I played Fable 2.
:rimshot:

But seriously, the airport scene in mw2. I just couldn't kill those people, and I couldn't kill the russians.

The Last of Us made me do things I wasn't very proud of, but one in particular:

Killing the surgeon to get Ellie, as much as I didn't want Ellie to die, the surgeon only meant to try and help humanity, it just felt so wrong to kill him.

When I was forced to kill Samuel at the end to avoid having him raise the alarm, I can see why he was angry at Corvo but the mission came first so he had to die. Felt pretty bad about it though

Before that it was,

Shooting Mordin in the back to allow the genophage cure to be sabotaged sucked too

Eh. Won't lie. Never really been touched much emotionally by anything in a game. In Dragon Age, I always chose the stabbing option if it was there. I did feel bad in Left4Dead when I accidentally lit my teammates on fire during a panic event.

When I Played Bioshock 2 on my first playthrough I just helped all the little sisters like a good big daddy.

However when I decided to try and do a bad playthrough where you harvest them.....I stopped after the first one, I just didn't want to continue as I felt so bad after doing that.

Playing Pandora's Tower. Like, the whole thing.

You have to bring back beast flesh to the protagonist's girlfriend every so often or she turns into a monster.
If you stay out too long, when you come back she's half mutated, and on the floor, slime everywhere and all she says is "Careful you don't slip"
._. Makes you feel like an asshole for waiting so long

Clearing the game's bosses gives you master flesh to give her which is supposed to cure her, but about half way through... Well... I don't want to spoil it, but the cut scenes make it pretty evident that this probably isn't working as desired.

If you wait too long you feel like an asshole, if you actually progress you feel like an asshole.
I felt like just keeping Aeron (the protagonist) inside their base, where time apparently holds still just to spare the girl some misery.

(It's not all bad though, you can buy her gifts like dresses and jewelry and that cheers her up a bit)

Great Grey Wolf Sif fight in Dark Souls. The one and only time I felt bad in a game ever.

Ninja'd darn you. Yeh Sif was the one time ive felt bad, i really wanted to not fight, and then i had to but i wanted to stop, especially when he starts limping. But then again ive always felt closer to animals than people.

Playing Fallout: New Vegas in Hardcore mode. A random encounter with some NCR Rangers results in them killing Rex.

I went berserk. NCR became a target and their destruction my main goal in the game. I would not only kill every NCR soldier I saw, I would make examples of them. And with Rangers in particular, I had a tradition: I would kill them, behead them, put their heads in a row, then I would strip them of all their gear and leave it piled up in the middle of the closest road or settlement, a 'gift' from Rex to any traveler who chanced upon them.

First of all I don't like losing, second what I loathe is not trying whether because it's too easy or mercy.
Anyway.
Last night I tried give a friend who's new to Scrolls some tips so we had a match and I absolutely wrecked him, I felt really bad.
I was using a base deck, I gave him tips throughout the match and he was happy in the end but the amount I dominated a newbie, I couldn't help but feel for him.

I don't think anything could top harvesting the Little Sisters in Bioshock.

But a close second would be Virtue's Last Reward when you choose "Betray" on Luna after promising you wouldn't. She doesn't get angry, she just looks sad and goes quiet on you
