You are telling me that it is impossible for them to have that tech in, if consoles cannot have it. So if the game doesn't utlise this advanced tech than what, the game won't work?
then the game will not be able to have this technology. Such technology has been used on PC before, however since consoles cannot do it, noone is going to get it now.

I said gameplay to a lesser extent because there are games out there who put the gameplay on top of the mountain on defining what the game is. A game like Crysis 2 (a shooter of all things) is not such a game.
Well I'm sorry that I mention 1 instead of everything you're referring to, its simply faster for me.
If you want to make a point at least make it with one thing that matters instead of picking the least relevant for discussion.
gameplay in shooter matters. You havent played a bad shooter have you? There is A LOT to do with gameplay in shooters and some do it better than others. so crysis does have quite a lot of gameplay, even crysis 2 with its cut content (in comparison to 1). How exactly does that help your argument in any way though? isntead of rebutting my argument you went on unrelated tangent.

[qoute]Didn't say loading screens on AI and no idea where you got that.[/quote]
You said to put loading screens on parts that the PS2 cannot run as a whole. since AI is bigger than whole PS2 processing power, AI ALONE would need loading screens. this was to illustrate how ridiculous your statement was that loading screens are a solution.

I was talking about sticking loading screens on the world map if the platform has a problem with it.
So i guess when you have to snipe somone with a bullet the bullet has to pass a loading screen and then check whether it can hit a target?

Background economy does not make Skyrim, AI movement if we're talking about meeting characters randomly on the world map can safely be removed, and have them be at specific points.
Yes it does. Background economy is part of Skyrim. AI movement is also part of skyrim. you are saying we can cut parts of game and it still remains whole. sorry, that does not pass logic.

Take/downgrade those things out and it'll still be Skyrim/Crysis 2/whatever no matter the platform.
No it wont. If you cut a cake in half each half wont be whole cake no matter what platter it is on.

You telling me he is dumbing down his game instead of it making full use of what the PC can do? But devs don't lie as you said previously?
You said star citizen is breaking the cap. he is not as it is a game that works within a cap. Crysis 1 was breaking cap more than StarCitizen in this regard.

There we're done with that line than. You think the AI of the PS4 version of Fifa 14 is constrained by the limitations of the PS2? The graphics? The framerate? The content? And so on.
looking at Sports Games, it looks like indeed the AI is stuck in PS2 era. And yes, they are very much constrained. and that line does not mean what you think it means. but thne your going to twist everything into what you like.
