.

hmm, never heard of it, i shall have to check it out. i was gonna say to-love-ru aswell but that kind of fell apart once they stopped following the manga, i mean, why stuff a series with lousy fillers when there are so many awesome storylines right under your noses?!?

I think that infinite universes are possible, but not a universe with every possibility. Otherwise, there would be a universe where a scientist that invents a device that destroys all universes. That's impossible, since our universe still exists.

A universe where...

...faster than light travel is possible

...Queen plays live 24/7 worldwide

...I am doing what I'm supposed to be doing right now

You don't want to go to their parties though, mindless deaths everywhere.

A universe where we could see all of these different universes and laugh at their insane existences. Also dinosaurs are mailmen.

LOL, ah yes, of course. that must be the special thing in our universe, there always being a catch. i bet in THAT universe when something good happens they happily declare "theres never a catch!"

Somewhere out there, there is a universe in which everything is exactly the same except for the outcome of coin tosses.

There's a universe where Michael Bay is a terrific director capable of crafting very emotional and deep movies with great social commentary.

There's also a universe where Stanly Kubrik won an Academy Award for best director. Unfortunatly. It's not this one.
