A printer. I could smash a head with that in an emergency. This begs the question though, if the dead had begun to rise, why would I wait to react until they were literally in my study? I'd have gone around, gathered any improvised weapons and non perishable food upstairs, then broken the stairs at the very least. In reality, if the news started reporting walking corpses, then I'd have assembled my loved ones and escaped to the sparsely populated islands off the coast before ever having to reach for a weapon.

To my immediate right, I have my printer, multi-tool and assorted computer paraphenlia.
Immediately to my left, I have a shield, Germanic bastard sword, kukri, and various other blade-like implements.

In front of me and approximately five paces away (I have to go through a door into the next room) I have a small arsenal of mostly oriental-style blades (And most of those katanas), a sword-breaker, set of nunchaku and most importantly, a qin-do style long-spear (Chinese polearm highly reminiscent of the naginata).

Of these options, all of which can be retrieved in less than five seconds when I'm in a rush, I'll likely grab the bastard sword and Kukri use them to clear a path, if necessary, to the Qin-do, because spears and polearms are just what the doctor ordered in a zombie apocalypse. And then drop the now-obsolete sword. The only thing I'm missing is some sort of forearm guard, but I do hand my leather jacket in the same closet as the qin-do, and it will have to do in an emergency.

If I have even extra time, I have a pair of steel-toed combat boots I can lace up.
Time from danger to full arming and regalia: approximately three point five minuets, assuming only moderate difficulties.

My hamster (His cage is to my right), a food tray (on top of the cage) and a swiss army knife (on the tray)...

That is probably the weirdest list of items I've written down. Don't read too much into them though. XD
Dude, that hamster eats knives. I think it can take on a couple zombies.

Also, I have a sleeping bag to my right. I can just wrap myself in it and roll past the zombies in an effective disguise-cocoon! And if i die, at least I'll die in toasty coziness.

Lucky Me, I have a Katana and a shotgun stuck between my desk and my entertainment center, to my right. No joke. xD

EDIT: I've seen some people call me out for "Fortunately" having a shotgun and katana to my right. Even if I'd chosen to go to the left, all I'd have to do is open the top left drawer of my desk and I'll have an 8.5 inch dagger and a swiss army knife...
Pics or didn't happen.

AND I'M FUCKED!!! I have a box of tissues to my left and a PS3 controller to my right!

(box of tissues just happens to be there, i'm not doing anything.)

Hm... my computer? Well... yeah, i might be able to bash some zombie heads with it... but come on, i've got a super-heavy training sword just a meter away. Much easier and faster than unplugging my monstrosity (It looks like the Monolith of 2001) and lugging it around.

Headphones....I'll Blast "House Harkonnen" and use them like a Sound Cannon (modify it to a Blastmaster maybe) from the Warhammer 40k Universe/Dawn of War II, and Kill Everything!
