On TV: The Jerk. It was on Encore. Damn that movie's funny.

On DVD: Run, Lola, Run. If you haven't seen that movie, do so now.

At the cinema: Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Hard to watch at times, but it was an amazing movie that I'd recommend to everyone.

Watched the Shining the other day. You know, I love Kubrick's stuff, and the movie was extremely well made, but I just didn't care for it. I guess watching it in 1980 would have had a bigger impact.

Last movie I saw at the cinema was.......

Man, I haven't been to the cinema in forever. I think it was Shutter Island?

The last film I saw at the cinema was Four Lions; I thought it was really funny, and highly recommend it if you liked other Chris Morris stuff (especially Brass Eye).
The last DVD I watched was Braindead... which I'm still having trouble describing. If you haven't seen it yet, do so - it defies explanation...

Oh, Galaxialconda, I highly suggest Blade Runner. But not the theatrical version. It blows. Watch Ridley Scott's cut. Or one of them anyway. Apparently there's like 5 different cuts.

Prince of Persia.

And oh man do I regret it. I'm never going to the cinema again with other people. And if I do, I'll make sure to carry a switchblade with me to instantly win all arguments about movie of choice.

Red Cliff International Pt 1 & 2. I would best describe it as John Woo's Lord of the Rings and probably one of the most expensive Chinese films to date. It set in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms era of 3rd century China. It helps to know a bit about the history, otherwise the Theatrical version might be better for western audiences.
